I ordered green coffee from Coffeemaxgreen last year, everything seemed to go well. March 31, 2017 I decided to order three kinds of coffee from them again. I don't know what happened to them now, but their attitude towards customers has changed and I felt the negative immediately on the phone! And they were constantly busy.But to fulfill the order, I had to call 3 days in a row.And after ordering three varieties of coffee, one variety was never sent to me, although the money was clearly transferred to them! After I called, they started counting and really said that they were mistaken and the third grade of coffee would be sent to me, and moreover, I had to pay the delivery cost again, although it was their "joint", for which they did not even apologize.A company that respects itself and its customers would immediately fix this and forward the undelivered goods at their own expense. But this did not happen .Naturally, this did not suit me and I demanded to return my money back to the card and called them again every day for three days. I might not have written a review, but after I still "begged" them for a refund of my money, I couldn't stand it anymore! Something happened to these guys that they began to treat the customer so disrespectfully!I would not advise anyone to use the services of this company!
