A city hotel! They feed on 3 plus. Conveniently located. There are 2 beaches (on the left, it is also the far and central one near the hotel building. In general, there are no complaints, but locals come to the bar to drink beer...sometimes it's noisy. The staff is friendly. The hotel can be considered as a campsite with a good location

We had a rest in October 2019, a three-piece five-plus, the beach, the sea, the sun, the sand, everything was great! The rooms for three are excellent, there are no need to look for an adapter, a wardrobe with hangers, a TV, air conditioning, a cupboard for suitcases, all the furniture is removable, a dressing table, everything worked in the bathroom, there are no soap accessories, you need to have everything, bed linen was changed on demand, towels every day. The disadvantages are not high-quality cleaning of the floor, the toilet room, although they left tips, but they twisted roses from nightgowns! The staff is all kind-hearted, starting from the maids ending with the reception, the waiters are all very smiling and kind-hearted, almost everyone speaks Russian more or less, the kitchen is normal, but not mine, the meat, fish, vegetables, dessert, drinks (diluted jupi) are disgusting, the wine is diluted, but we are not drinkers tried beer, tolerable! In general, everything is decent, but we didn't come to overeat, there are restaurants for this! Animation is 100 points, very positive people work at this hotel! And, in general, she is beautiful with the eyes of the beholders! The main thing is to have good company and comfort at heart! I wish everyone to leave with the regret that the vacation is over! I had a rest in the middle of July.The hotel is renovated, blue and white colors in the rooms, I liked my room sea view.I was driving because of the sea and the white sand.The place is really good, but the mud was not cleaned, there was a lot of it and she claimed that flies and midges were in it (Mehdi's guide) seemed to pretend that he wanted to help, but we are money for them and they don't care about us.At the meeting, the question about the beach was raised, everyone said that the beach is very dirty and Tina vanyala is not possible simply when you open the balcony to the stink of rot and go out on the balcony to admire the sea...and there are mountains of mud....It's not very pleasant...(Mehdi said well, they will clean it up, but in the end it was all cleaned on the 10th day of our vacation before our departure, very sad (((.There was glass in the sea, legs were cut, syringes were found on the beach.During the day, the beach guard or whoever he was did not particularly expel the locals, they swam from the city beach to ours, but he only approached people who climbed over the rocks.The pool was attacked by locals, they didn't really get close, and they didn't want to, such dirt after them and it's not comfortable, they look at it with contempt.The receptionist works at the reception, the woman is terribly angry... not a pleasant person.In the dining room, everyone immediately smiled for the first 2 days, and then they were ready to kill for an extra napkin, so much hatred for some kind of napkin, that's all included).The food is not bad, you will not be hungry, do not overeat vegetables, otherwise you will have to call a doctor)There was enough meat, the peaches were hard, the melon was not sweet and bland.I haven't tried plums, but the watermelon is delicious.The fish was a couple of times something similar to capelin, only more bones, from marine products only this.And from the sweets of the pie there are different rolls.Honey is delicious for breakfast.They gave one egg per person.Sausage, cheese and cottage cheese are sooo tender and delicious, only you have to go to 7 for breakfast to try it.It is better to take water at the free bar, do not drink from the tap and preferably do not brush your teeth under running water, it is not suitable for us.The safe is paid for 4 denars per day.Soap and shampoos are not given, as in Egypt, for example.There is no hair dryer, there was no refrigerator.The rooms were cleaned cleanly.They don't know how to cook coffee at the free bar, the beer is normal on tap.The bottle cost 3.4 denars.Whiskey is not delicious.The wine in the dining room and on the bar is diluted.We went to the zoo on excursions, the deer's horns were stripped off, the animals are in terrible conditions, there is no water in such a hot weather.Please keep an eye on the animals!It is better to change the money with the guide and change it with the guide in advance before departure.You can go to the market by taxi, 2 dinars in one direction.Bargain in the market.Prices are inflated for everything, the dishes will not be dropped, they are not expensive.Magnets for a dinar, target cosmetics.You can go for free, they take you to a boutique of branded perfumes and cosmetics, there are not expensive and persistent Tunisian waters, I really liked them)The sea is beautiful, clean, there were waves once, there was a lot of mud, but it's so calm, the sand is soft,white, who can't swim this place is for you!The service is terrible, but the sea and sand are a fairy tale if it were cleaned.The area is not well maintained and the beach is very dirty.I will return to Tunisia, but...not to this hotel..for that kind of money.It is not clear what is included here, if, upon departure from the hotel, Nada pays at the reception $ 5 per person officially.I forgot to write the most important thing.The beaches were dirty, not cleaned, the stench from the balcony was rotten mud and glass on the beaches.If it were removed, smoothed out the sand, it would be fire.In general, I want to say one thing, Belarusians and Russians are not loved, but only those who give good tips, and then it has nothing to do with DIRT EVERYWHERE.I would like to go to Tunisia again because of the soft sand, but...I'll probably abstain.

Great beach, sand. The sea is "just around the corner"! Wonderful cuisine. Animators will not let you get bored. A rich sports program. Morning exercises with good sound in the shade of a giant ficus tree. Water aerobics. Unforgettable. If you relax, sunbathe, then here, although 3 stars!

This hotel is saved only by cheerful animators, good-natured cleaners and the Blue Star Mehdi guide! And of course the sea, if you sail further (but make sure that you don't get hit on the head).
Russian Russian is not understood by the staff, although almost all the vacationers were Russian, English is also very difficult.
If you fly from TUI, then the guide Daria will not help in solving problems with the hotel, of which there are quite a lot. Mehdi solves the problems.
Disadvantages:
1) monotonous food (capelin fish or mackerel, dry chicken, Meat - if you have it and have time to take it, you rarely get it; stewed zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes, no local pastries; fruits: plum, peach, watermelon or melon); during the day 1 snack - 1 donut, everything else is for money;
2) livestock in the rooms;
3) there is no refrigerator in the rooms, a mini safe is available for a fee;
4) the plumbing is faulty.rooms, locks on windows;
5) they cheat at the reception;
6) beach and entry into the sea: algae and do not clean, garbage, broken glass, thorns from cacti. There are very few sun loungers and umbrellas;
7) after lunch and before dinner, do not go to the pool: the locals occupy the whole families, behave like a master!

It's all good. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is working. The food is good. The only drawbacks are the lack of dance programs. It is very suitable for family holidays. The audience is 80% local + elderly French. There are a lot of sports grounds at the hotel: lawn tennis, football, basketball, volleyball. I would also recommend it to outdoor enthusiasts, because there is an opportunity to rent a canoe or kite surf.

We stayed at the hotel from September 14 to September 21, 2019. I really liked it, we don't regret a single second! We knew where we were going (thanks to everyone who leaves their feedback), we didn't expect super conditions from the three. The animation team was incredibly pleased. Energy and goodwill are on top! Sports activities (gymnastics, aqua and aerobics) are super, at a very good professional level. If you want to actively relax, take your sneakers with you.
The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, which is created by the animation team.
I'll be back here again, I just need to choose a day :)

Great animation!!!!The sea is good, but for some reason there are few sun beds and umbrellas.There are umbrellas on one beach, but not on the other.The food is so-so, don't stay hungry.The rooms are different, there are condos.I was surprised by the lack of a refrigerator, safe and soap.The guide Daria was not distinguished by politeness and benevolence!
