A simple coffee shop, like all the others from this chain. They served well, cleanly, only, as if, some kind of quiet and calm music was missing from the background. I just came to try something that I hadn't tried while I was waiting for my minibus. I took a cornflower blue iceberg. Not tea, but water with a delicious cream on top (or maybe I drank it wrong or it turned out badly, nevertheless it's not bad), but in order to try something unusual, it's good. It is more suitable for Slavs in Vitebsk in hot weather :)
But I liked it anyway.

The best coffee shop I've ever been to!
A very nice barista worked (07/18/24). Very pleasant, friendly and sweet. I want to come back to such employees again and again in the coffee shop :)

But then it turned out that she did not add syrup to my girlfriend's cappuccino, mine went to ask for syrup, and then I see a picture that my girlfriend is upset and leaves the cafe with tears, because this employee of the vanilla place casually splashed her with a green melon syrup. The staff is wonderful , but the fact that out of 4 selected drinks , only 2 could be made and that one of them is not made from all the ingredients is a nightmare .
Pay attention to the presence of ingredients in the coffee shop, otherwise there is no point in going to it.
This is the only and biggest disadvantage.
This is not the first such situation, they happen very often.

Coffee was bought on 30.09 at about 14.30 latte maple pecan. A short, untidy-looking Bartsta girl was making coffee while chatting with a fellow employee. Bottom line: coffee without foam (just whipped to light bubbles), there is no taste of maple pecan. She asked me to do it normally...to which she told dobal the syrup and added it like that. In general, it works just to get rid of it.

I ordered at 13.25, the barista was obviously drunk or hungover, very slowly hammered in the order, asked 3 times and gave the wrong sandwich. The tea is unsaturated, just water with a raspberry flavor, bumble tea with a drop of juice, coffee and does not smell. Good day, I really like coffee by myself, I decided to visit this place, because I was satisfied with its interior, nothing special and everything is simple, convenience in terms of sockets, you can recharge if something happens. The staff was pleased with their attitude, I will not say that I remained in a good mood, but I also did not hear rudeness and other negative attitude towards me. It was a pleasure to communicate. The guy served was a light guy (I didn't find out his name). It would be all right, but I really like coffee, I often drink it, but today I was dissatisfied only because of it. 2 identical coffees were extremely different, starting with its consistency and ending with its taste. I would have accepted that situation if there was not such a big difference, but unfortunately I felt that I had wasted my money.
An institution that specializes in something specific must meet the standards. I am sure that the guys can act efficiently, but it is worth working on yourself and striving for the best. Not even to maintain the cafe's image, no, for ourselves.

I was in the morning, before work, not only did I have to wait 15 minutes just to take an order, but in the end the coffee was first given to the people who were behind me. Do you have such standards of service?! As a result, I was left without coffee, and without the points with which I paid (fortunately, not with money). I don't even hope that these points will be returned to me, because judging by the level of service, no one cares about the visitor. No more foot in this network.

1 звезда за интерьер и вежливость сотрудников. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.
Если бы можно было поставить ноль, то точно бы поставила. Если у вас непереносимость лактозы, то в это место вообще лучше не заходить никогда. Промолчу, что цены на альтернативное молоко у них на уровне, а то и выше чем у приличных кофеен.
Заказала капучино на соевом молоке с сиропом, заплатила полную стоимость, но видимо баристе пришла офигенная идея в голову, что можно сделать и на обычном молоке (Я же просто так на соевом заказала) и бахнуть дофига сиропа, вдруг клиент не заметит.
Не знаю имя баристы, но если ты это читаешь, то огромное тебе спасибо за непередаваемые ощущения в желудке на целый день.

Да, правда, самы плохой кофикс в Минске. Все торты такие деревянные, что об стол можно бить. На просьбу, заменить торт, сказали, что у него ещё срок годности 1 день, он не просрочен, поулыбались и всё. В кафе еще есть ещё Пон- пушка, так в 21.15 там уже ничего не было, кроме кофе, ужас, настроение на ноле от такого заведения. Очень плохое обслуживание и ужасные десерты и тем более не уважение какое- то.

находятся на вокзале , где постоянно много клиентов - на смене 1 человек. с учетом того , что сегодня пятница и поток еще больше. он же принимает заказы , он же делает , все очень медленно. так и ушла без кофе

Пришёл с утра выпить кофе на кассе девушка придлогала много чего лишнего я сказал что не нужно а она мне дальше рассказывает какую-то хрень и в итоге за этого она ещё за не внимательности не пробила скидку ужасное место

Запах ужасный, воняет каким не понятным запахам, вся прохожий прокуренный ( уборщица прямо при тебя моет полы, администратор или кто там была, пришла принесла меню и все ушла, дальше сами((
