A luxury hotel with a huge territory. There is everything for children and adults - its own water park , pools , attractions , various animations . The restaurants and staff deserve some applause. Delicious , varied food, polite and friendly staff . I would have given 5 stars, but I took one star off because of the rooms. The rooms already require cosmetic repairs. The wallpaper is shabby , wardrobes and showers are kept on a private word . By the way, room cleaning is also not of high quality. They are cleaned every day, but superficially. Under the bed and sofa for the entire stay (15 days) They never washed it .

A great family hotel for families with children. We arrived with two families, we are happy with everything. The food is varied, there is a lot of animation and children's entertainment - a water park, a lunopark, a children's room, a mini zoo, swimming pools for all ages and heights, three restaurants + the main dining room, several fast food outlets and bars. There are many sports grounds including a football field, lawn and table tennis, archery. There are always free sun beds on the beach. I've seen reviews somewhere about bad Internet and poorly made seams between tiles in the bathroom. Are you serious? Who are you?
Yes, there really are problems with the Internet during rush hours, after lunch, when all the children are put to bed for a quiet hour and in the evening after dinner. But you didn't come here to surf the Internet in your room. After 21 hours, no problems, we posted photos to our instagrams, wrote to our relatives that we were alive and well and OK. We have never experienced any problems with room cleaning and so on. The animation is also quite normal, in the evening the children are exhausted so that they are carried away to the rooms in the arms of the sleepers.

We rested from 8.10 to 15.10 . It all started with the fact that we were offered to pay extra for a good room!!!! and it turned out that we already have it on the ticket, after finding out the money was returned. We were unlucky with room cleaning, very poorly cleaned, towels were constantly given 4 instead of 5, every day we had to ask for another one (not very nice) . Everything is like in a real enterprise in time!!!!! Towels are given out by time, rides are only 2 hours a day, children in fact have nothing to do except the playground from 18 to 20.30. Children's disco half an hour from 20.30 to 21.00. The beach is dirty, habariki napkins cups. The beach is pebbly with sand when the waves of the sea are muddy...nasty. Well, the cherry on the cake....rotovirus!!!!!!!we did not visit the pools , we did not even come close, only the sea room and the dining room , but the children lay for two days, it was good that they bought separate insurance and a pharmacy nearby. The nurse said there was a rotovirus epidemic in October. The cuisine is only delicious and varied. In general, there is no general concept, and not for children and not for adults. A very unusual building of the hotel, green arches in the passages between the houses, which seemed to separate the streets. It was so nice to walk through them. In general, a wonderful hotel for families with children. We had a rest from 09/29. to 09.10. - 4 adults and 3 children. I liked the animation in the pool, the water was really cold.I am delighted with the slides. The sea is also wonderful, but there is not enough sandy beach, the sun beds are almost always occupied and we had to sit on the pebbles. This did not spoil the impression in any way. Waves, sea surf-it's great too!!! The children jumped on the waves with pleasure!!!
The food is varied and delicious. Lots of fruits.
The rooms are renovated, with good plumbing and a bathroom (in double room 2253, and the second room in the building, where the reception is on the 3rd floor on two levels, for 5 people).
The SPA center. On the first day, they offered to try a massage for 15 minutes for free, as it says on the business card. The massage was done professionally, so I ordered 7 more sessions. The cost of 1 session was announced to me at $ 65 (translated into Russian money it is 4,600 rubles, in Russia I could do 3 sessions for this money). What was my surprise when I heard from Russian tourists that they paid $ 50 each for a massage from the same specialist, i.e. it turns out that I overpaid $ 105 for the same service. It would not be a shame if these amounts went to a specialist with golden hands, but ALAS!!! The fee for his work is only $ 7 per session (in Russia, a specialist would receive up to 60% of the cost of the service).
And Russian tourists should know that a massage session costs 45-50 dollars per hour in Turkish hotels.

We rest in this hotel as a family from 28.7 to 4.08. The hotel is very good for families with children. Most of the vacationers are families with children. We stayed at the hotel from 12.10.22-22.10.22 with my husband and child for 2 years. Objectively, the territory is large and green, very well maintained, the corridors to the houses are made of flowers, of different colors. The food is also good, I can't call it varied, but there is always a choice. I'll make a note - for adults. For children - canned mashed potatoes or sweet yogurt. If it is possible to find something bland at lunch, then not for breakfast. Sweet flakes, milk porridges (two types) are sweet every day. My husband and I love Turkish cuisine, what a blessing to see menemen at breakfast, but even for lovers of spicy food, it is impossible to eat this for breakfast, and we did not wait for adana kebab, even on a Turkish night.
Turkish sweets corner 10 out of 10, baklava and kunefe are simply delicious.
Animation 1 ball out of 10, for 11 days nothing happened during the day, a couple of times they called for volleyball, on the last day of vacation they called for a pool show. Evening animation is weak too, and children's animation is completely absent. Only a mini disco at 20:30.
Now about the cons and the reasons why we will not return to the hotel and to the Turan prince chain too. And yes, we will not advise anyone.
There are many playgrounds on the territory of the hotel, but the best one for children of our age is located on the territory of the children's club. There are carousels and a sandbox, and the town itself is adapted for kids, but it is locked at 17:30. What for? Have there been cases when the slide was taken away or sand from the sandbox?
Next, the mini club "happy children", from 4-11 and from 12-17 teen club. And what about the younger kids? The unhappy babies club?
I'll tell you what:
Bad weather happens, rain and wind on the street, we think, but shouldn't we go to the club, We can't leave it, of course. But will they let you play with the child together?
Well, they won't. These are the rules, only from the age of 4. Therefore, my child was asked to look out the window at the numerous toys, because a two-year-old is dangerous, especially when accompanied by her mother. No, seriously, why? Is it a pity for a hotel of this level to let us in so that we can quietly play a game of constructor and leave? The correct answer is yes.
Of course, we didn't believe it. We decided to go to the reception and clarify. The girl Rana confirmed, then we turned to the man, who also said that these were the rules of the hotel. When I asked for a list of these rules, he started flipping through the concept, of course he didn't find anything where it would be indicated. It is not written that it is allowed for children from 0-4, but also that it is forbidden too. I asked him to take my word for it that there is such a rule, or come the next morning and he will show them to me, well, or will he print them quickly?
The most interesting thing is that all the days after talking with them, after we wrote a complaint, they did not even try to resolve the conflict. And talking to every employee of the hotel only brought more negativity into this situation.
For example, on the same day when a young man did not let us into the mini-club. He was standing on the rides, and at 17:53, looking at me, he said that you would not have time, that they were closing, and also asked "if I would go cry"?The concept of the hotel says that until 18:30. Well, OK, he informed me that the rides are now until 18:00, but why won't we make it in 7 minutes if we are next? He further said that he was joking. To which, of course, I asked, are you joking like that after the mini club? He said if I didn't understand, it was my problem, not his. The day before, at another attraction, another animator told a girl standing in line that he had seen her at a mini disco, that she sings well, and her father DRINKS WELL. It was also a joke, but what kind of jokes, I'm sorry?
Further more, when you go to a restaurant with a child, you notice a little more than the others, because you stay in one place longer than the others. So you spin around with plates, you spin around and you see there are drinks at the table. They stand for a long time, more than half an hour, then the Germans come, the waiter runs to them and writes down with a notebook what they will drink. A minute later, the drinks are on the table. In this little story, I say that they only approach Europeans, that in 11 days, we had 32 meals in a restaurant and they did not approach us at all. And also that the waiters reserve a table for them.
When you approach the bar, the bartender collects a tray for the waiter, and I stand with the baby in my arms and wait for everyone to pour beer and wine. There is also a question here, but maybe I don't understand something, but the priority is staff or guests? To fulfill the order to the waiter, of course, he will carry the order to the Europeans.
Internet in the hotel bottom, "all over the territory", yeah, yeah. At least they made a paid, normal one. In the room, in the center of the hotel, it did not work. There is also a walking road around the perimeter of the hotel. There were many reasons to swear at him when you can't find each other in a huge area or have to travel distances to say something.
As for the room itself, everything is old, worn and ancient. The laminate is scratched somewhere, inflated somewhere, and if you look closely, you can find many reasons for a scandal. But it was clean, so it wasn't that important to me.
There is no sound insulation, but honestly, when a German woman finds out a relationship with someone under your balcony, squealing like a pig, I don't know what double-glazed windows should be in order not to hear it.
Further, on the day of departure, we are denied the “late check out” service, saying that the hotel has minus 20 rooms. Remember that at 12:00 on 10/22/22 it was impossible to extend the number.
By the way, on the day of arrival, we were also told that the hotel was overcrowded and asked to stay overnight at the Turan Prince hotel in Gundogdu, in exchange for a room with a sea view the next day. 50 $ and two available rooms to choose from were provided immediately.
We, being the guests who don't say anything, forget the Apple Watch SE in the room. At 12:00, the room was handed over and only at 17:30 it was discovered that the watch had not been taken away.

But the service is just disgusting.

A large selection of greenery. There is some dietary food. The juices are powdered. The coffee is weak. The tea is excellent. There are a lot of desserts. But most of them taste the same. I would like to mention baklava. It is served for dinner. The area is clean. The beach is not very clean, if you find fault. The sea is clear. The entrance is flat, sand. It's the best thing for children. Prices at the local bazaar are through the roof. It is necessary to bargain to the last. There is nothing to look at outside the hotel. You need to take excursions.

Huge, but very poorly thought out. The main pool, where all the entertainment takes place, was located at the water park, that is, at the other end of the hotel from the beach. It was terribly inconvenient if you are interested in animation. It was impossible to walk back and forth all the time, we had to choose between the beach and entertainment by the pool. Because in fact, all the animation took place there. There was only volleyball and bocce on the beach (which, by the way, was announced in the schedule every day, but in fact was not always held).
Despite the fact that the beach has a swimming pool, but none of the animation was carried out there.
It took 5-10 minutes to walk from the beach to the pool with the water park. It seems a little, but in fact it is very tiring to rest.
Beach.
Old wooden, peeling sun beds that have not changed clearly since the opening of the hotel (the sun beds by the pool were new mixed with old ones, and all the mattresses were a little worn by time).
It is not critical, but it is strange and not pleasant why it was impossible to update them during all this time.
The sea is deep, literally two or three steps and you can no longer stand. The entrance is sand-pebbles. It's not very pleasant without slippers, but it's quite normal. Everyone came in barefoot.
Restaurant.
The food is all very tasty, the meat is not dry, there is a lot of choice. The dishes in general changed for dinner, but they were all about the same. There were no delicacies and dishes of the day. In fact, it was always the same. During the week, they gave only rolls once and mussels once.
There was always something to eat, the choice was huge, but I was used to hotels always having something new for dinner, but this was not the case here.
I was very unpleasantly surprised that ice cream was given only from 16:00 to 18:00 and only in packages.
And in general, the meal schedule was not entirely clear. The snack bar was open from 12:30 to 16:00. From 16:00 to dinner, only ice cream and waffles were served. The hungry did not go, but often ran to the snack tank by 16:00 to have time to eat. Dinner was also served from 19:00 to 21:00. After 21:00, if you want to have a snack, there was nothing. Only at 23:00 a night snack.
It was all not very convenient, I had to adjust.
Animation.
I read that everyone is delighted with animation and evening shows. For some reason, we were not quite lucky in this regard. The daytime animation was generally good, there are no complaints here. The animators are great. But the evening shows were all very boring, I have not seen this during my entire stay in Turkey. There were only dance shows, often not at all interesting and not professional, once there were magic tricks. There were no interesting or acrobatic shows at all. For the first time it was boring on the show :(
Maybe it's for an amateur.
There was always live music or a disco after the show. Sometimes there are fireworks. We tried hard here, it was not bad.
Rooms.
We lived in a bungalow, in general everything is OK, not super new rooms, but not completely shabby either. But everyone in the room had something falling off, then the shower, then the shelves in the closet. They fixed it, but still. There is a safe.
Wi-Fi.
Not really, it doesn't work super well, it catches in the room, there is no beach in general, barely in the pool. I would say it works poorly, as usual in hotels in Turkey, but many places it already works well throughout the hotel. There's still no one here.
There were quite a lot of vacationers, there were queues in the restaurant, sometimes long, sometimes less. There are many British, fewer Russians.
Entertainments.
Everything is not bad here, you could play lawn tennis, mini golf, table tennis for free. A cool zoo and very cool slides. The lunapark is interesting, but for once.
In general, the hotel is good, but in my experience, all these moments do not allow me to say that I liked the hotel. I would not have returned to it for anything and would not have advised anyone.
Last year we went to the neighboring Starlight, it is EXACTLY the same in price and concept, but an order of magnitude higher and better than Turan. If I hadn't been at Starlight, I might have liked Tyuran, because I might not have known that it was possible to think better about the territory and that the food in the restaurant could surprise with something new every day.
Therefore, in terms of price and quality, Turan does not really meet its expectations. It costs a lot, but the hotel staff seems to be saving on you. Yes, there are shows, but they are bad. Yes, there is a lot of food, but it is monotonous and clearly limited in time. The only thing I really liked was the slides. But is it worth choosing this hotel if there is not much good in it except for the slides?

We had a rest with friends in early October at the Club Hotel Turan Prince World 5*. This is my first time in Turkey, and I am very glad that we got to this hotel. There were some hitches: initially we were settled in the wrong rooms, although according to the voucher we had to live in a room with a sea view. The staff apologized for the situation, but we received the rooms on day 3. As their apologies, they provided an additional visit to the restaurant on the ala card. It was very tasty, especially in the restaurant "Mexico" (I personally did not like the Chinese restaurant very much). Thank you very much.
The hotel also provides an additional card for visiting the spa (for 15 minutes) as soon as you get acquainted, you will like it / you will not like it. I was so lucky that I bought 4 sessions with a chiropractor. This is the God of the manual. everything was so gorgeous. my back and all my muscles got such a good tone that I still feel great. Who will go to this hotel - I recommend making an appointment immediately with the manager, his name is Ahmed, because it was difficult to get through to receive the service, there are many people willing.
One of the things I didn't like was a very persistent (I don't know who he is, probably a waiter) and a hotel employee who did not understand the refusal from the first time (I saw him in a fish restaurant), who very brazenly hit the wedges, although I was not alone. It was unpleasant and I had to avoid the place where he worked.
Food and drinks - did not differ at all from home, so the discomfort from (a new hand) I did not receive.
As for the entertainment program, it was for all 1000 points. Many thanks to the organizers, I haven't had such a cool vacation in a long time. I really liked the water park and the entertainment program, although the water in the pool was quite cold.
Sea...the sea is so blue, clear, and captivating that I absolutely did not want to go out, despite the fact that the sea was slightly warmer than the water in the pool. There is a sand on the shore, at the entrance to the sea there is a small pebble, but it does not interfere with entering the water at all.
To summarize: there will be an opportunity to go again. And I won't regret it.

We rested at the hotel from 28.07 to 07.08. The hotel is quiet and there is no animation. The only entertainment is the evening shows. It didn't bother us, our vacation coincided when fires raged in Turkey, and we watched the actions of the plane and helicopter from the beach. But we realized the most shock when we arrived home, the eldest daughter took with her a silver pandora bracelet, which we gave her for 18 years. An expensive bracelet by our standards. So when we arrived home, the case where the bracelet was lying turned out to be empty. How many times have you visited Turkey, you have never encountered such a fact. Here's a 5-star hotel for you. The grief of a child, even though he is 28 years old, cannot be conveyed. I blamed myself for not putting it in the safe. This is how we got a vacation in hospitable Turkey. The Turan Prince Hotel where they climb on bedside tables and steal from their guests. If you decide to visit this hotel, be vigilant and do not relax, so as not to get into a situation like my family.

Wonderful, lots of food and booze. But we drove 1.5 hours from the airport, this is a tough test. We went in 2020. The children liked it, but there are nuances. The room for the second child was laid out, well, not very well. It's useless to go outside, there are qigans everywhere, the prices are ugly (it's not interesting with our course), a lot of stalls are closed (because of the pandemic, I understand) There are also breeders roaming around the territory. It was also worth looking at the sights for a family. The water park is excellent, there are pebbles on the sea, buy special slippers at home, there will be the same China, but 5 times more expensive) and armbands for children, etc.

We liked the hotel very much, we chose between it and other hotels and the choice fell on TURAN. They put us in a bungalow under room 2103, the room is located a little away from the main building, but it was a plus for us. The territory is huge, every day there are 15 thousand steps, sometimes 17 thousand steps, and this is only on the territory of the hotel. The territory is well-groomed, clean, and very well looked after. The staff is kind-hearted (the tea-house keeper Kodir was a favorite), the food is varied and delicious. My daughter started eating meat there: lula, cutlets, lamb, she liked ayran very much. There were also a lot of goodies for adults.
The sea is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, they give out a towel for free. A water park, a lunopark, a children's disco, and my daughter and I also enjoyed it.
Room cleaning is as scheduled, we were cleaned when we went to breakfast, only the trash cans are very small, that's bad.
The medical massage is done perfectly, it sweeps all the points very well, the sauna, and the Turkish bath with steam - I liked it. My husband liked the gym, he has everything he needs to swing.
We didn't get to the restaurants, we didn't have time to sign up, and I work at three restaurants (fish, Mexican and Chinese).
Cons: there was no WiFi in our room, the pool area worked very poorly, in general, the managers needed to fix it and the switches were right at the headboard, we had to turn on the lamps and remove the card. But all these disadvantages are minor, they can be fixed.
