06/26/2024 at 13:01 I ordered a large COLD cappuccino, but they made it hot for me. I came up and said, "Sorry, I asked for a cold one." To which they replied that I didn't say "ice", and that's it! They didn't even offer to redo the coffee, they just stood and watched in silence.
