The service does not match the price.
I ordered a delivery in the evening. After ~ 1 hour, the courier called the intercom and immediately noted that the order had been delivered. After 5-10 minutes, I realized that the courier with the food had not reached me. I wrote in support. Support took a very long time to figure out something with the courier. Obviously, he delivered it to the wrong apartment. As a result, I knocked on the neighbors' door myself, just in case, and found out that my dinner had been delivered to them by mistake (fortunately, they did not open it). But it took a long time to figure everything out and dinner was already cold. As compensation, the support offered a measly 1,000 bonuses.
For the price you charge for your service, this is clearly unacceptable. If a cold dish was brought to me in a restaurant, and even half an hour later than promised, I would simply refuse to pay for it. In this case, I expect to be compensated for at least half of the cost of the order. And you're offering me a measly 1,000 bonuses. Not even tenge. What makes you think that I will still have a desire to order something from you and spend these bonuses?
