In short, I'm impressed with the service, and I'm awarding the girl the Employee of the Year award.
There is always something missing, you only find out about it upon ordering. There are no employees on site all the time, usually during rush hour. 50/50 you may get rude or friendly. You either close this point or put it in order. The barista's jackets are lying on the floor, they go to get the milk themselves, they never work on time. Half the time, you leave with a bitter slush and an attitude like you owe something.
