Excellent coffee, temperature, taste, saturation at the highest level! The interior is clean and pleasant. We haven't tried the food, but it looks very nice and attractive :) The staff is friendly, courteous The coffee was brewed quickly enough I really liked the merch, we wanted to order it, the administrator tried very hard to help us, but unfortunately, it can only be bought at the point. I've been to several cafes in this chain. A very decent menu. If you place an up-to-date menu linked to a cafe, then there will be more visitors, especially visitors. Usually, there is a photo of the restaurant's appearance linked to the map, and almost all cafes in Alma-Ata do this. But people don't eat doors.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the establishment and their policies. Even the Starbucks nearby turned out to be much friendlier and more attractive.
