I came here on the afternoon of April 15th. I was met by a nice enough girl, but I was confused by the too-fast return of the drink, as well as its appearance. I'm a barista myself, and I'm well aware that most likely my cappuccino was made with an old espresso shot. The glass was half filled with foam, I don't say anything about milk, it's cold... I expected the best from the establishment, like a popular chain, and you don't require any professional latte art or impeccable taste, but I would like to get at least something remotely resembling my order. I usually don't complain, I understand that the work is hard and I try to turn a blind eye to trivial mistakes, but when there are so many of them... Perhaps someone who has absolutely no idea how coffee is made will be satisfied, but someone who once worked in this field himself will definitely be disappointed.
10/20.24 I went in as usual for a glass of delicious cappuccino, but it turned out not to be him at all. The coffee is overcooked, which means that there is a very large portion of espresso. The milk tastes good, but the foam itself is disgusting. The barista on this day just whipped up the milk but did not remove the bubbles, which shows the level of professionalism of the barista. I came here more than two weeks ago to drink cappuccino too, but even then the coffee level was pumped up. What can I say in the end, the coffee is burnt, the milk is boiled and the coffee did the maximum at an amateur level, but not as not from a barista. The desire to change the staff and teach how to make coffee properly! (Says a man who works in the catering industry).
Very comfortable staff, friendly and lovely! If anything, they help with the choice of a drink! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the coffee is delicious! Desserts are delicious too :)
