Unfortunately, this particular Coffee Boom deteriorated significantly during the two years we were here in 2021. There are a lot of waiters, not counting the receptionist, but neither of them simply notice the presence of guests. And not only our presence - there were constant calls from one or the other table to finally pay attention to the guests' table. On one of the visits to the institution, despite the complete lack of free tables, one of the tables was occupied by staff undergoing some kind of training. Right there, in the middle of the working day and a large number of dining customers, apparently as part of the ongoing repairs, the movers dragged either a huge table or a counter right through the hall. Breakfast, despite the long wait, was brought cold. The cherry on the cake was the 10% service charge included in the bill, which no one will naturally notify you about before you see the bill. The information about this is true in the paper (not on every page) and online menu, but nevertheless. In general, probably our last visit was to this Coffee Boom. There are enough alternatives.

We took tomatoes, mashed potatoes with sausages, avocado celery smoothies, Kazakh tea - everything is delicious. The service is fast and courteous. An atmospheric place, beautiful, with a view of the mosque. In general, I recommend it.

The service is slow. The menu is missing. Electronic menu - advertising, surveys. Lemonades, teas - an overabundance of sugar, food, if fried (for example potatoes) - very fatty. I didn't like it.

I want to thank such a sensitive staff and the work of the administrator for helping my mother. She arrived at the embassy, and the document was missing, but she did not know where to print it, but wonderful people, represented by the staff, printed everything out for her and treated her to delicious coffee! Finally, Mom also came to them to have another cup.

During our stay in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, my wife and I visited this institution and I must say it is not even bad, worthy both in terms of the quality of the dishes we selected and in terms of service. We can say reasonable prices for the dishes provided in the menu. We lived in the same house at the Elite Apart-hotel and what is called next door is convenient.

I've been in a couple of times. Landing at 80% in the morning and at lunch.the choice is a big one. In the Far Eastern breakfast, caviar was only anointed on a pancake. But I recommend you to visit.

We were on a visit to Astana, visited this institution in the residential complex Khayvil. Everything was delicious, the staff was polite and attentive, but the feeling was spoiled by the infernal stuffiness. We were sitting near the entrance. Perhaps there are air conditioners in the back of the hall, but the cash register is like an oven!!!

Disgusting place! If you find yourself in Astana, never, under any circumstances, do not come here. Everything is bad here: service, waiting time, food. We waited 1 hour for breakfast. The food is barely warm. They brought mocha, which stood on the counter, all the cream dissolved, turning into poop. Disappointment of the day.
