A great hotel for holidays and even accommodation in Phuket. I liked everything. Close to shops, pharmacies, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts are good, you can have a hearty breakfast, a variety of fruits, vegetables, sauces, bread, jams, butter, soup are even given for breakfast, rice / noodles, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, coffee of various types, tea. The rooms are old in terms of renovation, in the bathroom you can see that the tiles are moldy, but it's not scary. The bed linen is clean and made up every day. The floors are also cleaned every day. There are no cockroaches, insects, lizards, snakes) The pool is clean, the water is warm. The staff is friendly in everything. If you order laundry and ironing, take only the laundry, because they don't iron the laundry) We ordered laundry + ironing, all the things were just washed, not ironed. Washing and ironing costs 150 baht per 1 kg. There is no unpleasant smell in the rooms. The sun beds and pool towels are always clean. Feel free to book a hotel. We stayed at the hotel 11-19.11, it's beautiful! Very friendly staff, fresh renovation in the room (lived in pool wing room 305), regular and good room cleaning (daily + change of towels, the only thing if you do not want people to come to you at 9.30 am - do not forget to put up a sign "do not disturb" :)), delicious breakfasts, and most importantly everywhere cleanliness and no insects in the room. The pool is cleaned every evening / every morning, they respond to any request as quickly as possible, as it turned out, a birthday greeting is provided, which is very pleasant🤗 + proximity to the beach (literally 5 minutes to the left of the hotel) and to the Malin Plaza market (the same 5 minutes, but to the right) and an abundance of establishments around are important)) Bangla Road is also close - about 15 minutes: the optimal distance for a walk sometimes, but there is no constant hanging out at the walls of the hotel. The exchanger and 7/11 are right outside the hotel, which is also very convenient.
In general, all positive emotions, we were very pleased that we chose Coconut village ♥️

We had a rest in July 2024. We arrived in a large company, in the first days we were not particularly lucky with the weather and decided to swim in the pool. Also, the whole company had breakfast included and sometimes had dinner in the cafe at the hotel. I want to keep everyone safe and inform you that this hotel has ruined the rest not only for all of us, but also for the rest of the people who rested there. On the 3rd day of rest, we all came down with a terrible infection. The Russian language is ROTOVIRUS. It was not just bad, but terrible. No one could get out of bed, nothing helped. On the 5th day of rest, it was decided to go to the hospital on insurance. Where they dug us up, gave us 10 packs of pills and forbade us to drink and eat literally everything. Then it turned out that many of our hotel had already been dug up. Everyone had the same conclusion, the hotel was to blame. Maybe it's because of the breakfast or the pool, which has never been cleaned. The rest was so spoiled that for the other 5 days we dreamed of flying home. To anyone who is considering this hotel, I recommend that you forget about it and choose another more popular one. After arriving home, we asked the tour operators why this happened. The answer was: choose a hotel according to the type of ibis. Yes, the rooms are not new, but they are well cleaned and cooked.

We rested at the hotel from 07.05.24 to 05/15.24. We liked everything at the hotel. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, in order to have a delicious meal, 32 min walk to the Malin night market, the sea 500m, massage parlors saven ilaven, everything is nearby!! The hotel is very clean, cleaned every day, 2.7 m swimming pool, comfortable sun beds, friendly and helpful staff. We will come to this hotel again. We really liked it. I recommend it to everyone

Upon check-in on 07.11.2024, a hotel employee broke my American tourister suitcase to resolve the situation, I offered to move us to a room above the category, but the manager refused. 08.11.2024 in the evening I was offered to change the room, but I refused because 2 days of stay had passed and the next day we left for 2 days of island tours. 11/10/2024 in the evening I was offered 1000bt or repair of my suitcase. Refused, in Russia for 3000 rubles (1000bt) is not enough to repair a branded suitcase, repair is not considered departure 11:00 am 11/11/2024.
I wrote an appeal on the hotel's website,
He offered, taking into account the wear and tear, to pay me 3000bt. I have not received a response, there is no apology, the damage from the hotel has not been settled…

A very cozy and intimate hotel. Despite the fact that it is Patong and 500m to the sea, the hotel itself is quiet, you can sleep without fear of noise and parties. It was strange to see reviews about the bad Internet, don't believe it. Very good and stable Wi-Fi, worked remotely without problems, for my wife it's a special pleasure, insta without VPN and loads in a second))) Not a bad room, always clean crisp linen, there is a safe, working air conditioning, the only old bathroom. There is a steep swimming pool on site, with a depth of 2.7 m to 0.5 m, and a bar near the pool. There are a lot of sun beds, they give out free beach towels. Breakfast is turned off, but it's not very tasty for me, my wife liked it. I liked the restaurant at the hotel more, overlooking the lively nightlife of Patong, very tasty and varied menu. The staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, 5 out of 5.

Excellent hotel, 5 minutes to Patong beach, the hotel area is small, but very cozy and green. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. We only had breakfast - there is a large selection, there is fruit every morning. There is a bar on the pool, you can order drinks, cocktails, there is a menu. We ordered a sandwich, brought it with vegetables and French fries, Cleaned every day, there is a safe, cosmetics, water, refrigerator… We had room 207 on the ground floor, we are absolutely delighted, many people write about audibility, everything was fine with us in this regard. The staff is always ready to solve any issue. Near Bangle Row, grocery market, Karon beach is 7 minutes by tuk tuk. We were on a honeymoon, the swans were a compliment from the hotel and settled us at 11 a.m.👍👍👍We will definitely come back again🔥🔥🔥

Great hotel! I highly recommend it. The only negative is the noise. But this is rather a feature of lively Patong. The breakfasts are amazing, the pool is good. The rooms are spacious. She lived in a room like a house on the ground. It's just huge! There is a dryer. But the hotel does not provide an iron. But the scales are free))) nearby is 7/11 and the exchanger. If you go down the same street to the left, to the sea, then at the intersection you will find a blue exchanger that is more profitable. There's also the best massage parlor in the area. Inexpensive and delicious with the most delicious mango shake cafe across the street, a couple of minutes walk down the same street. And if you go to the right from the cafe, then in 3 minutes you will find yourself at the night market, where they will also give you delicious food. The cleaning at the hotel is normal, there are enough sun beds by the pool. The staff is friendly. The bed is clean and comfortable. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the sea at a calm pace. We had a rest in July 2023, the hotel is not to say that the room was well renovated, but everything was neat, cleaning was carried out, the breakfasts were not bad. The pool area is beautiful, you can buy drinks/food at the bar. There is a favorite 7eleven near the hotel. The beach is also very close, and if you go the other way, you will come to the market, where you can eat delicious local food. Would you come back here? Yes. It is quite a good option near the beach.

Great hotel.
A 5-minute walk to the beach, right next to the hotel there is an exchange and a Thai chain store.
Very good staff, upon arrival they showed us a couple more rooms at our request, they reacted immediately to problems (the lamp on the balcony burned out). Of the disadvantages, there are no "do not disturb" signs. And the pool is very hot at this time of year, it's impossible to cool down.

The hotel is wonderful, quiet, conveniently located. Yes, the renovation is the most beautiful to me, but we only slept in the room, so we didn't pay attention to it. There is a night market nearby, with prices slightly lower than at the ranches near banglarode. There is almost no noise, and there are no people either. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, but we liked the sea more in the northern part of Patong, it was not so muddy, so we went there. The staff is friendly and ready to help. 100/10

Daily cleaning, water, shampoos, good towels, normal linen, comfortable mattress. Special thanks for the quality food!) and the prices are super! I would like to pay a little more attention to the requests of customers, mine concerned outdated filling, a creaking bed and a non-working hair dryer. Otherwise, I really recommend it. And great location, Bangla is a 10-minute walk along the beach, but it's quiet and everything is there, plus prices are lower. About rooms with a view of the road, immediately refuse for sure, Phuket never sleeps) have a good rest!

It was in July 2019. We settled right into a clean double room with a balcony. The windows overlooked the pool, so it was quiet. Cleaning was done every day at about 13-15h.
Linen and towels were changed every other day.For "heavily soiled linen" they asked to pay an additional 1500 baht (they said it would not wash).
No living creatures except a small lizard came crawling.
Wifi worked best by the pool and at the reception.
In general, the impression is good!
