We waited for our ordered hot dogs for 40 minutes and this is with a fairly empty hall. But the prepared order completely covered this disadvantage. Everything was very tasty. Dessert and coffee are divine.

The waiters cannot be reached (it feels like the buttons are ignored), despite the fact that some of the waiters are sitting on their phones at the bar. The wait for the dishes is very long.
The staff is very attentive and courteous. Friendly. The atmosphere of comfort, warmth and tranquility. A very comfortable and pleasant place. The waiting time is short. The food is delicious and bright. The hot teas are simply incomparable. 💯 Points. The interior is comfortable.
There was an order for Kharcho soup. The dish was cooked for about 30 minutes. At this time, my traveling companion ate and got drunk. The order was brought - soup. And it's tasteless, the pitch is terrible. There are large chunks of fat on the surface, 2 pieces of meat are large. The soup didn't match the dish. It was inedible. The waiter offered to cook another soup Kharcho. But it was impossible to agree to this option: time was lost, the mood was also lost. And how can you fix a ready-made dish. We paid, but the desire to come to the institution disappeared. Although they visited almost daily.

The coffee is good, the chocolate is not very good. It was sweet, it tastes more like liquid pudding, a lot of thickener. The portions of chocolate are unexpectedly huge, they look more modest in the photo on the menu.
It's very good for the canteen. It's very bad for a restaurant or even a cafe. In one of the cafes of this chain, they cheated, handing over the change with a huge pile of change (apparently in the hope that I would not count it). The price and quality do not converge at all
Yesterday was the last time I visited an institution at this address .
For the first time, the unfortunate hot dog was waited for 30 minutes for the spouse (sausage with dough for 30 minutes). The second time we waited for a burger for 40 minutes (40 minutes Carl) . And for the last time , my mother - in -law and I decided to have tea with dessert .
