I will write my review in the form of pros and cons)
Advantages (there are very few of them):
• Location of the coffee shop
• The interior is furnished (there are beautiful decorations and two floors)
Cons (there are enough of them, to put it mildly):
• Staff - tables are occupied on the ground floor, where employees sit in social networks.They communicate on social networks, in general, they do anything but serve guests.
By the way, when the order was made, no one even said that a certain drink contains syrup (P.S. the menu says that this type of drink comes without syrup). And it was noticed by chance, while the visitor (me) decided to check the receipt. It was only after my comment that the girl explained that the drink always comes with a certain syrup.
• It's very dirty - for some reason, there are women's bags and dirty dishes next to the coffee machine. On the second floor there are cups (used), containers and no one cleans them.
• Coffee - alas, a drink that includes coffee went without it. :
* Dessert - the choice fell on cheesecake, as it is really hard to spoil. But for some reason, the dessert was not completely defrosted. It was felt by the crunching of small pieces of ice on the teeth, as well as by the fact that the cheesecake was made of stone (to put it mildly).
On my own, I sincerely do not recommend that you spoil your mood and evening)

Yesterday, together with a friend, we visited the institution in the evening. A nice girl served us, we tried the winter novelties with delicious desserts.
5 minutes before closing, the young man announced this, we went to the bathroom, then put on jackets, warmed up before going out. At that moment (I note that it was 23:03), a young employee came up and asked the question "what … are you here? It's already 11."
The impression of the institution has been spoiled. We knew we were after closing time, but we were already getting dressed and almost leaving.
It's a pity that such rude and unpleasant employees work in a good place.

We came with a friend to this institution. We ordered two drinks: 1st size M, 2nd size L. They said they would be there and asked to do it in circles. To begin with, they made it in paper cups, then they made both sizes of m, although one l and one m were punched in the receipt. We looked at the prices on the website, since there was no menu nearby, the price was 50 higher for each drink in the receipt. We approached the cashier with these questions, and it turned out that the 50 kopeck mark-up is a feature of this particular coffee shop from the entire coffix network. They said they'd redo it in the cups. Bottom line: 1) we received drinks in dirty cups; 2) instead of a Kinder latte, we made warm milk with foam and marshmallows, in fairness, the matcha latte was delicious; 3) we silently gave the order.

There were no questions about the quality of the products, but it would be much nicer if the barista, instead of standing in the corner watching the guest wait for him to come up and!On purpose! He's biding his time, he would have come immediately.
It would also be nice if the staff knew at least what they had in stock, and did not answer "I do not know", and only after the guest asked to find out, went to clarify with colleagues, who, unfortunately, also do not know.🤷🏻♀️
When you are interested in blue matches, they say that there is only pink, but in the end they bring green..
There was also a reminder to the barista that there was also dessert in the order..

At first glance, it's a great place. But the staff doesn't seem to be at work. About the fact that the toilet is accessible by code, and the code is on the receipt, no one said. We threw out the check right away. Once in the toilet, we concluded that it had not been washed for a very long time. Usually there is a cleaning schedule in establishments, but it is very, very dirty and dirty here.
We sold a stale croissant, we didn't even think to mention its stale taste. Stale- I knocked on it like on a table, it was so dried up, that is, it was at least a day old. Tables are not wiped. Coffee is also poured into paper cups for cafe visitors.
In general, we were disappointed.

the service is very long, the staff doesn't seem to know what to do... there are also incomprehensible problems with branded drinks like Irish coffee or mulled wine, although we went to this place for mulled wine all winter. for some reason, the tables are not cleaned either, all the time I get on dirty cups and plates at the table. the interior is beautiful, there are no complaints here, but the service leaves much to be desired, it feels like instead of the usual staff I'm used to, they just hired interns and threw them to deal with the assortment themselves

Excellent cofix in a new format. We went in for a cold coffee, but in the end we stayed to sit, have a snack and relax a little. A large hall with 2 floors, many tables. An expanded menu, in addition to coffee and desserts, there are breakfasts, lunches, and other food. Even wines by the glass appeared from the drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by this format

The new Cofix, which opened in the very center of our city, really won our heart when visiting!
A large hall on two floors, a stylish interior, breakfast all day and pastries that are prepared in front of you.
Of the advantages, we note:
-Original drinks that are sold only here
-A large mirror in which very cool photos are obtained
-Clean room and toilet
-Soft bread and rolls 🥐

-We quickly gave away the entire order of 3 items
It is pleasant and convenient to

I am allergic to lactose, ordered (March 9th )I came to almond and cow's milk and said it, but they didn't redo it, they said order a new one then, is it okay!??this is clearly cow's milk , even in color and taste, I know since I haven't consumed milk for 6 years!I gave my friend an assessment, she also agreed that it was cow's milk.
So it was also unclear where our order was, the cashier says one thing, the other says another, they said there was only cold matcha left, but they can do it without ice and warm it up, and the other employee says this can't be, complete nonsense and filth!I overpaid for a cheaper match, so they say you only drink almonds?well, order again for a FEE!
Naturally, I didn't drink it, but just left it at the bus stop.

The coolest Cofix in Minsk. Always friendly baristas, plenty of space and comfortable chairs. The coffee shop operates on 100% Arabica, the coffee is delicious. A large selection of desserts and rosettes at almost every table. There are also all sorts of sandwiches / panini, as well as cheeses for wine (it is also there).

The main complaint is waiting too long. The caesar salad had to wait 35 minutes, given that it was a weekday and there were few customers in the cafe. The long wait was also noted by other visitors, who came up several times and asked how long they still had to wait for the order. Regarding the salad : the leaves were bitter, a couple of pieces of chicken and tomatoes, and I had to wait 35 minutes for such a salad, which cost 8 rubles.
Conclusion: neither the price nor the quality was worth the long wait. I'm sorry for the time spent.

The largest and most spacious Cofix on the avenue😅
Drinks: as usual at the Coffix, for its price, a normal coffee. Not great, but you can drink. It is naturally brewed on a mixture of robusta / Arabica with a dominant advantage in favor of the former (therefore, the coffee is slightly bitter aftertaste).
Desserts: a typical set of Cofixes - macaroni, cheesecakes, traditional brownies, honey cakes, napoleons and tartlets.
Atmosphere: we messed with the interior, made a mowing for a flower shop that was in this room before Cofix. Stylish, fashionable, youthful with neon, plush chairs and a second floor.
Bonus: breakfast is prepared at communist prices, drinks are poured into ceramic dishes, and desserts are laid out on ceramic plates. And yes, they have a bathroom with a very tricky password.

The incredibly slow work of the cofix staff in their, as it seems to me, premium location next to GUM!
There is no organization and delegation of tasks for the execution of orders within the shift - then everyone runs to make coffee, and they jostle around the microwave. Often there is no one at the bar at all.
Because of such slowness and "impressiveness", many guests, seeing a queue of 2-3 people, simply leave.
There is no understanding of what kind of coffee to cook when ordering several items at the same time. First they prepare lattes with whipped cream, then cappuccino, then Americano - during this time, the whipped cream has already fallen off and flowed down the walls..
The desire for cleanliness is completely absent. They gave one guest a glass of tea in front of me and poured it - no one apologized to him and did not wipe the plastic glass, the next guest was given coffee with marshmallows and carefully through a puddle of tea at the food and drink delivery area, a sandwich floated through the puddle. They deigned to remove and wipe it after the hint.
The staff throws crumpled pieces of paper at each other right in front of the visitors' noses,
Tables and sofas are not cleaned, chairs are not put in place even by the cafe workers themselves, who sit there and work with a laptop, occupying the best seats in the hall.
I really want the review to be read by the founders. This level of service and organization of work is a crying shame. This may be the case in Georgia, but not in Belarus, especially in such a cool place! Since, first of all, it is not the fault of boys and girls who work and have barely graduated from school - this is a management and staff training system, as such, absent!!!!

Instead of an apology and a new coffee, the cashier rolled her eyes and decided to just top up the coffee here. Of course, there is no desire to come here again.

Regarding dishes that are not cleaned, I absolutely agree with other reviews. She was standing everywhere. Near the barista and the counter with lids and straws.

The idea of a new prefix is good, but needs to be improved. The staff is not trained to work in a codex of this format, I would like to be more polite and interested in my work. I asked to warm it up, as a result, the dish turned out to be cold, they began to argue, saying that the grill does not heat like that (for some reason, it warms up properly in the hotfix). The atmosphere is great, but the tables are dirty, although there were few visitors.
