We had a rest from 7.03.25 to 12.03.25. The impressions are only positive. We chose a reef on the hotel's beach and a minimum of shameless Russians. The hotel is Italian. The animation team is also foreign. It was a little uncomfortable. We wanted to be understood. The staff did well, there was no discomfort in the language. We arrived late, the flight was postponed from morning to evening, and we were immediately sent to dinner. And here is my surprise - very beautiful, portioned seafood snacks, including rolls, shrimp, red fish. Everything is decorated in wine glasses. For me, there is no cult in nutrition. I took what we don't eat at home. I chose everything from seafood dishes. The rest took both meat and chicken, cooked in different ways. Snacks, sweets, a large selection. Water is provided at will. Alcohol - bottled beer - delicious-is poured into glasses. Whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka - everything is in abundance. There are several types of cocktails in the beach bar. I love a milk cocktail, there was none, there were three types of juices, cola, teas, coffee machines, you can order individually. Fruits - dates, oranges, tangerines, bananas, something similar to a green melon. The food is varied. The main thing is not to overeat. Fortunately, since there are few Russians, I did not see any leftovers in the plates of food. Apparently foreigners know how to choose their food. There was a safe in the room, soap and soap accessories. There were no slippers. The reef is beautiful and the beach is great. Beach tents were issued. There was entertainment in the evening. They gave it away wonderfully. There was not enough information about the temperature of the air and water and about the time. So we went swimming. Don't freeze. We spent the May holidays with friends. It's a great hotel, even though it's 4 stars, I'd give it 5 stars. Everything is at the highest level and recreation and entertainment and the beach and the reef and the food. The atmosphere itself is set by the hotel's territory - everything is very beautiful and green, beautiful stairs, small streets, each of which leads to a room. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful, and the rooms are cleaned daily. you can give a huge five for food, everything is very tasty, the serving and decoration of dishes are aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful. The beach and the reef are just a fairy tale, I learned how to snorkel - it's very exciting. friendly staff throughout the hotel. Animation is a different story, the guys are very unobtrusive in inviting them to their performances, and these are very beautiful shows, I am absolutely delighted. Daily exercise and yoga allows you to keep fit. As a Russian-speaking guest, I was very pleased to be spoken to in my native language. If I ever go to Egypt again, I will definitely go to this hotel. I want to write a very simple and understandable review to everyone. Everyone's performance is good, very good, and great. In January, we visited this hotel for the third time. We specially choose this particular hotel. Cleanliness, attention, and tranquility are fascinating. Evening animation does not matter in which language, if you are really relaxing. The guys are trying very hard to speak, at least these polyglots also speak English. Just well done. The rooms are different, and almost the entire room stock has been updated. Very clean. Regarding the change of underwear, I saw in one review that they did not change. Information for everyone who wants a quality holiday and will come to this hotel - read the cards carefully. You put a card on the bed that says to change your underwear, and they'll change it for you at least every day. The food is not just wonderful, but super. Everything is for those who eat right and for those who want to pamper themselves. There is a wide choice of what you can feed your child. They are very attentive to the details. Many thanks to Hazim. Of course, the reef has become leaner since our last visit, but this is our first time in winter, and there are still a lot of fish. The beach is small, cozy, there is water and part of the beach at a height, there is enough space for everyone. Panton is small, about 4-5 meters, just wonderful. Compact clean area. There are many stairs. The beach is small, but there are enough places (towels are cleaned by the staff without owners). The food is excellent and everything is very tasty: fruits, beef, chicken, fish and seafood, rice, potatoes, pasta. The sweet is varied. The rooms are large with separate bathrooms. They don't clean every day, but they always ask if something is needed, and they give it out if necessary. The windows in the rooms are blind, ventilation with a window in the toilet and air conditioning in the room. The reef is great: there are a lot of fish, there are baracuda, moray eels and surgical fish from conditionally dangerous ones. The entrance is only through a pontoon, knee-deep shallow water, then corals. The beach is open from 8 (the caretaker is often late) up to 18. The animation is unobtrusive, focused on Italians. I rarely write any reviews, but now I can't resist! We just got back. We stayed at this hotel from 04/26/25 to 05/03/25. The hotel is wonderful! A 4-ka that surpasses many 5-ki Charms! Very clean, nice, delicious and peaceful. The hotel is really Italian-oriented. 85% of the tourists are Italians. Very positive, light and moderately shimmery! During our vacation, there were only 3-4 Russian families/companies, but for me this is more of a plus than a minus: there is no alcohol flowing in rivers, there are no plates piled with food!
The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking reception manager, Hasim. On the second day, one of our beach towels was missing from the blog by the pool. The prescribed fine for this is 10 euros. Hasim tried to deal with this situation and we were given another towel without penalty.
The rooms are very cozy. They clean it every day. Bottled water is left in the rooms and on the tables in the restaurant during breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The hotel is not very big and its beach is too. There were plenty of deck chairs for everyone, both on the waist and near the pools.
I put one tiny minus in the questionnaire at check-out - this is the service of bartenders in bars and waiters in restaurants. Of course, this does not apply to everyone, but even here we met individual characters who served us with faces expressing emotions of obvious non-love)), either to us personally, or to our entire Russian brother. But we tried not to pay attention to this trend and it did not mar our vacation in any way.

I really liked the hotel! The beach is a pontoon with a reef where you can see fish. The service is top notch! The cuisine and variety of dishes are the envy of 5-star hotels!

We had a family vacation in July 2024.Everything was fine. There are few people in the hotel, there were always free sun beds everywhere. The hotel is small, but cozy. The reef is very beautiful, there are many different kinds of fish. The beach is private only for our hotel. The food is good, I can't say excellent, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Of the cons, this is animation in Italian and English, and beer. Beer is poured into tiny cups, and half of it is foam. But the service is excellent . The staff at this hotel is simply excellent, helpful and attentive. By the way, few people speak Russian, but everyone is ready to help. Thank you very much for the rest.

The hotel is Italian. Everything is focused on the Italians. There's a lot of noise everywhere. It's very noisy. The animation is correspondingly Italian. Complete irresponsibility without a schedule. Maybe a couple of animators are fine yet. The rest are economy class. Evening programs of the supereconomics class. I've never seen such a nightmare before. Thank God, today is my last day. And here's another surprise. Today is a Catholic holiday. And we made a dinner in a separate room only for Italians with great dishes and entertainment. The rest (Russians and even Catholic Poles) were served some kind of table food separately. Well, this is beyond the limit !!!!
Now about the rest. The hotel is very small with a tiny territory, there is nowhere to walk, there is no embankment, there is nowhere to go out, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In short, leisure is boring, you can't even read in the room, because the lighting is very dim.
The hotel is located on a promontory. The wind blows away on the beach, waves all the time, there's nothing to worry about the reef! I was sold this hotel through the SAN interneyshenal tour operator. The request was exactly the opposite. The story is the same for everyone I met here. They sold it and lied that the hotel was in the bay. And it's quiet here, with no wind and a good reef.
In general, I heartily do NOT recommend it.
Of the good things, I can only say that I personally came across a good room, but not everyone was so lucky, and I was also pleased with the soft mattresses on some of the sun beds, the cleaning and most of the staff are friendly and focused on good service.

I had a rest with my family from 07/21/24 to 08/03/24. The hotel is just super. The room is spacious, clean and has a modern design. The room was cleaned every day. The quality of cleaning is excellent. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and beautiful. Gardeners work around the clock, without interruption. There is a restaurant on site, which can be visited for free 1 time during dinner. The hotel's dining room is large, with a large selection of food, lots of fruits and desserts. The hotel's cuisine is Italian. Everything is very tasty! There are plenty of drinks and cocktails in the bars. The entire hotel staff is cheerful, friendly and welcoming. The animation in the hotel is on top. We were especially impressed by the Russian-speaking animators Valentina and Margarita, and we also liked the Italian-speaking animators. The entrance to the sea is carried out by a stationary pantone. The underwater world is super! We met a lot of marine life: many different fish, several stingrays and turtles. Even a heron flew in. Lifeguards are attentive and take care of the cleanliness of the beach. The rest was a success! We will definitely return to this hotel.

Again, subjectively: not a very convenient beach. The coast is rocky, part of the beach is in the photo-there is still a level above and at the water behind the rock for 5 sunbeds, but there is no entry into the water there. It's not the season, there seemed to be enough room for everyone. How to deal with this at other times is not clear.

Or my wife and I have changed our taste) The beach is small, but we always had enough space on the sun beds, although sometimes not right on the beach, but on the second level of the beach. But there are 30 steps to go up the stairs from the lower beach. But the view from there is beautiful to the sea. The reef is average, there are few fish, as well as corals. After the reefs of Nabq Bay, it seems poor. But the water is clear, very warm. In early May, it was already 27 degrees. Three pools, clean, bars next to the pools. Of the disadvantages of the hotel, only the indistinct animation. There are a lot of animators, but they are useless. There was a foam party and karaoke, it was not bad. The rest of the time, the animators were hiding somewhere. In general, the hotel left the warmest impressions, I would love to return there again.

We had a rest in early June 2023. The hotel has a fairly large territory, well maintained, clean, landscaped.
The food is delicious, varied, there is always pasta and risotto, because the hotel is Italian-oriented. There are always fish and seafood, as well as beef, which is well cooked. The staff is pleasant, almost all speak Russian well.
All animation is in Italian, 95% of vacationers are from Italy.
A lovely little cozy beach, a very beautiful and populated reef. There are many species of fish, stingrays, dolphins and a turtle also swam. It was a pleasure to swim.
Of the minuses, I can only name the bed linen in pellets, which infuriated me all the time I was in bed.
Internet is available at the hotel for a fee.
They poured normal local beer and white wine, I didn't like the red one.

We had a rest in June 2023. The rest is quite comfortable, there are definitely more advantages. Very clean, well-groomed, beautiful, lots of plants, flowers, greenery-this is constantly monitored. The staff is polite, courteous, unobtrusive. There is always a choice of dishes, they cook delicious. BUT- since there are many Italians in the hotel - the names of the dishes are ONLY IN ITALIAN. Russian Russians, then, in my opinion, it should be borne in mind that not all Russians speak Italian. Animation is ONLY in Italian, for both adults and children!!! Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and that is not always high-quality, there is no room (this is the first time for us), if you want it better, buy a local SIM card. The beach meets expectations. There are no problems with sun beds. There are enough drinks.

The hotel is wonderful - the food is delicious and varied (seafood every day, desserts are beyond praise), cocktails were even asked to pour less alcohol, the reef is beautiful (you need to swim away, and rays, and barracudas and octopuses), there are always places on the beach and by the pool (rest in July). The staff is very friendly, they will always help. There is a nuance in the rooms: we had 2 single beds and a sofa for two adults and two children, additional beds are not provided (only a cot). Therefore, it is better to take a family room if you have more than three people. There is nothing outside the hotel, even taxis only stand in the evenings. But there is a driver from the hotel, he will always take you and meet you back on time. The children's club is not like in Turkey, it is better to approach the animator in advance and inform him that you will bring the child.

The only note is to the beach: there are a lot of concrete remnants in the sand, which are not visible. It is dangerous to walk barefoot. A decent four, among the disadvantages is a small territory and isolation from the crowd. The rest are advantages.
Food. The scheme is classic: breakfast, brunch, lunch, pizza, ice cream, dinner, late dinner. There are two ala-maps once a week. Alcohol in the main restaurant in plastic cups: beer, vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey. People drink, there are no poisonings. Water according to need.
Hotel. 120 rooms, frankly there are practically no bad ones. Most of them see the sea from the edge. The buildings are in half, one- and two-storey. We have a beach front with an uncovered terrace/balcony. The repairs were done in winter, everything is fresh. Cons: a small beach (with full occupancy, people will have nowhere to stay there), the food is terrible - breakfast is the same and you can only eat an omelette or fried eggs, lunch - strange soups, terrible salads, hot - is it necessary to mock fish and meat like that??? dinner is similar. wifi is even paid!!! It doesn't catch in the rooms! the way out is to take a local SIM card
The restaurant staff is friendly only for the money, and so the attitude is dismissive - just creepy!

A wonderful hotel! We went from 08.12.2022 to 15.12.2022. I really liked the hotel. Delicious food, chicken,beef,fish, seafood,fresh and grilled vegetables,wonderful pastries. Animators every day for both children and adults. Panton beach. If you swim, corals are not needed in principle, there is a small sandy beach for photos, but no more than a meter to go in, corals begin. I liked the rest! I would have come back again!
