Get rid of those useless QR codes! You're creating a lot of inconvenience for customers! It's one thing to duplicate the menu, but excluding paper menus is just a nightmare!
And if I'm without a phone, or it's dead, or there's no internet, or IT's JUST NOT CONVENIENT!
There is no hint of environmental friendliness in this absurdity, there are tons of plastic in your establishments, but for some reason it occurred to someone to save on the menu!

It was a terrible place, dirty tables and sofas, the waiter came up 100,500 times and asked for our order (although he wrote it down when he took the order), and my cashmere hat was stolen from the same coffee shop!!! The receptionist had to report several times that there was no toilet paper in the toilet and people were queuing to use the toilet....IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!!

It's a good place
