A hotel with a good Children's concept.
But be prepared for the fact that you may not be given the number you paid for. It was fundamentally important for us to have a room in the main building with a large bed and an extra one, instead we were accommodated in a villa with two single beds and a daybed. They referred to the fact that there are no rooms available and the hotel is in a stop. This is the first time I have come across the fact that the room category is given cheaper, usually the upgrade goes towards improvement. I ran after them for two days to be relocated. Room cleaning, both with and without tips, is the same for three.

The hotel has a wonderful large territory, the opportunities to spend time are very diverse - there are football, basketball, mini golf, darts, air rifle shooting, spa, mini zoo. It's just a paradise for children - an aqua park, an amusement park. The beach is well maintained, there are no problems with sun beds. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Everything is in full abundance and variety. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are cleaned regularly. In Turkey 5 times, and this hotel turned out to be one of the best, we always rested in 5 stars, so we can compare. Modod guys, keep it up. The Russians will not let you down. I really liked the special holidays. The staff here is generally beyond praise. We are leaving on October 3. We are very satisfied.

We rested from 3-17 July 2021, we will not return for the following reasons:
1. Room cleaning is disgusting, I do not expect swans on the bed, but the thrown towel was hung back on the floor as new, the sand under the bed was too lazy to clean, only the trash bucket was changed in the toilet, and behind the rakivina or under it they simply did not touch.
2. The food is very ordinary, there is almost no seafood, only fried fish and that with bones.
3. The beach is not cleaned, glasses, cigarette butts, papers are constantly lying around, and the entrance is bad, not flat, half of the beach is in slabs, do not hit your knee when entering the water.
4. The animation is very weak, it resembles a rural performance.
5. Restaurants (Chinese, Mediterranean,Mexican). The food is from the common canteen, the food is tired.
6. Oh, I forgot, the Turks love it, to move into an old room and look questioningly at you perplexed, who, according to the photo on the website, paid for a completely different room, give 20 bucks at the reception, the stools were merciful and still gave the number corresponding to the order!
7. They smoke! Everywhere and a lot! From the beach to the playground!
8. Mini club for up to 12 children, so you should stand in line and not be worthy, because places are limited due to covid, but in the amphitheater hello 50 children all together! Carousels, Ferris wheel works for free at inconvenient hours, so you can have fun on trampolines for 8 bucks 5 minutes.
9. One thing I liked, though, is a mini zoo, rabbits, horses, birds, goats, ducks, ponies, roosters, peacocks! We went to feed them after dinner.
10. And finally: beware of the tour operator Kilit Global, an incompetent guide, a late individual transfer, a run to the airport with children and nerves are provided! Thank God at home!

We had a vacation in 21 years in 2 hotels. This one is more expensive, but the contrast is not for the better. And here is trash)) I can't turn around, the air conditioner and refrigerator are almost not working, we are on the 4th floor with a stroller with a child - the elevator does not work. Balboy told us to lift kaput, drag the baby and the stroller and things yourself. Or go to the reception to change it. At half past 12 at night, we decided to score. We have a view of the neighboring building, technical))) There are no blackout curtains, the little one has been aching since 6 a.m., did not get enough sleep. This is the first time I've seen a room in Turkey without blackout curtains. We went to the room - there are bulls on the balcony. Someone's extra cot was not taken out. Actually, as soon as we arrived, I realized at the door that it would be "fun" here. No one met us, we dragged the suitcases ourselves)) even at the Castalia 4 star club hotel, we were greeted at night and given some water. And then yesterday I asked the reception, how long we have to wait. Well, after we sent them the voucher, they called Anex and so on. He looks at me with a poker face and says, yes, for a long, long time.
Well, I was already tired, I say, you didn't fucking talk to the guests like that, he immediately changed his shoes, he says - 15 min. I say, I would have done it right away, I asked you normally. The time is 23:10, we have been on respawn for more than an hour, the child is hungry and wants to sleep. It is impossible, perhaps, to answer in a human way, what kind of manner to talk to guests like that. Then my husband ran over him and he fluttered like a butterfly. But I'm a little shocked))) the room costs 20 thousand per day 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Disgusting Internet, mediocre food. The food in the (free) restaurants from the hotel is simply disgusting. We were in room 4314, something buzzes all night. Every night at 4 a.m., a garbage truck arrives, and because of the crazy audibility, it's like garbage is being taken out right in your room, it's not possible to sleep, plus mosquitoes have eaten everything, and this is in October!!! We were with my wife from 9.10.19 to 17.10.19. The entrance to the water is complicated by boulders, there are free tents on the beach of the hotel, but they come from the neighboring beach, because they do not have wide awnings, the guards of our beach constantly chase those, because they recognize them by towels. In general, those drive, these come again, and so on all day... Never again!!

Of course, they do not clean for 5 stars, this is a fact :)even tea does not solve the problem
And the biggest minus is coxsackie!! All the children of the hotel suffer from it, we did not swim in the pool, did not go to the kids' club, but on the 4th day of arrival we got sick!!!
The consequences are still being treated, it certainly hit the opinion of the hotel hard.

We had a rest in June 2021.
1. The room is disgusting, it looks like a Soviet one. The refrigerator in the room worked poorly, the picture above the bed looked crooked, even in a week no one fixed it, the floors were washed every day, but very badly, everything remained in hair and sand, the door in the shower was cracked, the bed itself was in terrible condition, the child was brought a playpen for sleeping, she was all skinned.
2. The big minus is the INTERNET! It just isn't there, or rather it is, but it catches only at certain points, and since the territory is large, it was wildly inconvenient to go to the reception, for example, to sit on the Internet and work!
3. The buffet is fine, not very diverse and not a little. There are a lot of desserts, but as it turned out, it's all the same, only in different colors.
4. The man at the reception talked to us like friends from the yard, I have an expensive phone, he saw it and he's ready to bet that my husband is cheaper and laughs when the employee took our suitcases to the room, he told us not to forget to tip him (it's our choice to give or not, talk about this is not necessary)
5. For residents, you can go to restaurants on the territory for free 1 time, Chinese, Fish and Mexican, as it turned out, not all 3 restaurants, but only 1 can be selected
5. The only fat plus is the territory, large, a lot of entertainment, archery, attractions, slot machines, mini golf, mini zoo, tennis court.
Bottom line: we won't go there a second time, mixed impressions.

We rested from 1.05.2019 to 11.05 an excellent hotel, I did not want to leave. We were with 3 children of 14, 7 and 1 year old, there was entertainment for everyone. The staff is very friendly, there is no rudeness and arrogance, as in other hotels. But there is an obvious advantage over Turkish families, both in terms of accommodation and service. The hotel provided our family with a free car to pick up the child from the hospital. Well done, they helped a lot. We went to 2 restaurants, fish and Chinese, I liked fish more, in Chinese I liked only hot veal and squid chips. A sandy beach with small pebbles at the entrance to the warm sea and then - large stone slabs under water. Various annimation every day, on Saturdays (it probably coincided) - a big performance with fireworks and fireworks + a surprise from the chef. Three restaurants - Chinese, Mexican cuisine, fish restaurant (very satisfying, exquisite and delicious. However, without oysters, lobsters and other tropical animals).

There are many places to eat and drink right up to one o'clock in the morning. Food ..., it's just an empire of viands. There is a klandike of sweets and ice cream for children. Ice cream is a separate topic. The quality is like in the USSR-super! Unfortunately, we no longer have such ice cream in the catering. 200m from the hotel along the road there is a 500-meter chain of shops, ATMs. We are interested in red and green ATMs, Language selection + they give out lira, dollars, euros.
Boyshoy beach in 4 rows with normal (not tulips) arched sun shades. We were at different times and always found a place. September is pre-school time. If children from 1 to 6 years of age of different caliber are not afraid, it is a good place to relax. Oh yes, there is a football field, a minigolf, a zoo - lots, baby goats, sheep, rabbits, game)) shooting range for archers, fans of pneumatics. And... freshwater river, you can fish in it (fishing rods for rent) - decent carp (or carp?).
Cons? Well....if you look closely, I would like better room cleaning, there are small joints in the room (but this is a problem for large areas when there are a lot of staff. By the way, we recommend, for the administration, to include senior staff in the cleaning control and room service, as in Vietnamese hotels. It works very well. Nice big area, but the hotel is old. The rooms are ugly, the bathroom is gloomy, the beds in our room were 2 separate, although we were with my husband and child. There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous and in the end We were poisoned with the baby😖 The beach is good, excellent sunshades, but the entrance to the water is pebbly and very sharp, it is not convenient with a 1.5 year old child. The railing at the pier stairs has fallen off, and the steps are slippery, also not an option. In general, although everything seems to be for children and there were a lot of them there, I do not advise with children. It will be much more convenient for childless people if they are not confused by the number of kids around and the constant background noise.
