A spacious, atmospheric place, lots of space, lots of light, two halls, it's a little cool in winter, the food is delicious, lots of teas, the service is good, sometimes it takes a long time, but it's okay. Beautiful interior, there is a children's recreation room, there are desserts to choose from, next to the Silver restaurant.

Thanks to the wonderful waiter Nika🤗 It has been a long time since I have met such sincere, attentive and professional people in the service sector of Ust-Kamenogorsk. She left the children to celebrate their birthday, and she left absolutely with a calm soul for work. Thank you very much for such a humane attitude and understanding 🙏 The children are delighted!

We ordered a certain table for the holiday. Come on, our table is occupied. Well , what 's the big deal , sit down at the other one (the waiter's words). We started ordering and were told that there was nothing from meat dishes. They turned around and left.

The atmosphere is good, everything else does not deserve stars. If you order anything, there will be "shoals". Cocktails are not all according to the recipe, teas are the same, ordering with you, you can expect any "surprises", from skipping ingredients, to a complete misunderstanding of what was ordered.
