The master was called to diagnose the washing machine. On the phone, they repeatedly asked how much it costs to call a technician for diagnostics (without repairs).: They replied with 30 rubles. And in the end, when the master came, he took 120 rubles for the diagnosis. (in cash). And he said that he had such prices. The master did not replace any of the parts in the washing machine, but as a result, he raised the price tag from scratch. I did not issue an act of completed work. I do not recommend contacting you.

I contacted the company with a problem, presumably related to the control unit or the washing machine. The master arrived promptly, but instead of immediately checking the possible malfunctions I indicated, he began by diagnosing the engine, which turned out to be serviceable. As a result, it was confirmed that the problem was indeed in the control unit. The master offered to collect the fee for verification, requesting 300 rubles for repairs, which seemed to me quite expensive. I refused, but still had to pay 30 rubles for the diagnosis, although the website says that the diagnosis is free.
In general, I was dissatisfied with the service. Time and money have been spent, but the solution to the problem has not been received. Perhaps other clients will have better luck, but personally I cannot recommend this company.

The site indicates that the initial diagnosis and departure of the master are free of charge. But after one minute of inspection, the master demanded 15 rubles for departure. Having said that, such repairs will take about two weeks.
The next day, other specialists were called in, who repaired our refrigerator in less than an hour. Taking 5 times less for their work than the masters of this organization asked for.
Look for other masters!!!

Faced with the negative experience of this company. I received a low-quality consultation on the phone, where the assistant did not warn me about the price of calling the master. The master also omitted that the paid 20p call costs(as it turned out). As a result, the master performed the diagnosis by scrolling the drum of the washing machine with his hand and said that he needed to take it to the workshop, since he could not say anything for sure. The website indicates that repairs are carried out at home. No one has ever voiced anything about the price of the call either .
I was still unhappy and it is not clear what I paid the money for.
I hope other customers will not face such problems. And the company will take into account its disadvantages. The mood is spoiled and you need to look for a good master.
