We waited for 10 minutes, while two young workers tried unsuccessfully to open a bottle of syrup, swearing, joking, completely ignoring those waiting to place an order. He didn't pay any attention to us and we left. Once again, we go in - several employees are hanging out, occupying a table, and one person is working both at the checkout and cooking. They are completely untrained in working with clients.

I came in on 12.02 by accident, I thought maybe I could take something. The barista is a very nice girl. I ordered a Halvic raf. By the way, it was cooked incomparably. The pastries are warmed up, no complaints. The hall is clean. Encourage such employees! That's how you need to work!

Good afternoon. Why did I give it 3 stars? I ordered peanut butter and cinnamon. I paid and, upon readiness, went to the counter to pick it up. And it turned out that there was no whipped cream and peanuts in it (((I asked why they hadn't warned me in advance? The answer was: somehow I forgot. Although I asked in advance if all the components are available. They said everything is available.
