The place is quite interesting, there is a place to walk both on the territory and outside the hotel. The views are stunning, the sea is clear, though cold.
Speaking of rooms, the fund is too old, so you don't have to wait for brand new, fresh rooms, there is only one key, so if you are traveling with your family, you will have to negotiate who is responsible for the key. With cleaning, you also need to be on the lookout, because no one will wait for you, it's better to immediately ask for a change or bring what you need. But even if they come to clean, it's hard to call it cleaning, at most it's cleaned garbage and new towels.
WiFi is a separate topic. It is there, but if you need a stable one, then this is a reception and a cafe nearby, in the rooms, everything depends on the retrograde mercury and the phase of the moon.
We went with a child, so I would like to say about a children's club, really decent, where children do not loaf around, and all the hours spent there are busy, the animators speak all languages, including Russian. The child was very pleased, took with him a bunch of fakes and new experiences. If we talk about animation in general, the guys working there are amazing, funny, so fans of dancing, active games, competitions, etc. will definitely like it.

A very beautiful place on the outskirts of the city with its large and green territory. The hotel was built a long time ago, it is felt by the architecture of the building, but the renovation was carried out recently. Many buildings on the 2nd-3rd floor are spread throughout the territory. There are swimming pools, a disco, pantones for swimming in the sea, a beach, parking. The food is excellent and varied. Nearby are the ruins of the old city of Ephesus and the beautiful town of Sagadzhik is within walking distance. We had a family vacation at this hotel in July. I really liked it! Three swimming pools, a green area with olive trees, figs. A varied diet. There are few Russians. I especially want to mention the entertainment: my daughter really liked the animation. Special thanks to Inna from the children's club. There are a lot of interesting activities: quests, games, crafts. I also liked the adult animation. Thank you for the positive atmosphere, live music and dancing.

You can sleep without air conditioning. The rooms are similar to country houses, not like in Moscow houses with 10 apartments and common corridors like in Antalya hotels. Each room has its own balcony where you can sit and chat for dozens of hours. The nature is amazing, trees, flowers, animals, cats, dogs, birds, fish. The animation for kids is just super. the territory of the complex is very large, so it is never boring in the hotel complex. This is the only hotel in Turkey where you can bring your pet. There are not many Russians in the hotel complex. Mostly from Europe and a few Russians and Turks. animation for children and adults at the highest professional level. the food is also at the highest level. We didn't see any disadvantages here. The food is very average: meat, seafood and fruit lovers will be sad! The hotel also earns money by not accommodating tourists right away. The rooms are cleaned the day before, but when you are brought to the hotel at 7.30, you are charged 50 € for early check-in. No $10-20 will save you, because this is the policy of the hotel. Also, the extension of the room costs 50 € from 12.00 to 15.00.
The hotel is located in a mountainous area. The scenery is very beautiful, but getting around the hotel is not easy : then up the hill, then down the mountain. The beach is small, all activities are by the pool

The lease agreement says that the tenant is responsible for everything, and the landlord is not responsible for anything at all. They didn't give you an insurance contract, they said that we would write to you here: "full casco". They didn't take the car. Nearby is a cool village with an embankment.

We rested at this hotel in the second half of June in 2019 . The water temperature in the sea was plus 22-23.We did not swim for long, but often) The water is amazingly pure. The territory of the hotel is quite large and beautiful.There are swimming pools, a beautiful large grotto in a rock near the sea. In this grotto there are sunbeds and tourists escape there in the shade from the sun.The unpleasant thing is that there are no small stones falling from above. And if a bigger one suddenly falls? We certainly didn't take any more risks. The ceiling in the grotto must be strengthened. Maybe things are different now. Another danger for young children is one of the entrances to the sea from the hotel near the rocks. If there is even a little excitement, then you can
hit the rocks hard. There was a tragedy during our arrival. It was on this beach that a family with a child of three years old swam. The child was in an inflatable circle and they were swimming in the shallow water. But his head hit the rocks with a wave. The child was not saved. It is better to swim on a public sandy beach - this beach is directly opposite the exit from the hotel. There were usually fewer waves there . The room service was terrible. Towels had to be begged several times at the reception. The floor in the room was washed sometimes. They were fed normally. Very beautiful views of the sea and mountains at sunset. There is no need to buy anything in small shops outside the hotel gates -the prices are horse-drawn. But it's worth going to the local market - a variety of both products and textiles. A magnificent excursion to the ancient city of Ephesus is a must-visit!

She flew like a Pegasus. Takeoff and landing without delay, the seats do not recline, they do not even give water on board, everything is for money, it takes 4.5 hours to fly!
Accommodation - 2 points:
The hotel was built in the 80s, the rooms are old, there is mold in the bathroom, it's scary to lean against the tile. I believe that in the early 90s it was a solid five in a hotel with a Greco-Roman style. But now the interior is just miserable. They clean every day, but if the cleaner came at 9 a.m. and you were asleep, the room was left without cleaning, and then no one returned to clean up.
Flies are everywhere, they bite painfully and after cleaning you have to chase them around the room.
Territory - 5 points:
This is compensated by a beautiful and well-maintained large territory. There are many activities and animations for children. In fact, it is a small village. A white rabbit runs around the territory.
Sea and beach - 3.5 points:
The beaches at the hotel are 2 - 1st in the grotto, a very beautiful place, the sun beds are occupied from early morning, and obviously many people are occupied by the staff, the beach is small, so the maximum available places are to lie on a mattress on the floor.
The water is just icy, cramps your legs and arms, but you also get used to it on the third day. The water is crystal clear.
A ladder into the water with a loose rubber pad, as a result, everyone slipped on the step, and some were injured.
The 2nd beach is outside the hotel, next to the city, the water is dirty there, but much warmer, a lot of people carry corn along the beach, in general, resorts of the Krasnodar territory😁
Swimming pools:
There are three of them, 1 of them with 3 slides, they work according to a schedule, both adults and children ride, it was fun!
Food 4 points:
There is a lot of it, I'm not picky about food, so it was fine for me, but there was usually a queue for sweets and there was almost no seafood. But in the afternoon, ice cream, pastries, delicious tortillas and popcorn were distributed for free.
Alcohol - beer and wine are free, I did not dare to drink chemically mixed cocktails, and everything that is classic, such as mojito and aperol, is for an additional fee.the fee is 12-15 euros per cocktail.
Staff - 3 points:
Generally friendly, but if there is any problem, it is not solved as a rule. And yes, it's important!!! Russian is not spoken there, the hotel is aimed at Turks, French and Poles, many of the staff speak English very poorly.
I would especially like to note the intrusive Turkish service in the restaurant: I was resting alone and one of the local waiters began to molest me at the restaurant for 4 days. I politely refused - at first I was offended, but then again I did not give way. Hiking for food turned into a cat and mouse, a Turkish friend actively offered to spend the night with him and was sincerely offended and did not understand why I was not happy with this offer🤷♀️
Spa center - 4+
There is a spa center with a Turkish bath and massages on site, but it is very expensive, the lowest price per hour session is 55 euros, the average program is 75 euros.
The massage is very cool, but the price is too high!
Early check-in, late check-out - 1 point:
We arrived at the hotel at 6:30, there are no rooms available, wait for lunch, as a result we had to look for an unoccupied sunbed on the beach and toil in the heat until 12 o'clock.
There was a late departure, when asked to take a shower after the sea, they offered to do it under cold water in an open shower by the pool🤷♀️
Excursions - 3 points:
I took two excursions and did not regret that I did not take more!
1. A boat trip along the bays (in theory picturesque, in fact small ugly pebble beaches with debris after a storm).
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., we were taken to 4 such bays, stopped 200 meters from the shore for an hour in each such bay. The water is icy, if you want to go ashore, swim.
2. Ephesus. It's not far to go, Victoria's guide is just super! The ancient city itself and the story of the city are magnificent, the walk takes 2 hours, and then they take you to the shops of ceramics and sweets, everything is unreasonably expensive. But in general, this tour left rather positive impressions.
Recommendation: if you choose this hotel with children, they will be super, but you need to focus on the comfort of a 3-star hotel. On the territory, all price tags are in euros, you can also pay in lira.

The coldest sea, do not go in! You won't be able to soak up! One name! And also that attraction to find a "place in the sun"!!! What is called the beach...it is 300 meters beyond the hotel territory with terrible sun beds, old boats, the "sea" itself...A lake in the village!!!!! With a strange sandy bottom with algae!!!
There are 2 bays with pantones on the territory of the hotel. There are 20 sun beds! And there are sooo many people in the hotel!!! At 5 a.m. I go to take a sunbed, and almost everything is already occupied!!!!! People for a lot of money are just lying on the floor!!! It is impossible to pass!
They smoke right on the beach, about the contingent of vacationers...I'm silent! This is a separate song! The bulls are right in the floor! This is terrible! She asked me to clean it up. They cleaned up next to my sunbed, but they didn't go any further, because people don't complain...They're lying on the floor on steers! And this is the content of the vacationers!
Just like the numbers!!!! Don't even think about cosmetics! Shower...this is a curtain with a faucet, next to the toilet and sink. There is no wardrobe. Shelves with blinds. There was no place to put the suitcase, I had to take it out onto the balcony. Toilet paper on a broken holder...Alone! They haven't brought it yet, I don't even know what and how it will be with cleaning and changing towels. But, apparently!!! There is still that purity waiting for us!!!! There are no paper towels or napkins in the room. There is no kettle, no glasses just for water either!
There is no hot water...and it suits everyone! Summer! And then...it is necessary to achieve! Employees went back and forth all evening, playing fairy tales about repairs. After our third or fourth visit, someone from the "older" came late in the evening, the water warmed up. But don't dream of a hot one! It's just not there!
Food...This is another song! It is tasteless! They don't cook well. The fish cannot be swallowed! The vegetables are all tasteless. How do they put basins for pigs, but is it edible?..Don't worry anyone! No Turkish desserts... Plastic fruits are apples, there are oranges. A little plum.

Objectively 3*, no more. The hotel is aimed at Turks, 70-75% of them. 25% of the staff speaks English, a photographer and one of the children's animators speaks Russian. The food sucks, meat or at least at lunch / dinner, or SUDDENLY over-dried lamb / chicken. The bars close second by second. THERE is NO baklava. Generally. Even in the nearest village. Even at tourist factories in the region. But Pamukale is a 3.5-hour drive away. In general, Anapa is at the height of the season, the neighboring beach is public, people come with tents, families come directly. The climate is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are suitable and beautiful. 2 beaches in rocky coves are very pleasant.

The hotel is in a very good location, the service is well organized, everything is good, except for a few minor points, it was a pleasant stay. Parking, a pool with a slide, a saltwater trap pool, restaurants in the hotel, bars, playgrounds for children of families with children, sports grounds for adults everywhere, fun activities and live music, animated shows with various entertainment, an indoor gym, a Turkish bath with a wonderful massage, there is a market where you can constantly shopping, a view where you can take photos with a beautiful panorama, a castle in the city center 1.5 km from the town of Sigachak and the historical buildings of Teos nearby. You can discover different types of fish every day. Sometimes, looking at superficial comments, people are inevitably surprised. My humble advice is to be able to integrate it with a positive attitude so that everyone can prove their own experience and useful results can be obtained. Although sometimes expectations do not meet expectations, a good mood helps to find solutions that will make you smile and cheer up. How much a person needs the light of the sun in the winter months. In summer, a positive attitude is so necessary! There is such an easy and beautiful method and style when we ask for something that sometimes we don't even realize it, no matter what, we can give something a plus or minus. Having had the experience of staying in different countries in different vacation spots for many years, I have the pleasure of being in such beautiful well-maintained facilities in our country and enjoying it.

Pets are welcome at this hotel. The interior of the restaurant itself leaves much to be desired, the hotel territory is not small. You can have lunch and dinner outdoors, inside as a dining room...the best climate in Turkey is there, it is above Bodrum. Kusadasi is beautiful! And the Turks are great! The charming village of Siadzhik is within walking distance from the hotel. You can buy fruits, wines, and have dinner on the beach. Attention the beaches on the territory of the hotel are very small and crowded.

We were there from August 10-18! Apart from the sea and beautiful places, there is nothing good in this hotel! We have read reviews that the food is good, we really hoped for it, there is nothing to have breakfast, there is a queue for pancakes, there is no question of any porridge and yoghurts! There wasn't even a fruit in the morning!!! There are no soups at lunch, there is a queue for fries, people eat plates full of pasta and rice!!! Salad bowls with vegetables and salads went from lunch to dinner, as no one sorted! Everything is greasy for dinner, everything is burnt from the grill! There are few fish! There's a queue for fruits! The beach is terrible because it is combined with the city, the sea in this place is dirty, even the beach in Gelendzhik is better! Every morning at 6:30 we occupied the sun beds in the grottoes! If you come later, there are no seats, go to the pool! And this is a 5-star hotel, a four-star stretch!

We had a rest at the end of September 2018. The hotel is nice, the views are amazing. But it is suitable for family holidays. Not for young people, especially apart from eating and shopping, there is also a small animation for children and additional entertainment for adults. In the evening, you can only walk around the hotel, there is another hotel outside. You can get to the city and entertainment by taxi, which is not very convenient. The fishing village itself is small, we got to the shooting of a Turkish TV series in the evening. There were a lot of impressions.
