We are currently resting at this hotel. If you like a calm, measured rest, you are here. A large area, three minutes to the sea, two swimming pools, one with slides. There are three lines of sun beds at sea, if everyone is busy, the beach workers very quickly correct the situation and bring new ones. There is sand on the main beach, pebbles by the sea, so it is very inconvenient to enter the water. The food is good, lots of vegetables, cheese, but only chicken meat. Alcohol is boring, the choice is small, rum and gin are constantly running out) The downside is the lack of animation, in the evenings there is a children's disco, then for a short time for adults. As for the rooms: we were settled on the second floor (2 adults + children), the room is large, clean, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer work well. We got a room with a huge balcony where you can dance. The territory of the hotel is green, olives, oranges, pomegranates grow.

We lived in a bungalow located closer to the highway, the noise from the highway was constant. There are very few sunbeds on the beach, there are no sunshades, only a narrow strip of stretched tarpaulin. There were problems with food too, it was almost impossible to find anything tasty. You could eat watermelons, bread, tea, cakes, cherry tomatoes. The main meal consisted mainly of soup, rice, chicken (rarely edible), pasta with margarine, a couple more dishes (for example, stewed vegetables with chicken), tubes with cheese, but it was rarely delicious. I was especially hungry for breakfast. Ice cream is paid. Of the advantages, minus 3 kg., the child also lost 2 kg. The most important disadvantage in nutrition was that people stood in huge queues to put food on themselves, absolutely everyone was without masks. It was not the employees who served the food, but the vacationers themselves.

We are currently resting at the hotel. We went to Troy, women. Honestly, we expected a little different... It's a bit rotten for 4*. There is no animation at all. Children can dance for an hour, adults sit and watch. It's really boring after 9 p.m. The food is not bad, and there is chicken and fish. We don't go hungry. We don't seem to have any problems with alcohol, well, we didn't drink much, it's hot! The staff is polite, they clean every day. We have a penhouse on the third floor, it smells very much like sewage. The Internet is only in the lobby (extremely inconvenient). There is nowhere to go in the evening at all, only the shops across the street. The beach is dirty, the descent into the sea is just rocks, without special slippers, just tin.

Of the + only green area, clean sea and room cleaning (we had it cleaned every day)
- the room stock is very tired, the plumbing is shabby.
The food is very monotonous, there are no breakfasts at all. There were French fries three times, fish every day, and desserts were also so-so. The fruits have no complaints, all are ripe and delicious.
They took paid Internet, it worked for the first three days, then something went wrong, the money was returned.
The hotel is for a very unassuming tourist.

We rested from 24.08 to 02.09 2021.
I want to say right away that the hotel does not and cannot have stars. A very old hotel in need of renovation. All that is good about it is that it is a very green area. Special praise for the gardener.
Our standard room was on the ground floor, I do not immediately advise it smelled very much of sewage. Do not try to take an economy, people just cried from these dugouts.
The food was monotonous, although they did not go hungry.
There is absolutely no animation. Boredom...
the sea is very clean, and the entrance to the sea of torment definitely needs special shoes. Women of age and in body could not go into the sea, there were a lot of stones.
And now about the sore point, it's cleaning the room. These women have no idea what wet cleaning and plumbing cleaning are. If you decide to go here for a vacation, take some cleaning agent and just clean the sink for yourself.
As always, Turkey has its pros and big cons, unfortunately.
We will not return to this hotel anymore.

I have been to the hotel twice, in 2017 and 2019, both times in May. Very nice territory, Internet in the lobby, friendly staff, the kitchen is wonderful! The tortillas near the sea are excellent! Fruits are really few. Animation is available for children every evening. In 2017, we had a rest with a company, there was no entertainment for adults in the evenings, except dancing to music, which the animator gladly borrowed from us. It turned out - we had fun ourselves and made others laugh. You are satisfied with your rest!
In May 2019, I purposefully took a trip to Serena Beach, and was disappointed... The reception is something... Instead of the friendly administrator of that check-in, there is a girl who speaks good Russian, who just brazenly pulls out a dime. The girl first settles into a lousy dark room, not cleaned, then, when asked to change, asks for an additional payment. (I later found out that two vacationers had not stayed here before me). In principle, I stayed (I only sleep here anyway) - I caught a cleaner on the 3rd floor, and she (that's who needs to say a special thank you!) I made the room look divine.
Then I moved the bed myself, dragged an old TV on top of the closet (I didn't need it) - kind of freer! But the gloom, the ants are nowhere to go(((
Otherwise, everything is fine. After all, the most important thing is the attitude. Yes, the diet has become an order of magnitude lower (The incident with boiled eggs - (3min. and 5min.) - that those that others - the feeling that they were just dipped in hot water, when cleaned, it pours into their hands))). There is no variety in food - but it is edible! You won't leave hungry. Bread is delicious! And all the same tortillas!!! The animation became much better, but.. after 3 days I wanted to go home. Boring! The music was listened to from nearby hotels. I'm not going there anymore! Although there were no conflicts, there was an unpleasant aftertaste when settling in, and of course, it left its mark on the whole vacation. Verdict: if you want the sea and just roast a "zucchini" - then here!

The hotel is terrible, except for the sea and a good area, the food is terrible ,sour ,monotonous ,the soup is balanda ,everything is cold and spoiled , flies fly in the dining room , the sanitation is complete, the coffee was without milk, so it ended, I'm silent about the animation, it was not , you have to go and beg for water ,in short, a little full, honestly, money, time and health are wasted, besides, my husband was poisoned, (he did not drink alcohol) we barely got to Moma , it 's NOT worth going to this hotel .

Nice big blooming area, varied food. 95% of the vacationers are Russians. Private pebble beach right behind the fence. A great place to relax with children. BUT very small "shabby" rooms, if you need a luxury hotel, then this is clearly not here.

Very green area. A cozy, not a big hotel, respectively, and there are not many people in this regard. The rooms are not large, but cozy, everything you need is available. The sea is clean, the waves are constantly, the beach is pebbly, but a very pleasant foot massage, and when you get tired of massage, you can wear special shoes, they are sold there at every step)))

The rooms are cleaned superficially, the linen has never been changed in 7 days, the towels were changed only at our request.
Extremely diverse food, but edible, we did not go hungry. There was only chicken from the meat. The fish was given 1 time. There were fruits all the time.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the sea compensated for everything. It was cozy and quiet, we were not interested in entertainment programs, so I can't tell you anything about it. We enjoyed the sea)))

Overall, I liked the hotel.But! The rooms need updating: old plumbing, TV.There are few fruits in the restaurant.And the biggest disadvantage (but this is not even a claim to the staff, but to the vacationing compatriots) is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach.From early morning, people take a place and do not give it away during the day.It happens that from 11 a.m. they leave the beach, leaving a towel on the sunbed, and return at 17-18 or will not return at all.And people do not dare to remove and borrow, because they can run into rudeness.

We just returned from this "hotel".I do not know how to describe to you this shock that we experienced.Let's start in order, the reception is just a robbery. If you want a room, pay from 25 to 50 dollars.And so we move in!!!!The room is all shabby, the smell is terrible with conalization, cleaning when the maid wants, and if she is in a good mood, she will take something valuable from your room, for example, how we had money and underwear, why they do not understand underwear, now, about the dining room if you came with children, then do not hope,that you will feed them all soy, powdered and very spicy, but after a scandal, you can take out empty non-salted pasta. Now animation is generally trash:one animator runs around and invites everyone supposedly to the disco you come to, it just doesn't exist, this is the whole animation of this hotel. I can't say anything positive about the bar at all: vodka, liqueur and diluted beer very rarely make a genie. This hotel is more like a 70+ boarding house, so if you are under 70 and you want to have fun on your vacation, then I advise you to stay away from this hotel. When we contacted the manager of this hotel and asked about the four-star service "with which they position themselves," he replied that they had no stars at all and that the tour operator represented them as such a hotel (4 stars), he personally hears for the first time.On my own behalf, I want to say to the managers of this hotel:CLOSE up and do not shame Turkey, for such money we got to the Tukhland hotel. We arrived on June 20 for 7 days. The beach is very bad. A catostrophic shortage of sun beds and shading awnings. The sun beds are all occupied already at 7 am!!! There were 4 of us, there were 2 sunbeds, and only because a friend woke up early in the morning and occupied them. It is also impossible to find an empty table in the restaurant at the beginning of the opening. If you hesitate, then wait for an hour when there will be a free table. You will serve it with appliances yourself. The tablecloths are faded and battered. The restaurant is hot and stuffy. The plumbing in the rooms is 2*. The taps in the sink are ventilated, they leak, the toilet is not cleaned, with old stains in the glass, the toilet seat slides off the toilet. The toilet by the pool is like at the train station. The rest is wonderful. The territory is surrounded by greenery, pines and deciduous trees. There is shade, tables and wicker chairs for gatherings on the lawn in the shade.

ATTENTION TO EVERYONE who wants to go to this hotel!!! He does not pull 4 stars -this is a deception (especially the standard "rooms"), the "rooms" are cleaned and washed only every other day, the dining room-restaurant is something terrible: in the concentration camps, the Nazis probably fed better. The 1st course is flour diluted with water with pieces of tomatoes, sometimes this slurry was yellow For the 2nd course for 10 days, chicken with a side dish (my wife and I thought we would cluck soon), chicken nuggets too, thank God at least the side dishes were different. The fruits were as follows: unripe watermelons, plums, fallen broken pears and very small and tasteless apples. Tomatoes, cucumbers and watermelons from the greenhouse do not smell and are not ripe. I tried to complain about such an "assortment" of food, but the result is zero. The proposed all-inclusive system offered such filthy-tasting drinks that our Russian moonshine is much better. Instead of juices in all mixers, Chinese powder diluted with water (incredibly disgusting). Their white bread and tea were fine.
