We lived on the territory of the Park. The houses have good balconies, silence, greenery, all the rest of the territory is under the sun, music and without greenery.

The area is very beautiful. The room was a deluxe club room- stylish. The restaurant has quite a variety of food. The entrance to the sea of 3 types is an ordinary, sloping bridge into the depths and several stairs from the pier - everything is very decent. Friendly staff, no one bothers on the beach with additional services. The hotel's audience is family-friendly.

So. I'm just in cultural shock from this hotel. Starting from the boorish reception, where they had never heard of the concept of "customer orientation" and ending with the old room stock. I'll attach a photo. If they suddenly don't load, briefly:
1) disgusting Wi-Fi
2) old rooms with keys instead of magnets
3) the drains in the sinks and showers are clogged, the shower hoses are flowing from all the cracks, the hotel administration does not care about all this
4) The only advantages of this hotel are delicious food and a beautiful green area. And that's it.
We paid 300k for this vacation for two people for a week.
If you are looking for a high-quality, small, cozy hotel, you are definitely not here.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2022. The territory of the hotel is large and very well maintained-the eye is happy. The hotel has several restaurants and a snack bar. There is a lot of food and everyone can find a dish to their liking. There are a lot of vacationers and therefore, if you come to the beach after 10 a.m., you may not find a free sunbed. The beach is pebbly sandy and the entrance to the sea is difficult, but there is also a wooden pier along which you can easily reach the stairs from which it is convenient to descend into the sea. It takes 20 minutes to get to the village of Fethiye by taxi. In Fethiye, in the shopping center, you can buy good knitwear, etc. If you want to buy some clothes for the cold period, then the hotel has a shop where Jamal works and he can arrange a free trip to the Felini outerwear and fur coats store. The store is good. There you can buy nice things for winter. Bargaining is appropriate. The hotel staff is friendly. It can be noted that the hotel has a good Spa. Nargiz does a good massage. Good impressions were left from the stay at the Tuana clab Fethiye hotel.

Hello everyone We stayed with our family at this hotel from 08/20/2022 to 08/29/2022. This is the best place we have visited in Turkey. The hotel is focused on family holidays with children of all ages, there is a children's club headed by Adam, where our child spent a wonderful time during our stay, painted, played football and even rode a banana to the island to look for treasures. The food, rooms, cleanliness, grounds, staff and so on are all top notch. We really liked everything! I would also like to mention the Water Sports Center on the territory of the hotel, right on the beach. I am a certified diver myself - and naturally I took the opportunity to do dives this time. I went out to sea three times and did two dives - I have never seen such transparency of water before - about 25-30 meters. The dive center team is well prepared: Murat, Kandemir, Typhoon, Isabel - a great team!!! They speak both English and Russian. The equipment is all in excellent condition. I've done wonderful dives!!! In addition, the main manager at the center, Anastasia, gave us an overview of all the excursions in the region - we visited many beautiful places on the boat together with Captain Fedor - we never regretted it. It was especially great to swim from a boat in the purest sea. As a result, great impressions and the best recommendations!!!

We stayed at this hotel with a family of 4 people from August 21 to 28, 2022. I liked the territory of the hotel. We lived near the restaurant, so everything is fine with it, we didn't have to go far. But those who came across buildings behind the fence (the so-called park room) were unlucky, far from all entertainment in general.
The main part of the tourists are British and Germans. There are Russians, but there are fewer of them.
What I didn't like was the food. Everything is very greasy and spicy. Children don't have much to eat. My 4-year-old ate pasta and watermelon. That's it.
The sea is beautiful before lunch:warm, transparent. There are waves after lunch, the water is muddy.
The animation is incomparable! Very funny guys. Adam is super, the children's animation is great. The eldest daughter still misses Boehme and Aigerim.
There is a very small shop outside the hotel, there is everything a little bit, the seller is Russian-speaking. The on-site store is expensive (but it's the same everywhere)
We went to fetch things in Fethiye itself by minibus, the stop is right behind the barrier of the hotel.
The Sberbank mir card worked for us in Waikiki, there are ATMs there, they were withdrawing lira in cash, there were no problems.
In general, I liked it here, except for the food. Well, there is nothing outside the hotel.

Tuana is a paradise. I have vacationed there many times and would like to visit Tuan more than once. I learned Tuana after Botany and all the friends to whom I recommended the Tuana hotel were very grateful to me. We rested here for 10 days, we were extremely satisfied with everything except the room. Some repairs have already been done there, some have not. There was no room in ours (in the club part) and a 5-star room definitely does not pull. Also, there is absolutely nothing adapted for a child. There is no child's bed, no stool in the bathroom, not even a child's seat on the toilet. We were very satisfied with everything else. They cook very tasty, the territory is just huge - well-groomed, beautiful. Palm trees, banana trees, eucalyptus, etc. Interesting performances every evening, various cool activities in the afternoon. I recommend it!

I'll tell you in a nutshell.
We had a family vacation in July 2022. The territory of the hotel is amazing, everything is green and fabulously beautiful.
But immediately upon check-in, the negative moment was the room provided for 10 days, which was on the first floor in the building of the second territory, dark and barely pulling for 3 stars, but for an additional fee of $ 100 we were given the opportunity to choose a building and a floor where everything was right on the level above, cleaner, newer and brighter, a stone's throw from the main restaurant, on the third floor with a large balcony.
The food is mediocre and not always varied, but it is quite enough for such a large number of vacationers. There is not much seafood except fish, salads are generally strange, sweets are not sweet, beer is diluted on bars, in the main restaurant more or less, alcohol is completely different from cheap local to medium, local wine is not bad. A separate moment is a visit to a fish restaurant, after which I had to go to the main one to finish eating.
Everything is fine in terms of entertainment and animation, a lot of entertainment for children, a separate respect for Adam (Puig lai and Puig honey, who was at the children's disco, he will understand) and the groovy and very incendiary Anastasia.
But the big and fat disadvantage is the condition of the volleyball court with a sand concrete coating with stones, so after 2 days of games, I had to put on sneakers. There is no condition of the balls at the box office (my ball is in the photo) and the time of the games twice a day is very controversial, at 11:00 even less, but at 16:00, when there is wild heat and scorching sun, it is just a priori not chosen correctly for this time of year. The administration has known about the problem for a long time, but has not made any moves towards improving the quality of the site.
Tennis tables are also in such a controversial place, on the one hand against the wall, with the presence of tiles on the floor.
Rest on solid 3+. We will not go here a second time, there are so many amazing places in the world to be in the same location 2 or more times.

We had a rest with my husband from September 9th to 19th. We liked everything very much. Wonderful territory, just fabulous houses, hardworking staff clean, water, etc. around the clock. The sea is clean and beautiful. The beach is clean, this is being monitored. Entering the sea of stones (we took special shoes or went down from the pier (very convenient) the hotel has a lot of greenery, it is not hot and very comfortable. We went to the blue lagoon beach and fried there, stuffy! We returned to the hotel - it was cool. There are smiling guys and girls at bars and restaurants. Well done! I really liked the food! Everything is very tasty! , themed dinners for 5+. We lived in the 11th building on the 1st floor. We liked it!
The rooms are normal, everything is there, everything is working properly,
cleaning is daily.
Wi-Fi is working intermittently on site. I also caught it in the room, but I hung out in places. The reception is working fine.
The animators are also great! They make everyone laugh! And darts and archery and yoga and dancing and various games, in general you will not get bored.
We don't have children, but there are sooooo many families with children in the hotel. There's a lot for them too.

Probably after the "covid period" the food "sank" a little and became monotonous, because according to the stories of our friends who rested in September 2020, it was super, but you definitely won't be hungry. The most boring breakfasts were, we got tired of them in 10 days, lunches and dinners were more diverse. The alcohol is not bad, it is poured from bottles. There are enough vegetables and fruits. All covid measures are observed in the hotel, it was surprising that everyone is masked everywhere, not only in the hotel, but also on the hot streets, even in the minibus to Fethiye. We lived on the territory of the "park", we were satisfied - it is quiet and peaceful there, in the evening you can sit in peace and quiet, because you have your own pool, a small bar, a very good bartender works on it. The main restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is family-run, there were no drunken noisy companies, which pleased me. I really liked the spa center on site, the Turkish bath and massage are just a delight, I really liked the girl Rita, she has golden hands, went to her for a massage several times. There are 3 a la carte restaurants, of which only Ivriz liked, it overlooks the sea, after which the only one did not have to go to the dining room for dinner))) The cons were not particularly searched for, 1.5 years without the sea, we are glad that we got out at all)) According to my personal impression, the hotel has one problem - sun beds, after 8.30 it is impossible to find a place for yourself, although the guides at meetings tell you that you do not need to take a place at 6 in the morning, that towels can "fly away" without you, but this does not work, you come to a half-empty beach, and there are no people on the sun beds a day, but the towels are lying. For children in the hotel, as it seemed to me (there are none of their own), super, and pools and a club and a zoo and slides and ice cream))) In general, the impressions were very good both from this new region of Turkey and from the hotel as a whole. The rest was a success.

1. The hotel was checked in ahead of schedule, arrived at 7 a.m., instead of 14 they were checked in at 12, breakfast and lunch were available immediately.
2. We had a room after renovation, but the door is with a mechanical key, no cards, and only one key is given for two. The door itself does not close from the inside, there is a latch, but there is no sense of security from it. The faucet in the bathroom sink is not fixed, when turned on, it just flies out of the attachment point, I see this in 5 stars for the first time. In the room itself, the furniture is old, worn out, so I can't even imagine that in the rooms before the renovation, there is no blanket for the bed, but there is some kind of bedspread in the form of a waffle, leaky and sometimes yellow towel, I have also never seen this anywhere, so if you are frozen, be prepared (at the end of September the nights are cool). Nuances that you can ignore in comparison with the above - the TV hangs so crookedly that I do not know who could hang it like that, lamps, sockets and switches are also crookedly attached, maybe we had a room where jamshut did repairs, the curvature of the walls in the light and a bunch of putties are visible. There is an air conditioner, it works fine. I don't think we can talk about the lack of bathrobes.
3. Mosquitoes - this probably does not apply to the hotel, but other people wrote about it and we took a fumigator and a sprinkler with us, knowing that they work, they were checked many times in Moscow. They don't work here, they killed from 2 to 5 mosquitoes stably before going to bed, they still bit us at night, although the fumigator was working and we were sprayed from head to toe.
4. Cats are a separate story. Probably there are many animal lovers among the guests, but personally I am allergic to cats, and it would be fine if they just walked, at least one cat will definitely come to you at any meal, rub against you, at least cats have been noticed climbing into a plate in the absence of people at the table. The cat was finished off, which had either lichen behind its ears, or something else - two holes gaping with blood and some kind of mucus, 3-4 centimeters in size, when you eat, it does not add appetite at all.
5. Food - in general, the food is delicious, the meat is surprisingly very high quality, for lunch and dinner there is always beef or chicken in different variations, breakfasts are omelets in several types, sausages and sausage (red and with a very strange taste), there are no pancakes, there are pancakes, but a strange taste, cheesecakes, they are firm and also have a very strange taste, maybe it's the flour, so in general breakfast is a little meager and it does not change, lunch and dinner are quite good, there is variety and choice. I was amused that at breakfast you can BUY freshly squeezed juice, 3 euros a glass)) I thought ultra all inclusive doesn't involve buying such things, but no). A snack bar with snacks, fries, some meat, fruits and so on is available between meals.
6. Gym - there is a bench press, there are straight bars of different weights, there is a neck, there is perhaps the most important thing - a crossover with different attachments, a platform for leg presses, a crossover for the chest and a bench press for the shoulders, a dumbbell row up to 30 kg, two treadmills, 4 bicycles and 2 ellipses, a little equipment It's dirty, but it's still very, very good for a hotel.
7. The territory is large, green, you can definitely walk around it in the evening for 20-30 minutes.
8. Sun beds - I divided them into three types - 1 - by the sea on the beach, they are always busy, as other guests wrote, it seems that they have been occupied since 6 am, and everything is very tight next to each other, but at 10 am we were able to find two free ones once. 2 - sun beds by the pool, occupied, but not so tightly and you will find a free place sooner, 3 - sun beds 5 meters from the beaches, but already on the lawn, always free, no one sits on each other's heads and that's what you need to use, because it's not so hot, there are trees, umbrellas, it takes 15 seconds longer to get to the sea than from the beach, as for me this is normal.
9. Bars - 5 bars, two with foreign alcohol, all inclusive and you can drink whatever you want. They make cocktails in one bar, very well.
10. The contingent is mainly Germans, Turks, there were few British, maybe a quarter of Russians.
11. The sea is clean, at the end of September the water is 28-29 degrees, warm, entering through pebbles, but there is a special descent.
12. WI-FI - works as follows - if you do something on the phone, it works, as soon as you block the phone, it falls off, for a new connection you need to log in every time, and for it you need your passport number, so if you really need the Internet, as other guests wrote, learn your number and be ready to enter it as often as ever in your life) in general, the signal itself is normal in places, not in places, it still works fine in the morning, but when all the guests come to one place, you are more likely to not even be able to read the news, in general, the Internet is 4 out of 10 if you will need to work or call someone often, it's better to think about roaming.
If we turn to emotions, then this is a hotel of contrasts, something is great about it, something resembles staying in three stars, in general, in my opinion, it is certainly not a five, it is a four, but taking into account rising prices and impressions in general, if you are not scared by what I described above, you can visit.

Let's start with the good thing:
The territory is really beautiful, well-groomed and large, I liked the bird park, chess, pool area and fitness room.
Good children's animation (for children from 4 years old), children baked pizza, made beads, swam on a banana to a nearby island for treasures (this is for an additional fee), the child was delighted, thanks to the girls!
The hotel has water activities on the beach, there is a very good staff, we rode on a crazy couch and went for a boat ride in the bays - I liked it.
The presence of bungalows on the beach (for an additional fee -30 bucks per day), it is very convenient with kids, drinks and fruits are brought there 3 times a day, I liked it most at the pier.
Now about the cons:
A very old room! It's terribly simple, although we lived in the club and read from reviews that bad rooms are only in the park, this is not quite true, the club has a new building, so long, goes along the river, there are new rooms there, good ones, I'm glad that at least they were cleaned every day.
Reception - the ladies at the reception are not very good, the men are well done, they settled in without any problems, if you want a good room, decide immediately before checking in.
The food is monotonous, in general. The diet table does not change from day to day (turkey, potatoes, carrots and peas).
French fries and nuggets for children, there is a children's table for lunch - but it is not edible. Basically the same fish every day, sweets are not delicious, what was delicious and what we ate: pancakes and omelets in the morning, there is a queue for toast, but they are nothing, freshly squeezed juice for an additional fee is delicious, at lunch - baked goods from the oven, fresh vegetables, rice and mostly fish or wings; the pizza in the snack bar was delicious (it is served at lunch), but for dinner, if themed, then you can find something new, if not, then again pasta, fresh vegetables and fish or some kind of meat.
About the staff: bartenders pour good alcohol for Germans and British, and try to pour cheap alcohol for Russians;
the guys at the distribution in the restaurant often laugh in your face, talking in Turkish and throw food into the plate like pigs.
The animation is very mediocre.
Beach: the views are good, and the water is dirty and cool because of the river, the entrance is rocky, but you can go in, for those who can't go in, there is a pantone with stairs, I don't want to dive.

Check-in (without additional charges) takes place strictly from 14 o'clock for Russian tourists and from 11-12 for foreigners. There are rooms that have been renovated not so long ago - they are the usual standard. Where there was no repair, you can prepare for falling off drawers, handles, towel rails, current plumbing, a non-working hair dryer and unreal audibility in the room. The cleaning is good. The territory is really large and very green, hence the large number of mosquitoes and there is little way to escape from them.
The animation is completely relaxed, although the team is large. The evening shows are exclusively hosted by acrobats, magicians and dancers.
WiFi in the hotel is terrible, if you plan to work or be constantly in touch, then this is not about this hotel. Every time you lock the device, the Internet will turn off and you will need to enter the password again each time. You can learn your passport number right before the trip.
After reading a sufficient number of reviews before going to the hotel, I realized that the food would be of an average level (in general, I must say right away that I am not the kind of person who expects red fish or seafood for breakfast). But here the food is so monotonous that I have not seen this even in 4-star hotels. Flies, like cats, are everywhere. Moreover, no one is fighting them in any way. Cats climb on chairs, mark sofas and can get into a plate if you are not around.
Snacks at the bar are standard for most hotels. The alcohol is good, the cocktails at the beach bar are also decent.
The beach area is very tiny. The sun beds are probably occupied from 6-7 in the morning. So, having arrived at 7.30, you can no longer find free sunbeds. The sea is clear, you can see the fish. There is a pier and sun beds on it.
In general, the hotel can be rated at 4 with a minus.
