We were on a guided tour of the mysteries of Ubud, I really liked it. The nature of Ubud and the temple complexes are amazing. The other day we are going on 2 more excursions to Bali and 4 islands + swimming with manta rays❤ I hope we will see them🙏 We will definitely leave a review.

Speaks Russian very well. Pleasant to talk to. Supports any topic of conversation and tells not only about the locations of the tour. I stopped on the way to take a picture without any problems, and even brought it to a coffee plantation on the way back, which was not included in the tour.

I really enjoyed the Lost World of East Java tour
We visited not only the Ijen volcano, but also Bromo, went there in jeeps - it's just unreal emotions😍
Sev liked the huge Tumpak waterfall very much, swam, took a lot of cool photos👍
This holiday is very active, but I really love it, thanks separately to Co Co, the hotels are just awesome and very beautiful and comfortable, answered all my questions and were always in touch, thank you and prosperity 👍🏝️

We took a 3-day guided tour from Coco Travel along an individual route. There were two of them and the guide Gusti👍 The program included various temples, rice terraces, a waterfall, coffee plantations, a white sand beach, a beach with volcanic sand and dolphins.

I recently returned from the Lost World of East Java tour, and I have extremely positive impressions! First of all, I would like to mention the largest waterfall in Indonesia - Tumpak Sevu, an unforgettable sight, all the tour participants were delighted with what they saw, including me!
I was also surprised by the scale of the Ijden volcano and the acid lake with bright blue water - a great place for unique photos!
Respect to Coco Travel for the organization, thank you very much for this unforgettable tour, I will recommend you to my friends and acquaintances.

The incompetent manager signed us up at the wrong place on his own and refused to refund the money.
18.01.25 I talked to the manager about rafting (attention, they don't pick up the phone) Without specifying anything (but quickly collecting the money), the manager booked at his request for Ayung, and not Telaga, where we wanted. At first, the manager referred to the fact that Telaga is rarely taken, but then abruptly came up with a new rule - automatic recording on the Ayung. Attention. At will. Although a simple question about the place where we wanted to go takes only a couple of seconds, especially if you work in this position and your client has a contract at hand, in which there is not a word about "automatic" entry to wherever the manager wants. He sent us information about our reservation without a destination (telaga/ayung), but he was able to calculate the transfer somehow.
The rafting itself was great, although Ayung is called a quieter rafting trip. However, I will give all my gratitude to the nature in Bali, and not to the organization with its incompetent manager.
I hope everyone sees this review and draws the appropriate conclusions. It's easier for managers to argue than to admit their mistake.

I would like to share my experience of visiting Ijen Volcano with CocoTravel. It was an unforgettable adventure.
Climbing the volcano itself turned out to be a real challenge, but the incredible views and blue fire were worth every effort. The guide took care of our comfort by making regular stops so that we could relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. The scenery from above was simply breathtaking!😍

Excellent service. Ketut, the guide, drove us around Nusa Penida, adjusted to our wishes and was very interested in the Russian language. We liked it. The hotel was just a fire, I would have stayed in it even without a tour, my access to the pool, good breakfasts.

Everything was fine. They wrote off almost half the end of the working day, as a result, they offered a good option for an individual tour and acceptable money. We were picked up from the hotel and put on a ferry, where we were met by a very cheerful Ketut guide who speaks good Russian. So the tour went great. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
