The hotel is 4 stars. We really liked him. The rooms are good, the food is delicious and varied. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every two days. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everything is covered with flowers and plants. Lots of cats, There is animation, the guests are not allowed to get bored. There are 2 swimming pools on site. The sea is across the street via an underpass, very convenient, the beach is sandy and pebbly, it is better to buy special slippers so that your feet don't hurt (there is a market behind the hotel, where they cost 5 €) Nearby there is a market, a cafe and two migros. The nearest pharmacy is a 15-minute walk away.
I liked everything, now I will describe why I took off one star.
We stopped by on 04/29/2025 and talked with the hotel owner that we needed to be from 04/29-07.05. We agreed in broken English and wrote the dates on a piece of paper so that he would accurately calculate. The price is 740€.
But a surprise awaited us at the end. Without warning, they call our room on the 6th and tell us to check out already, although the eviction should be on the 7th. I also got sick and that day the temperature was 39.7. I was preparing to go to the hospital on insurance. And then they say that we need to leave right now... As a result, the husband went to negotiate an extension for another day. We paid 100€😔 after arriving from the MV hospital and did not agree with them. They also don't give you a contract when you check in. So be careful.
The Russian standard insurance pleased me) I thought I would die) but no, they didn't give it to me. We quickly found a hospital and a transfer. They took me to the hospital, took tests and X-rays, put me under an IV drip and an inhaler. We recovered in one day, and the next day I felt great. Thanks for the service)

We rested at the hotel from 23.06-30.06. The hotel is not bad, it draws 4 stars. We were settled in a bungalow, it is very convenient, to walk a couple of meters to the pool and to the sea there is 1 line (subway). There were few Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, 97% were Germans, Italians, and Poland. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is polite, but no one speaks Russian (1-2 people are trying to communicate somehow), everyone else is in English, this was not a big problem for me, because I more or less speak the language. The sea and the beach are clean, sand and gravel, the beach is good. The food in the restaurant is varied, the cook really tries not to leave hungry; on the beach, the bar also feeds well, at the bar on the beach, near the pool, bottled water and alcohol are freely available, cocktails are good. There is some entertainment all day, the animators are funny, sometimes very intrusive, they do not perceive the word no / nain / know, they will even pull you out of the pool; volleyball, paintball, aqua aerobics / step aerobics, archery / guns, generally not bad, but get ready to go there, they will force you) As for smoking, it's true, you can smoke anywhere and everywhere, there are ashtrays everywhere, the waiters often change them, this is a plus for me, I smoke myself. In the evenings, a show lasting half an hour or an hour, and then dancing, songs are naturally not Russian, if you want something of your own, you need to agree. The only disadvantage is that during the rest week we turned on football 2-3 times, there is no dancing after football, and ardent fans gather there, we either drank or ate at that moment, because we are not fans. The room itself was small, clean, on the ground floor of a bungalow, the territory is planted with palm trees and various plants, there are enough seals, they walk freely around the territory.
If you want to ride, for example, on a yacht / jet ski, prepare money, the cost is 60-80€. A lot of grandparents, I didn't ask anyone, for some reason no one liked the hotel, many hated the sea because of the pebbles and slabs in the sea, the pool because of chlorine, their rooms are not like that, to be honest, I didn't notice these disadvantages, the sea is like the sea, the pool like a swimming pool.
Overall, the hotel is good, the location is certainly far from Antalya (3 hours drive), but the mountain views are certainly something, would I like to return to this hotel? Perhaps because there are not many Russians, you are on your own, they are on their own, everyone is resting, because no one understands anyone, so they get the deserved 4 stars)

Despite the fact that the hotel is from the past and a little tired, everything is decent, especially considering the price tags for food in Turkish cafes in 2025. The food is good, there is a choice for both adults and children. Tuborg beer, strong alcohol is local, but the Germans, Poles and ours drank and everything is ok.
A really beautiful green area and it's clear why people have been traveling for years-a cottage!
The staff is polite and attentive, there are no complaints. There is only one Russian speaker, Azer, who is pleasant and polite, the rest speak English and German. The problems are being solved, I needed medicine urgently, they dissuaded me from going to the pharmacy, and they delivered it to me with a 10% mark-up on the official price, with a receipt.
I liked the animation on the beach: volleyball, archery and air rifle shooting, the guys are unobtrusive.

It is better to get from Gazipasa by havas bus. Stop at the hotel. In May, there are 230 liras, you can have cash or a card. I found a transfer back for 500 lira through Atm, correspondence in WhatsApp in Russian and by phone too. We arrived on the dot. (taxi 2000-2500lr if anything).
