There are never any empty seats in the restaurant. We booked in advance, no one met us on arrival. They were planted first in the aisle, and then transplanted at the request, but to the toilet. There is no wardrobe or normal hangers in the restaurant.
We've been waiting for food for a long time. The food is fine, but the menu itself is extremely inconvenient. There is no logic in the sequence of dishes, a very large selection, which is difficult to navigate.
In general, we ate well, but we are unlikely to return again.

The food is excellent, the coffee is excellent! But the service is not great. They brought the menu and forgot about you, somehow got through, ordered and forgot again. Breakfast was brought, but it was already cold. In Astana and Almaty, customers are being monitored , but here ....... I definitely won't go a second time.

At the very least, a huge number of dishes were missing. As a result, in the absence of a choice, they took steaks. The waiter clarified - what kind of roast? You know, if you are asking, then be kind enough to knock out and order this particular method to the cook, there was another one in the receipt and in fact. The meat is disgusting, there is at least a significant difference between rare and well done. The Greek salad was filled with balsamic, as if it were soup with vegetables. After this hike, there is no desire to visit the once pleasant place again. The maximum is to take a drink with you on the way.

Dessert is brought before the main course. Moreover, the dessert is "ice cream on a hot brownie." That is, you just can't wait. Therefore, the waiter must be asked in advance to have dessert after the main dishes...
It also happened that when the waiter was ready to place an order, he simply ran away with the words "I'll be there in 5 minutes."
It's worth coming here when you have a lot of time to wait for service, and then for the order itself. You won't be able to eat here for an hour.
The rest of the place is good, but poor service discourages the desire to come here again (

The waiters are slow, the tables are dirty, they throw the menu and strut past for 20 minutes, not paying attention. Once they were specially spotted - 20 minutes passed from the moment they sat down at the table to the moment when the menu was brought. C - service. In general, the kitchen is 5, the waiters are 2, on average, let's have 3 stars.

I kept wanting to go, so I went. We ordered pasta bolognese, cold, and tasted better. We ordered Mantas, God, they are so greasy, absolutely not tasty. Even sour cream did not save.
