I visited the coffee shop and was delighted! I also want to mention and thank the barista, a nice girl named Victoria. She helped me decide on the order and sweetly supported the conversation, she was very friendly and smiling)

On April 21, I came to a coffee shop to try bumble's new drink. I ordered, paid with my phone, and am waiting for a drink. They put a size XL on the counter for me, to put it mildly, I'm shocked. The cashier didn't ask for the size or the price of the drink, but that's okay, it's not about the money, it's about what happened next.
I asked the girl "does it have to be that big?" to which they replied yes, and moreover they replied that everyone who names the drink, but does not name the size, is punched in size XL and this is all according to their standards.
That is, my friend who ordered coffee before me, they specified the size, but I did not. I came to get acquainted with a new drink, so why can't the cashier tell me that there are some size alternatives for this drink. When I asked why they didn't specify the size of the drink, they replied dryly, "Okay, I'll check the size with you next time." You should have heard it. The unpleasant impression left was that the girl (I think) realized that it was probably her fault that she didn't ask for the size by accident or forgot, I would understand if she apologized or said that it was an accident, but brazenly lying to her customer that this is their standard is just terrible.

The place is good, but the drinks themselves are not very good, they ordered so much coffee with caramel (syrup) that it was impossible to drink it, it was so sweet, so I ordered a match that was not tasty at all, covered in lumps and this green powder on my teeth, not one of the most pleasant sensations. The waiting time is not great, but the quality is not the best either.
