We will no longer come to the institution, although we used to go weekly.
We asked the waiter in advance if the tea was sweet and ordered a sweet dessert for the NON-sweet tea. As a result, tea was brought with syrup.
They refused to replace the drinks, they did not issue a refund, there is no complaint book, the administrator refused to leave and hid when we left the institution. The receptionist discussed our situation at the bar with the staff so that everything could be heard in the hall by the rest of the customers and us. We were here on 04.01.2022 and ordered sea buckthorn tea, by the way, the ingredients are also a miserable minimum:(and a salmon roll. Instead of the expected salmon, they brought pita bread with cabbage :) see the photo. Be careful!!!
