MINUS 10 out of 10! and I'm talking specifically about this point in the Kuntsevo region, since there were no such problems in others. There is always something missing (ice, peanuts, milk, etc.), something always does not work. The staff - everything is as it should be: they do not know etiquette, sociability, some even make one or another coffee on a leaf! Before releasing such an employee into free swimming to "tear apart" guests, you would teach him normally all the subtleties and nuances!
Today's situation, I was shocked, to be honest. Let's start in order: the terminal is not working, the guy forgot to give change, 2 teas were made for us for 5 minutes (1 person was in front of us). We are sitting eating, drinking tea, less than five minutes pass, as the guy hangs a sign on the door that there is a break, well, it's okay, no one throws us out. And then the guy starts to get smaller, walks from the door to the cash register, eventually comes out dressed to the door, rattling the keys and looking at us, "gently hinting" that it's time for us to get out. There was an awkward impression that the customers here were uninvited guests who were not appreciated... Horror, I hope you will take some adequate measures. Because of such cases, you realize that the Cofix network has stopped working on the quality of its facilities.

If you don 't take a break all the time , at any time , and not 5-10 minutes , but 30 or more , there are always problems , there is no water , you don 't work , the staff are disgusting , there is dirt , unsanitary conditions , no customer orientation . Put this coffee shop in order, it 's just unbearable!!!!
That's why there is no such thing on kamennaya gorka , everything is clean , there are no breaks , if something is not available , they will offer to replace it !

The work schedule is indicated from 7:00 to 23:00, but in fact the coffee shop opens only at 7:30, and it is not always possible to buy coffee, either the coffee machine is warming up, or the employee is not standing at the checkout. Constant technical interruptions due to very long waiting times. Over the past month, the service has become terrible, I do not recommend it.

I always came in, they poured less coffee than usual. Somehow I go in, the girl is sitting on the phone, there are just a couple of people in the hall and the girl quietly said that she had heard "we are not working" while there was no sign during the course and at the checkout.

I love raf coffee.
I ordered from them for the first time, something is wrong with him. I thought the syrup was to blame. Gives a strange taste.

Such... I bought tea for 3 rubles - they give me a glass of boiling water and a bag, as in a Soviet canteen, only they take at least 3-6 times less.
I stood in line for payment beforehand, but it turned out that then there was another queue for cooking. 1 employee is working in the hall, two in the back room giggle, joke, sometimes look out into the hall, the queue is waiting.
The coffee shop has recently opened there, it was the first time, it seems that it will be the last.
