Excellent coffee, temperature, taste, saturation at the highest level!
The interior is clean and pleasant. We haven't tried the food, but it looks very nice and attractive :)

I've been to several cafes in this chain. A very decent menu. If you place an up-to-date menu linked to a cafe, then there will be more visitors, especially visitors. Usually, there is a photo of the restaurant's appearance linked to the map, and almost all cafes in Alma-Ata do this. But people don't eat doors.

2. The poached egg pancakes looked unpresentable, the poached egg was fallen and already spread. The protein in the egg was undercooked and looked like snot (photo). The pancakes were undersalted and a little damp.
3. Sausages with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut. Initially, the dish was brought without mashed potatoes, they just forgot to put it. As a result, the mashed potatoes were over-salted. Cabbage is not pickled, but raw. The sausages are not tasty, as if they are undercooked. The bread is very buttery and cold.
It was also difficult to call the waiters, the buttons did not work, and the waiters were constantly on their phones and did not look into the hall

Today we visited this institution, unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. With an incomplete loading of the hall, we waited for our order for 1.5 hours. Considering that they just ordered two glasses and a pot of tea. The kitchen did not disappoint, but the waiting time exceeded all limits.

During the waiting time (about 15 minutes), no one came up to us, asked or offered anything.

Unfortunately, the waiters do not know anything, and there is no desire to ask them about anything with their attitude. Despite the "premium" sign, this place doesn't even have pancakes and waffles, which are so popular in the coffee boom. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the establishment and their policies. Even the Starbucks nearby turned out to be much friendlier and more attractive. I hope you will take note of my comments and improve at least some aspect, the printout is not so expensive nowadays.
