There is absolutely never an opportunity to drink cold drinks.If we don't go in to get coffee before work or on a walk, the waiters will definitely say that there is no way to make them.We are very disappointed. The staff also wants the best.Right in front of all the guests, 2 girls shout to each other which certificates and sick leave should be provided. It's very sad.…

The coffee is overheated and bubbly. Glossy foam is out of the question. The raf is made without syrup by default, although it is different in other coffee shops of this chain. There are no lids on the M,L glasses, not for the first time already. An overflowing trash can, a visually dirty pick-up area. I don't want to come anymore.
