When ordering coffee, I took a cold drink with me, a coke in a tin can, to which the employee said that I had no right to buy it sealed, they only open it and pour it into a glass, I said that I wanted to take it with me, to which the barista replied that I could cover their glass with a lid and take it with me!?!It's just absurd, for the second time the prefix spoils my mood.

I went to this coffee shop periodically and was happy with everything. But yesterday I bought, in addition to ready-made coffee and donat, a drip bag. The price on the counter was 3p. The girl could not find the cost for payment in the computer at first, and then said that there were 6 bags. As a result, the price came out to 12 - two cups of coffee, 3p Donat and 15 rubles for a drip bag of berry mix. I have now opened this bag at home and am extremely disappointed that there is a portion inside for 1 time. I overpaid the extra 12p simply because of inexperience and lack of knowledge in the field of my work from a barista girl.
Perhaps the administration will somehow compensate for this moment, I hope, and not just dryly answer "let's figure out the work of a barista"

The coffee shop is getting worse and worse. We go in for a week, and they can't bring hazelnut milk. During the day we stopped at another cofix, everything is there. It probably depends on the barista.Dirt, there is no change all the time, the application did not work for a week to scan the discount.It's +28 outside and their windows are all closed, it's stuffy. They disappoint with every visit.

Good evening, I have to leave a negative review. We visit this coffee shop very often and the service has been terrible lately. Two times, instead of ice raf, they cooked a regular raf. I ask you not to make cocoa hot for the child, they give boiling water. They offered to redo it, but after a 20-minute wait, there is no desire to wait any longer...

I just hate this place! And all because it's just unbearable there.. delicious coffee and coconut rolls : (it's good that baristas change there often, otherwise they would have started to recognize me and ask "do you like it as usual?" But I can come in twice a day!
So, be careful when you come to this place. It is addictive :)

Repeatedly, as I have already noticed, the cup is quite light. In this photo, there is a Raf. I have a question, if you cannot produce the required volume using technology (for example, so as not to violate the quality of the drink), then why do you allow yourself to sell air and mislead customers?
Why are you selling Flat White only to S. But you sell all the others in full format. Why does a customer come and take one volume and get a completely different one?
Grams can be converted into pounds, pounds into milliliters. But as a result, there will be a shortage.
1 star is deserved.
