Horrible customer service. My nail broke after 3 days and they just ignored my messages about it. I didn’t receive any response from them regarding that. Apparently as soon as they receive your money they don’t care about you anymore.

Unpleasant impressions remained. My master did a pedicure rather sloppily and was very gloomy. On top of that, coffee was brought to all the female clients sitting next to me, but they didn't even offer it to me. Again, it's not the most important component of a nail studio/salon, but impressions are made up of small things.

The service received: shellac removal, edged manicure, coating. I was very surprised by the absence of a manicure vacuum cleaner. I had to shake the dust off my clothes. The coating was applied relatively well, there was a leak on one nail. At the same time, the manicure lasted less than a week, the first chip appeared on the 5th day, on the 14th day the coating completely peeled off three nails. I think that with such a low quality, the price is greatly overestimated.

I really like this place! The girls at the reception are always friendly and attentive, and the masters are professionals! I would like to mention the master Karina, who performed an excellent complex haircut, given my unruly hair :)

The beautiful salon is one of the few in Yerevan where manicure is done with scissors, not clippers. I go to the masters Anna on Abovyan and Elena on Saryan. The speed is just super, and also — delicious coffee. I recommend it to everyone!

A good salon, I go for manicures and pedicures. The masters and administrators are always friendly, I confirm the rest of the reviews. I can't say anything about the coating, since I do it without it. They always try to fulfill all my requests for nail treatment. Affordable prices.
