A great hotel, the rooms are gorgeous, the view from the balcony-we had a divine view of the sea, silence, birds, palm trees, and of course Cedrotin-the national alcoholic drink,,,, The sea is 3 minutes, a large swimming pool, zumba every day,,, The dining room is a separate item :food, swallow the tongue-mussels, crabs, fish, meat, vegetables, salads, pastries, fruits, wines. The waiters have 200 points out of 100.The sea is clean,,,, Room cleaning daily, leave 2 dinars and you will have fresh flowers every day! In short, come and relax. I went from Pegasus.
The hotel is not new, it needs renovation and renovation somewhere. Maybe just some modern accessories, it's just that some things have their own charm. That would be nice to keep) the kitchen is not as salty, greasy as in Turkey, this is a plus) the restaurant is decorated in a national style, sooo beautiful, but they pay little attention to cleanliness, to put it mildly))) the furniture is comfortable, the linen is clean, everything is O.K. with cleaning without fanaticism) a cozy courtyard, a swimming pool. Towels are so-so and not convenient for their shift hours, you can improve such a trifle. But the sea and the sandy shore are surprisingly good! You can walk a lot along the shore. Again, the minus is only in cleaning the beach - they do not strain themselves for good))) There are Russian-speaking administrators. There are not many places in the town where you can walk, but there is enough authenticity) the people are beautiful) curly, swarthy and smiling) the taxi is cheap, you can bargain)
We had a rest from 20.05 to 30.05.23. I really liked it. A good 4. Cleaning- towels every day, the restaurant is varied and delicious. Seafood and strawberries have always been there, not counting everything else. The beach is good, the sun beds were always free. The pool is also very nice. The staff tries very hard, everyone is friendly and attentive. The Medina is nearby, we walked along the embankment. It was my first time in Tunisia, I was very surprised. In terms of service, I liked Egypt more than Egypt. We took excursions at the hotel from Anex, we really liked it. Sahara is super fast and the guide is cool, Give birth. And three cities in one tour also got with him, a very competent and interesting guide. Aah, back in the Sahara, it was just my anniversary, he organized a cake GREETING for me at a dinner at the hotel. In general, we will remember this vacation, it was very cool. I recommend the hotel!!!
I just got back from the hotel. The hotel corresponds to the price and quality category.I'll start. We were settled not at 15, but at 13, it's already nice. There was a Russian speaker at the reception, I didn't pay anything, they gave me a room with a balcony, there is one without, it's not hot, they took into account that I was with my mother. We slept without a condom, flowers, a garden, a good cat came. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor, the food is good, quails were often, tuna, fish, meat. The desserts are delicious. The waiters are very conscientious, they will only see the gesture right next to them.I would like to mention the waiter, Mohamed, is very professional.Thank him very much for our good service.I always knew where my table was, which was carefully provided to me, everything was very neat and with trepidation.Nature and the beach, as in Tunisia, are very pleasant, the breeze is not hot, it's just my weather, the sea is gorgeous,There was animation, aqua, zumba, but more active in Belle, by the way, you can use the territory of 3 hotels, but without a restaurant, yes, we have a better game.Room cleaning is well for 3, but I'm not one of those who climb under sofas, I tipped a little, but not very much. That's not what I came for.I discovered Tunisia, or rather Hammamed. The guide is very responsible, he told me everything, we took a tour of 3 capitals, I advise you, I did not take Sugar, I want to return in September and I will do it.
Great hotel. Great location. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Wonderful staff. The food is at the highest level. I advise you to visit👌
A normal hotel, 4 as stated. The rooms are not bad, there are with and without a balcony. There are Russian speakers at the reception, although there are few tourists from Russia. The food is also normal. There are free sun beds on the beach, you need to borrow them in advance. The overall impression is positive.
The food is suitable, the service is for four, there are five in the restaurant, the reception staff needs to find an approach, but at least they are not rude, the only one is a very efficient Amin, the rooms are old, but you can live, everything is there, the cleaning is bad, the beach is poorly cleaned, the deck chairs must be occupied at six in the morning, otherwise only for tea to the beach caretaker, too by the pool, the area is cozy, with cons, I still liked it more than in Turkey.
We had a rest since September 1, 23. We ventured to go, and did not regret it. Arrived at 9 am, immediately sent for breakfast. When we came to register, we were immediately given the keys to the room. The windows overlooked the pool and the sea, it was noisy, they asked us to change the room the next day, we were changed to the other side, it was quiet. The food was good, seafood, meat : lamb, beef, chicken, turkey every day. There was fish all the time, too. And on the grill and with gravy.Fruits of all kinds: pears, apples, melons, peaches, grapes.Coffee, great, pies all yummy.Soups are not very good. The waiter poured us alcohol, he set the table for us, I asked for a delicious wine, and he poured a pretty good one. They cleaned well, we even hung a sign not to clean. The room is decent, we didn't really sit there, so I didn't notice the flaws.Soap shampoo, gel. everything was. If we compare with Turkey, then there are 4 stars, an order of magnitude better than in Turkey. We flew there from St. Petersburg for 3h.45 min. back 3h.10 min.Their airlines. Since everything is now closed from the Russians, we will go again next year.We flew with fellow countrymen so they go to this hotel 4 times. Since September 1, there were few people, there were no schoolchildren, students, so it was free. There are few Russians. Mostly French, Germans, in the end the Balts arrived 6 people. It was quiet and peaceful.
The territory is large, the sea is clean, the hotel barely reaches 4 * breakfasts are very meager, lunch and dinner are normal. Personal50/50 someone is polite, and someone is in no hurry. The animation is normal. The rooms are average. But when you know what to expect, you don't get too upset. Very far from the airport 2.5 hours
Their Hammam has just returned, I was on vacation in Sol Azura, I was there 5 years ago. A lot has changed since then, especially the kitchen. They gave a lot of seafood, it looks like they overeated, the dishes are delicious. The beer is not very good, but the wine is not bad. The sea is clean, the beach is small, but the sun beds under the shade should be occupied in the morning, there are no free ones at 9 am! There are a lot of Algerians, Poles, few Russians, no Ukrainians. The staff is polite and friendly. The furniture in the rooms is gradually being changed. The Medina is 30 minutes on foot, there are many small shops nearby. I liked.
Food: breakfast is monotonous, there are no yogurts, very poor meat cuts. Constant problems with the lack of cups.
Lunch and dinner are delicious and plentiful, with meat and fish dishes. But! There are no salt and pepper shakers on the tables, not to mention oil and vinegar.
Service and staff: very tired staff, cleaning is extremely poor.
The sea and the beach: the plage is dirty, there is broken glass. There are clumps of algae everywhere. For 10 days, the beach has never been cleaned.
Territory: very good.
The service is excellent, the staff is attentive and friendly. The food is varied, a lot of fruits, sweets, cakes are very diverse. There is a lot of meat, but not much fish. The sea is very close, the beach is sandy, there are many cafes on the beach, all inclusive, drinks, ice cream, water. There are toilets, very clean. I advise you, the rest is cool.
We were with Dad in September 2021.I liked the hotel, polite Russian-speaking staff everywhere, good rooms,flat-screen TVs and 4 Russian channels,a beautiful restaurant with a good variety of food, a good pool (cleaned every day!)nice beach, bars on the beach, near the pool and near the reception.Towels are changed every day.Not very good with room cleaning, but like everywhere else in Tunisia with this.I didn't notice any cockroaches anywhere (as they write here)The balcony overlooked the pool, it was a bit noisy, but if the door was closed, then great!Very beautiful area adjacent to the second hotel.Alyakart restaurant on the territory of the adjacent hotel, registration at least a day in advance. There's Berber cuisine there. The visit to alyakart 1 time is free of charge. The entrance to the sea is magnificent, there were no jellyfish in September, but the small fish were funny biting, it didn't hurt, just unexpectedly.I really liked the hotel, the cuisine, and the service.I recommend it!!!!!I have something to compare it with, because I have been flying to Tunisia every year since 2010.🤗And I really love cacti (fruits)-I always bring them home🤗I don't take anything on the beach, because it's cheaper and more in quantity on the market))By the way!!☝ If a jellyfish burns, you do not need to smear any tomatoes😂Just wipe it with wet sea sand to wash away the traces of jellyfish☝☝☝ And it's funny to watch how everyone rushes to the restaurant for tomatoes, and tomatoes don't help😂
A peculiar place.
The advantages are access to the beach, a large beautiful territory of the hotel. The opportunity to visit the territory and the beach of the neighboring hotel, as it is one network.
All the Russian staff are friendly. The local Arabs are not very happy, they behave somewhat arrogantly. They want a tip, they may not specifically hear the request, or they may hear it, but they will not fulfill it.
The cocktails that are being distributed there are not even yuppies. The taste is just a nightmare. The food is not delicious. Objectively. It just doesn't taste good. Moreover, it is not only in this hotel. This is generally their local disadvantage. We were at one of the most expensive local restaurants and it didn't taste good either.
The animators of the hotel are schoolchildren who organized a concert on March 8. It feels like that. But the guys are trying and it pleases.
At night, you can not swim in pools, they fall asleep with bleach.
The furniture in the rooms is patched, the doors in general seem to have been knocked out. The locks are all breathing hard.
The rooms are cleaned well. But not all of them. We were with friends, they couldn't wait for toilet paper in the room. Funny, but not very funny.
In short, it will do for its price, but we will not come here anymore.
The hotel is not the "freshest", we were in 2021, in October. The staff is quite friendly, the locals were there, but it didn't bother at all. There are especially many of them on weekends. The room was still "tired", I would not recommend a sophisticated one to visit. The food is delicious and varied, for dinner you can visit the outdoor track, you can also smoke at the table there. The animation is very good, you definitely won't be bored. A representative of the tour operator is always ready to help. The sea view was gorgeous!!! The beach is 1.5 minutes away, there is a bar on the beach, as well as by the pools. And yet, it's impossible to stay hungry there, that's absolutely impossible. There is a busy street nearby, with many shops and supermarkets, we walked during the day, talked with the locals, no negativity, only smiles and positivity. In the local market, with a 100% probability they will try to divorce you, right from a taxi, it is better to go to the city store, in the same market, it is next to the entrance. The prices are fixed, low and the sellers speak Russian, very good. Locals smoke a lot and practically do not drink alcohol. But there is a lot of smoking everywhere, even in the pool, in the restaurant, generally everywhere. In general, the rest was great, without complaints or any problems.
I had a vacation in Sol Azur in August. The rest was a great success.
The hotel is good, but a little "tired": the furniture is old, electronic keys do not always work, well, and other minor problems. But! Excellent mattresses and pillows (this is very important to me). The rooms are quite spacious, the air conditioning was working properly. And the staff is VERY friendly.
The food was varied and quite tasty. There was always meat, poultry, fish, and sometimes seafood. From fruits: always watermelon and melon, often peaches, plums and grapes. Very tasty sweets (actually, I don't like sweets).
The territory is large, with two hotels, the whole "movement", mostly next to the neighboring one - we were quiet.
The beach is beyond praise: wide, with soft, clean, not dusty sand, with an excessive number of sunbeds. But if you need shade, you should come early. The sea is magnificent, clean, affectionate, with a gentle approach and a wide strip of depth to the buoys (you can also swim for the buoys - do not swear :))
The pool is large, but the water in it is not marine and smells of chlorine - we did not like it.
In general, if you are ready to come to terms with some shabby room stock, go ahead!
A beautiful beach and the sea, the territory, delicious food, but some kind of moronic music is constantly rumbling near the pool, the music is extremely poorly chosen, they include one song from some percussion instruments and it rattles endlessly, just hell,
I was there last year. The hotel is great. The beach is combined with the congress hotel (I also rested in it) I recommend. The water is very clean. The beach is constantly being cleaned. The food is good. Seafood. The beer is great. Cocktails... Chemistry.
I will immediately inform you that we were at this hotel immediately after the borders were opened and the influx of tourists was small. The hotel was 1/3 full.
The hotel is large, beautiful, but a little old-style.
From the hotel you can get out and walk to the center of Hammamet district, about 10 minutes.
The territory is large and combined with the neighboring hotel. It is beautiful, green, diverse.
The beach area is for hotel guests only. There are sun loungers and sunshades free of charge.
There is a bar on the beach and by the pools.
The cuisine is delicious and varied.
I came to this hotel to celebrate my anniversary and relax! I have been to Tunisia many times and in different places, in Nabula for the first time. I didn't even expect it to be so cool here! The staff is friendly, they will help with various issues, the rooms are good, they clean every day, there are several Russian channels on TV, even for children. The view from the room is gorgeous, on the sea!!! There is a lot of greenery, the territory is clean, the beach is nearby, I saw how it was cleaned of garbage. You can walk to the nearby Belle Azure Hotel and sunbathe there. The food is also good! There is no crush for plates and for food (as happens in some hotels)) The food is varied: meat, chicken, fish are different, there were even crabs. There are a lot of fruits, cakes, ice cream,.... And all this in a beautiful restaurant) Drinks, as elsewhere, lemonades, beer, local wines and stronger alcohol for those who wish)) During the day, various activities take place by the pool (aqua aerobics, darts, ...) Pleasant music plays. In the hotel next door, you can do various spa treatments, which are praised by vacationers who have completed massage courses, peels,.... I was congratulated on my anniversary by the hotel, fruits were brought to the room in pottery, a printed greeting, the cleaner decorated the room with towels and flowers (a very friendly woman)), there was also a note, which said that I was invited to a restaurant for a certain table with a beautiful view of the sea, and there I was handed a cake with a "hepie day"!!! In general, I really like being here and I have a desire to come here and bring my friends!))
A wonderful hotel. Good service, solve problems, always clean. Constantly new dishes and seafood. There are no jellyfish. The beach is clean and the bar is free until 12 am.
The hotel is big, old, and somehow does not pull for four. The staff was friendly, there were 80 people at the check-in, very quickly everyone was scattered by numbers. The canteen is on the 3rd floor, the elevator almost always did not work. There are 2 hotels on the territory, approximately the same. The second one has a thalasso center, that's great! But for a fee. There's a seawater pool with an infinity view.
Nice hotel, slightly outdated rooms, but clean, cleaning is constant, towels are changed regularly. The hotel has friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent, a large selection of dishes, lots of meat, poultry, fish, etc. Clean beach.
Russian Russian is not a bad hotel, many people understand Russian at the reception and some even speak Russian. The food is monotonous from day to day, but there is a choice. The only thing that was not clear was why ice cream was given only for dinner. The room stock is not bad, the beds were most surprised, they are very wide for one person, which was a pleasant surprise. There are enough sun loungers by the sea, and there is practically no opportunity to take a place by the pool, unless after four in the evening
The animation is monotonous, sluggish
Check-in is fast, there are no problems with this, they start right after.
The rooms and decorations have seen better days. We wanted to complain about separate beds (we are a married couple), but after listening to the problems of other vacationers, we realized that our problems were trivial. All we had was a room safe that didn't work, the attachment of the shower head was broken, the toilet flushed badly, and of course separate beds. For comparison: someone did not flush the toilet at all, the air conditioner did not work, and someone was given a room with two bunk beds for four adults.
How does the administration solve these problems? No way - this is the concept of the hotel, do not quibble.
Is it clean? The hotel has enough, although the audit will definitely not pass. And on the territory, garbage is sometimes not cleaned for days, despite the fact that it lies in a visible and passable place. The gloom begins on the beach, where the sand is full of cigarette butts, sticks for stirring drinks, napkins, and fragments of dishes are also found. In the water, you can easily come across a pad or tin can floating by.
But that's just not the most disgusting thing. After all, there is sun and sea here, no matter how hard the locals try.
The most disgusting thing is the service. What would you say if you were served in the second place, right after the Arabs? Even if it's your turn right now? By the way, 95% of the guests are here. Unfortunately, Russians here have the status of second-class people. This is at the level of the attitude of the administration, ordinary employees and, of course, the guests themselves. A hotel employee will take all the sun beds by the pool at 6 a.m., the cook will serve out of turn at the distribution. No, this is not for you, but for the Arabs. And you come here, but not for less than a couple of weeks, because tour operators need to eat, so they sing with sweet voices.
The hotel is old, the food is delicious but monotonous, the menu has seafood (mainly fish). But the sea is just lovely on sunny days. You can go to the bel azur restaurant once for free, but it's better not to - everything is the same as in the sol azur restaurant.
We had a rest in Sol Azur in 2019, an excellent hotel, the sea is gorgeous this year we are flying in July, we really hope that nothing will change, I recommend this hotel to everyone 👍
It's a complete mess. If you are still thinking of buying a tour to this hotel, run... We are currently relaxing with the child at the hotel. The rooms are old, terribly dirty. It's scary to get into the shower, the faucet doesn't work, something is falling from the ceiling, terry cloth instead of towels... The bed linen seems to be clean, but the duvet cover is smaller than the blanket... The corridors of the hotel smell rotten, the first impression upon arrival that we got to the crematorium is sorry. The food is full of tin, instead of meat there are bones, it seems there is chicken and turkey and beef and even mutton, but there are only bones. The fish is of strange origin, it stinks all over the hotel. Soups have one name. Porridge is very strange in the morning, there is no way to eat an omelet. The child eats pasta for breakfast lunch and dinner and drinks water. The service in the restaurant is terrible, you need to try to pour wine or get salt. You can only eat watermelon and peaches, which fly away instantly. This hotel has only one plus the beach and the sea and that's it....There seems to be animation, but it is not there. The children's animator is not visible at all, she stands with a bucket on the beach and does not attract anyone. Never come here again ..
A wonderful hotel. Spacious and cozy room. Polite staff. Sandy beach. SPA treatments. Everything is great!!!

I went on a hot trip. The hotel is pleasant enough. Nice pool, clean sea with sandy bottom. There are 3 bars in the hotel. And two restaurants. The food is varied and delicious. The lobby of the hotel looks gorgeous, but the rooms could do with updating, but overall clean.
It's total darkness! Not even a three. The room background is in terrible condition, the furniture of the old days, everything is falling apart. Everything is old and rotten. The hotel's feature: its own (many local Arabs come) they put them in the upper rooms with a view of the sea, and all Russians in the basement, where there is not even daylight. The room is large (I can use 5 beds if it's just the two of us and a small child). There is no sign of the promised children's table. The food is all tasteless, either dry or bland. If you are at least half an hour late, that's it, there is nothing left to eat. In Russia, homeless people are better fed in social canteens. To lie down somewhere on the sun beds, I do not know what time it is necessary to go out to occupy them, given that we wake up early, at 6-7 in the morning. Everything is occupied. And the whole day. The bars have empty shelves, 2 types of some incomprehensible drink, foam instead of beer, and wine overexposed to acetic state. Do not see each other in the photo, they are a century old. The territory is full of nothing at all. It is better to pay extra and choose a hotel nearby 5*. I strongly do not recommend it here.
Good afternoon. We had a rest from September 19 to September 30, 2019. I liked the hotel, the room is good. They cleaned every day. The beach is great, clean. The animation is just super. Many thanks to the guys, especially Artyom. He is a master of his craft, knows how to entertain people. The only downside is the food. There is no choice, it's the same thing every day. The food does not pull for 4 stars, but only for 3. Napkins are given out piece by piece, just because it is a defect. So I'll leave a review with 4 points, and then it's only because of the animation guys.
From the good - the sea and the sun. The rest is at best a C grade. The room stock is old, the furniture is worn, the doors to the balcony open with difficulty. The kitchen is sparse, it's the same every day. The territory is small, but green. The beach is small. A lot of locals come for the weekend with huge families or just come with a guest pass.
In principle, not a bad hotel, but in terms of food quality, solid 3 . First line, clear sea, free deck chairs. The windows are wooden, all the noise is perfectly audible. Internet is available in the rooms, but who will be lucky.
The prices for the SPA are quite high.
There are safes in the rooms, but it didn't work for me. They repaired it for two days, then they said the Safe was kaput, and that was it.
The food is generally poor, and the selection of fruits is small in the very season. There are no dates or sweets. There are a lot of Russians, almost all of ours. The Germans, the French and the food in the next hotel are much better. I chose the hotel according to the rating, it was quite high 4.8. I don't understand who rated him so highly. For unpretentious people who do not bother with food, amenities, and it is important to have a beach nearby.

I enjoyed spending 12 days at the hotel from 02 to 14 September 2019. I really liked the green area of the hotel, I tanned all the time under a tree, so I didn't feel the heat at all. The sea was warm, the sandy beach, the gentle entrance to the water, the waves did not interfere with swimming. The first week was completely calm. I enjoyed fitness classes with elements of yoga with Jack every morning. Classes were held in the shade of trees, and were not tedious. Jack gave very useful exercises for stretching, back, abs and joints. The food at the hotel is of high quality and quite varied. However, there is no service in the restaurant. If you do not come to the opening, then it is very difficult to find appliances and napkins. The hotel corresponds to its 4 stars, if you do not betray.
The hotel has a very pitiful appearance, respectively, everything is the same inside, poor nutrition, terrible attitude towards tourists in the hotel, everything pulls at a weak two.Terrible service.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Stayed at the Hotel Sol Azur Beach Congres
Tunis, Hammamet in August 2018. I really liked the location of the hotel, the all-inclusive option, and the friendly staff. Of course, there may be more luxurious hotels, but I was quite satisfied with the Hotel Sol Azur Beach Congres. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax comfortably and not expensively.
We liked both the convenience of accommodation and the work of the staff:starting from the reception area,So the Restaurant, the work of the maids,on the beach
If there is an opportunity, we will come again
From the excellent sea and beach. The old room stock, disgusting cleaning, very dirty. Old towels, gray, worn. It's very unpleasant to pick up. Torn bed linen. Good staff, Russian-speaking. The food is 3+, but you can find something to eat. Chopped onion or cabbage in a basin is considered a salad.
We would like to upgrade this hotel and there will be no price for it. The staff understands Russian, good animation, the hotel is designed for a Russian-speaking tourist

The hotel needs a deep renovation. Rooms with the smell of sewage. The food is more or less, the breakfasts are meager, but they are everywhere. The neighboring BelAzur is better, but also has its drawbacks.
I have been vacationing in Tunisia for 10 years, twice a year. I'm going to take a course of thalassotherapy. I used to go to the Nahravess Hotel. The Thalassotherapy center there was very good, then it deteriorated, I stopped driving. I went to Belle Azure in 2018, after its restoration. The hotel is wonderful, I stayed in it back in 2005. He was very good even then. And so last autumn in October I went to Sol Azur, there were no plane tickets for my dates in Belle. The hotel was normal, there weren't many people, the food was worse than in Bel Azure, but there was plenty to eat. I'm interested in the thalassocenter and the procedures, so I don't really pay attention to some of the disadvantages. And so in October 2019, I came back to this hotel, as prices in Belle Azure had increased, so I decided to save money. But the price for this hotel has changed, increased by 7-10 thousand compared to last year. It turns out that this hotel was included, like the Bel Azur Hotel and several other hotels in Tunisia, in the Novostar group. I will say only one thing: where Russian management appears, the service decreases, and the price increases. As always! There are cockroaches in the rooms, big and flying! The food is just disgusting, several people have been poisoned! The fruits are pears and plums, and this is in the grape season. I don't eat much at all, but even I had a hard time choosing something, mostly soup and rice. And there's nothing to say about children and men. I never write reviews, everyone has their own view on vacation. But I couldn't help but write here, because I have something to compare it with. This newly formed Novostar group has very nicely placed ads about hotels on its website. But the information is 70% untrue. And I just want to advise people not to be led by such advertising and not to overpay money for non-existent services and for the fact that representatives of this company are present in hotels all day long. What for??? All issues can be solved without them, in Tunisia, a lot of people speak Russian, especially in hotels. So be careful when choosing tours.
The hotel is super, the staff is responsive, the room is clean, (cleaning every day),food for all tastes (enough for us),pancakes are lovely, the operator from Biblio Globus is always at the hotel, all problems are solvable, the sea is Super))))) We are happy, Thank you)))))))Saint Petersburg. (Rest from 17.08-24.08.2018)
The place is great for the money. It is clear that this is a 4* and everything is a little asking for repairs, furniture and deck chairs would also be updated. But otherwise very good. Beautiful interiors, friendly staff, almost everyone understands Russian. Very diverse food: rabbit, quail, crabs, shrimp, mussels. Fish, chicken, turkey - no questions asked every day. I will recommend going with preschoolers separately. There are separate children's tables with non-spicy food, animators make sure that children do not mess with food. At this time, parents can safely drink wine at their table. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., children can be left in the children's room, supervision and a variety of games are provided. And there is also a great fine clean sand here. Come if you want a relaxing family vacation
