We waited for 10 minutes, while two young workers tried unsuccessfully to open a bottle of syrup, swearing, joking, completely ignoring those waiting to place an order. He didn't pay any attention to us and we left.
Once again, we go in - several employees are hanging out, occupying a table, and one person is working both at the checkout and cooking. They are completely untrained in working with clients.

Good afternoon. Why did I give it 3 stars? I ordered peanut butter and cinnamon. I paid and, upon readiness, went to the counter to pick it up. And it turned out that there was no whipped cream and peanuts in it (((I asked why they hadn't warned me in advance? The answer was: somehow I forgot. Although I asked in advance if all the components are available. They said everything is available.

There is never lactose-free milk, this is a problem of all points. Today, apparently, the employees were hanging out, talking and behaving as if everyone had come not to the cafe but to their house, only the 1st of the 3 had the brains to put on a uniform and help with orders, since 1 person was standing at the checkout and served.

We visited this place with my wife on 07/03/24 to drink a milkshake. A milkshake is essentially a milkshake. Well, it should be, right? However, we had water in the glasses, with a slight taste of milk and flavoring. Stupidly, ice and water were poured for money and that's it. Also, the water is most likely from the tap. Disappointment is the most complete and wrong word. Never to this place again. I wonder if the staff dilutes the milk, or is this already the norm at the institution level in order to save money?

Excellent coffee, wonderful and very kind barista. We went there after the painting to warm up and drink coffee, the barista greeted me with a greeting and a smile, which made it warmer, and when they tasted coffee, they were completely blurred in pleasure. A well-cleaned room and a pleasant design are pleasing to the eye, and a wonderful coffee gives a boost of energy for the whole day

Normal. The staff is always friendly, the coffee (within the cofix network) is good. Nice to come in, clean and tidy. However, prices here have skyrocketed to the impossible. 3 rubles for a small cup of Dechman overcooked coffee? Drop 50 kopecks and go to the sinabon for cappuccino with good grains. It is for this reason that I never take cappuccino and Americano here, I always try to erase the taste of coffee with syrup or sugar. This is not individual for this coffee shop, but in general for the entire network, and for this a minus point. Specifically for this point, 10 out of 10!

I came today with a girl once again to a coffee shop after a long break (last time, as usual, everything was from the freezer).The girl worker was very, very dissatisfied with something, I was coping with my work, constantly looking around and saying a good obscenity. After waiting for a good 20 minutes, she finally deigned to accept my order. I say "Hello" and see in front of me a face full of absolute indifference (another word). The girl doesn't say anything in response, rolls her eyes and just looks at me. I ordered two large cocoa with banana syrup. After a while, she gives my girlfriend and me an order, we, as usual, satisfied, take the lids and leave.But here's what surprised me the most. It turns out that instead of cocoa, we were poured some slop from the sink (I hope at least from there). It's hard to imagine such a terrible taste. It smells like cleaning a long-clogged sink pipe in the kitchen. After drinking this drink of the gods, the girl and I safely threw "it" into the trash and went to wipe our tongues. By the way, the taste still hasn't passed (after 30 minutes).

Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff (always remind you about the application, tell you the composition of the drinks).
Everyone will find something for themselves, the choice is quite large.
Some people write about long-term maintenance, but I have never encountered this.
A very pleasant bonus system. Affordable prices.
There is another plus in the photo (in the form of an attempt to cheer up customers).
Of the cons:
1. The lack of a good air conditioner (an error of the administration). Personally, I feel sorry for the workers. They spend the whole shift in a stuffy room.
2. In places, the tables (on the street) are poorly wiped.
I'll put 5/5, because in my opinion, the staff is trying very hard.

Teen baristas don't even say hello, waiting for coffee is a million years. They communicate with each other, they do not notice the customers, a Yandex courier stood in front of me with two coffees in the order, they did, packed for 10 minutes, as if they did not notice me. I often go because I'm close to home. The place is nice, cozy, even the coffee is delicious, but if you would still listen and do what you ordered. They never called my name correctly, no matter what form I pronounced it. It takes a very long time to explain what we order (although it seems like coffee is from the menu and the most common), orders are still confused and do the wrong thing for a long time because of the flow of people and eternal interns.
If there are a lot of people and everything takes a long time to do, please do first what the previous people ordered and take orders further, and not all in a bunch.
