A very cozy cafe with polite and good-natured staff. It's clean and cozy. Always fresh, delicious, homemade cakes. Very tasty coffee. I definitely recommend a cafe.

We visited this cafe several times during our vacation. We took khachapur, boats, pizza. All for 5 points! There is a lot of filling, the dough is delicious. The children really liked the milkshakes. The staff is at the highest level. Well done!

We were here in September and at first I wanted to give five stars, well, 4 for sure, at least for courtesy and fast service, which is also not found everywhere in Abkhazia.
Of the advantages:
- wifi
- toilet (this is not typical for Abkhazia)
- by the look of the Russian adequate staff
- a large menu, especially a range of different types of coffee
cons:
- tasteless shawarma
- they take 10% surreptitiously for the service, without writing it in the receipt
- the receipt is not from the cashier, but handwritten
- freezer on the second floor instead of the normal temperature of the refrigerator
- it's expensive, the same Napoleon 300r., even if homemade cakes
One of the advantages is that the staff then asks the visitor what they liked or not. She said that the chicken shawarma was dry and spicy, it was impossible to chew it. For this 250 rubles., completely tasteless (Believe me, in the Moscow region it is cheaper and tastier many times. They are made by simple but neat guys from Asia, wearing gloves.
They left an unpleasant impression with their stupid imposed service at the expense. So at least you talk about it out loud if you don't write it on the receipt! It is definitely written about it in the receipts through the cashier, because when they gave it to us, they did not meticulously count it, they also left a tip. And they have already included "tea" in the check by default. Is it cool? I take off three stars at once for this dirty trick, it's really disgusting after this.
Guys, if we like the cafe, we will definitely leave a tip anyway, and much more than 10%, but since you are begging and forcibly imposing your 10% surreptitiously, what kind of assessment can there be?
It's disgusting.
So you will never raise the country here. People like you only disgrace your country.

It's cozy, I liked the service, the prices are above average. The first time we took pizza there with us, everything was delicious, without incident. We came to drink ice cream again and have a snack with shawarma, we poisoned ourselves together. It's a pity, but there definitely won't be a third time.

A lovely, cozy cafe. Helpful staff and delicious food. A quiet place, because there is no through traffic on the opposite side of the entrance. You can comfortably sit on the second floor and you will not be disturbed by coffee drinkers coming to the bar) Yes, there's great coffee there. I definitely recommend it.

If it's time for a cup of real coffee, then you can safely go here.
And of course not with yourself - drinking coffee on the go is generally ridiculous! (the excusable exception is an incredible rush) - and stop your life's run for a few minutes, sit down in a cozy atmosphere, concentrate on positive thoughts.
I can recommend a real espresso - after all, it is served here as it should be - of course with a glass of water.
My taste buds were thrilled!
