Every time I come to this coffee shop and every time I observe the carelessness of the workers, they treat the preparation of coffee very vaguely, the same guy works in the main one, I can understand everything when it happens once or twice, but every time it's the same, take as an example today, I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino, I realized that, something is wrong only at the bus stop, stupidly made cappuccino with syrup and that's it, in general I do not recommend this coffee shop

The staff is very nice and friendly, I don't know how it is on other days, but today the coffee here is just great.

Every time I come in, there's a story. They punched the cake once, asked if it was there, but did not warn that the appliances were out. I had to take the cake with me. The second time, the girl in front of me made cold coffee instead of hot. There are no such frequent joints in other coffee shops..

I bought an ice-cocoa for 4 rubles, size M. Bottom line: just frothed milk with ice. Cocoa flavor 0. Disappointment 100. I didn't have the strength to complain to the employee, I just left.
