We visited on a public holiday. Although there were practically no seats. But they met us and found places. What exactly is pleasant when you visit an institution for the first time. The waiters serve quickly and politely. The order arrived quickly.👌🏼 Delicious.
The background music was pleasant, not intrusive. Which gave a special comfort and atmosphere to the establishment.

Accordingly, if you have occupied a large table, then the waiters will literally look into your mouth, expecting that you will quickly eat everything and get out of this place. We were with my husband on August 15th. About 40 minutes after dinner, we did not feel very well, and as a result, both were poisoned, and with a temperature of 38, abdominal pain and all the ensuing consequences. Today is August 17th, and we are just starting to come to our senses.
We went to Gogol 15 for a long time and always liked it. They turned a blind eye to the fact that the service had become terrible. But it is already a complete mess to allow yourself to serve spoiled dishes or violate sanitary standards during the cooking process, which I do not exclude at all.
Therefore, there is no desire to come there anymore!

In the morning or at lunch, it can be 1 waiter for a whole full room, who of course does not have time to do anything, and as a result, you wait 20 minutes for the order to be accepted, then the food (it's good that they cook quickly and tasty), and then you wait 20 minutes for them to calculate you. At the same time, 10% of the service fee is perfectly displayed in the receipt. And I would never leave so much for a long service.
