A great hotel- the sea is gorgeous, the beach is wide, a lunopark, a water park for all ages, a zoo, good food, no children's menu. I was upset that they smoke all over the hotel.

A very bad hotel, absolutely, we were there in October 2018, I remember with a shudder. Unsanitary conditions, poor nutrition, spoiled food, a passing cook could pick something up from the floor with his hand and put it back in the common dish, without gloves... widespread epidemics, the whole family ended up on ivs in the hospital, our child was unconscious for 1.7 days, our grandmother came to our hotel from another to help with the baby, had lunch once and immediately received severe poisoning, they say in the pharmacy on the street that they live only at the expense of vacationers of the Turan Prince hotel. According to the territory, there is no bar on the beach! It's a long way to go to the nearest one, they send you to lobi for some positions! For example, over Turkish tea, coffee, and drinks from vending machines, children have nothing to eat, there is no children's table. The attractions work for 1-2 hours, very broken. The complex of the water park and zoo is located probably a kilometer from the sea through the hotel territory, the beach is separated by a river, all the pools are heated, good reviews are all lies, no one likes it there, and what else would it come back at all. Do not spoil your vacation, the person is not attentive, simply no one cares about anything.

A good hotel, but with disadvantages. There are no more than two keys for all rooms, even for two-storey duplexes, except for the main building. If there are more than two people in the room, you will constantly look for the one who has the key. You cannot make a third key for a fee. Strong alcohol only for up to 24 hours.

We came to this hotel by accident, not being consumers of this type of service. I'm writing a review for people like us, not for those who like to relax like this. We are back-packers, but it so happened that we went here.
1. There is really a lot of food, but we were not satisfied with it. Plus, it's hard not to overeat, which is disgusting and harmful. There were few fish and seafood, more meat, but we don't eat it. The food is good and pleasant in the A la carte restaurant. In the main restaurant, a 2-year-old child ate only rice, pasta, sometimes soups and dishes with peas. They can't cook porridge. Muesli is not delicious. I can definitely recommend: wonderful bagels with sesame seeds from the oven, olives!!!, delicious tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, sometimes delicious vegetable dishes such as carrots in cream with blueberries. That's all I remember. It is very difficult for a child to eat in a huge hall with a lot of people and sounds. I recommend sitting down to eat on the outskirts on the street. And also to dine in a restaurant by the sea - it's quieter there. Yes, local cooks also cook pita bread with filler on the fire - it is also original and delicious! One of them is in a restaurant on the way to the sea, and the other is at one of the exits of the main restaurant - she found it only on the last day. There are a lot of sweets. Delicious and very sweet oriental sweets. I recommend baked peach and pear. When everything got boring, it was a salvation! Look for halva on the table with cheese, with coffee - it's delicious! Pancakes were still eaten every morning! Also from a unique one - there is "sesame jam" on the jam table, in our opinion, thin. Add grape honey to it (it is also here) and get a unique healthy sweetness! Fruits in a limited repertoire, sometimes delicious.
2. There are not many places on the territory for privacy in a close company, I would like more benches, gazebos in secluded places. Since you are constantly among a bunch of people, you want such places.
3. For those who consider water parks and amusement parks to be evil: the whole atmosphere here is saturated with this very thing! Those who love beautiful music and music lovers - you will suffer. To whom such gourmandism is important in the kitchen, recreation, communication - this is not here.
4. In general, the main disadvantages are these. The hotel positions itself as a concept for children. But they smoke everywhere! Even on the territory of the dining room, which is on the street. On the beach, at the entrances.. It's like!?!?
5. Music in the windows until 12, until 1 am. And at 11 p.m. fireworks. The children are jumping up and down... I have already mentioned the quality of the music.
6. Still about the pros!)) You can go to the hammam. There were few people like us there. I was pleased with my grandmother and granddaughter, who sang "if you want to be healthy"! Besides, our child was the only one. Yes, and we are about that. There were also those who did foam massage (from 35 to 90!!! Euros).
7. Large children's towns. The children were ready to live there. A trampoline with suspensions costs 8 Euros. The carousels were never found working, I don't know how much they cost.
8. I liked the textile store on site. Selected items, clean, prices are the same as outside. We managed to bargain.
9. We left the hotel by ourselves on a local bus to Managvat. Please note that they have a lunch break. The first bus after lunch is at 14:40 according to our information. Managwat is such an ordinary city, take a walk and take a look. But Side is a unique city! Ancient ruins on the coast! A pleasant promenade. In general, it's better to go live there, right in the old town, right on the shore - there are such small boarding houses there, you can find them on airbnb, for example. Be sure to try the Turkish ice cream cones - insanely delicious! But inside the hotel they give some kind of poison at certain hours (in Nestle wrapper, etc.).
10. We went to Nova Mall, a modern Mall with branded stores. You can buy something for a child, especially nice at a sale. But I didn't like the quality of adult clothes. The markets are even worse. You need to somehow know where to go and what to choose. It makes sense to buy things from expensive brands, since they are cheaper here, and the quality is maintained at the same level, but it's not a little money anyway, and you need to know where to go. In the mall itself, I recommend going to the Mado restaurant. It is delicious, with a beautiful presentation, and there is aesthetics and gourmandism here. ;)
This is my ambiguous review. This is for those who, like us, suddenly decided to go and try it. It's not worth it, it's better to go to cities like Side, take a car. Then it will be a great trip. And such a five-star all included is evil for the soul, body and the whole planet. 8)))

The beds are 140 cm wide, with a standard of 160. The central elevator is very slow, you can go down and up while it is traveling. The air conditioners in the room are noisy, the beach is pebbly. The food does not match 5*. The hotel is old. On the plus side: good animation, and almost all entertainment (attractions, water park, tennis) on site are free.
