Tin according to fortune. we arrived in August 2018. We barely left there after 2 nights in a dirty room, a sour kitchen with dirty plates. The beach is surrounded by a sunset and fitted mattresses on sun beds. Pools with water are a breeding ground for infection. The staff apparently gave up on the organization and is already boorishly bantering. I've heard the opinion that this is a haunted house. Previously, the alleged owner of the hotel was alone, but then he died in one of the rooms and now there are many tenants who squeeze out of aging inventory, do not repair, do not clean normally. Our agent helped us move and our demands to move to Sanmar. They even called the Russian ambassador to Turkey. You can't wish a place on the enemy. We were transferred for free to the Angelique Hotel (with unicorns - heaven and earth next to this ditch). We moved by taxi ourselves. Every day, several buses of striking vacationers left there. People sat down in a crowd in the hall, stomping and whistling. Then the representative of Sanmar promised to transport everyone. Only the most dissatisfied and demanding to move were transported. I confirm all the bad reviews. If you collect your own drinks and dry rations, without valuables, it will go. But it's not near the 5* and the poison is in the dining room.

Terrible hotel. We were with a child in September 2019. They brought us there after 21.00, respectively, dinner was already over, they said wait for breakfast, after dinner food is not provided, it's good that they took juices, cookies for a snack. The check-in was long, at the reception there was a showdown with other guests about the room, they thought that everything was fine, but no, there was a 3-seater, but very dirty. The food is disgusting, there is nothing to feed the child. People rushed at the plates like animals when they were brought from the sink, they had to wait for 15 or even 20 minutes just to take the plate. The WiFi at the reception stopped working 3 days after arrival, I had to walk down the street to the tents with sweets and excursions in them, we were not ready for this, so we did not think about the mobile Internet. The ticket was ordered through the testur, they promised mountains of gold, in fact, a complete trash. Upon arrival, they offered to move to another hotel, but they had to pay about the same amount as they gave for the ticket. There was nowhere to go…

The hotel itself was beautiful in the past, there are 3 water slides, 2 pools.If you invest money in it and make good repairs, put refrigerators in all rooms, repair plumbing, electricity, etc. and completely change the menu, the hotel would become a 5-star hotel again.The food is terrible, no more than in a two-star hotel.The internet is only in the lobby and is very slow.There is a bus from the hotel to the sea, always packed.An amateur beach with large pebbles and stone slabs.
