We had a vacation in August 2023. A very nice girl worked at the reception, Victoria settled us in a nice room in the main building, always answered all questions, thank you very much! The food in the main restaurant is full of variety, they gave lamb and fish, chicken, liver, greens, vegetables, watermelons, plums, apples, pastries, pizza is super tasty, grilled fish in the yard, nuggets and waffles with vegetable or fruit fillings on the beach, delicious burgers in the snack bar during the day, sweets delicious, in general, you can't count everything! The pools for the children went right super! The territory is very interesting, green, flowers, palm trees, there are a lot of things to take pictures with. In the evening there was animation with children and after 1 hour music for dancing adults, you can order your own music, after everyone is invited to the pier to the disco, we were with the children so we did not go. There is alcohol in the lobby bar around the clock, beer on the beach, beer and wine in the snack bar. Fanta, cola, sprite in all bars. The air conditioning in the room, the refrigerator worked properly, they asked for 2 cards for electricity. The stairs have been changed this year, and thank God! It was a downside. In general, the hotel is solid 4. The staff, bartenders, waiters are cheerful, sociable young people. In the buildings by the pool, the rooms speak worse. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest! We would go there again! This year we just want to go to another one.

It looks like the three stars are lost somewhere! The first impression at the reception was not bad: marble, onyx — everything glitters and looks clean. The staff understood Russian quite well, but this did not justify further disappointment.
Room: We were put in a small room with a standard double bed and a TV. Everything is crooked, the light is dim, and the air conditioner seems to have never been cleaned.
Bathroom: There is a real trouble here! A broken shower stall, a dirty extractor hood — the drain is covered with a bucket. After removing the bucket, in half an hour your room will turn into an "outdoor toilet". 🤮
🧴 Services: Shampoo and soap have not been replenished for 8 days. Bed linen and towels are changed only upon request, and even if you throw them on the floor, they will not give you new ones. 🥴
🚪 Maids: Enter the room without knocking, ignoring that we are changing clothes, and insist on cleaning, creating awkward situations.
Food: The variety seemed promising, but in fact it was only 50% edible. The main diet is meat: chicken, rarely fish, turkey and soy "beef" cutlets. There is also a problem with fruits — only apples and rubber watermelons.
Animation: The first day was interesting, but then everything was repeated.

We rested at the hotel from 10/23/14 to 10/29.24.
Honest feedback from not picky people.
Positive:
They settled right away.
The room was small, but it was clean.
Clean sea, sandy beach.
Minuses:
The hotel is very dirty (except the lobby).
The most unpleasant thing is the terrible smell from the dumpsters around the perimeter of the hotel. (It is necessary to change the location of their installation).
The unpleasant smell of sewage and old unwashed grease in the dining room 😷🤮
We lived on the 6th floor
The smell did not reach much.
The lower floors were dying of a terrible smell.
There were problems with drinking water.
Water is not brought into the rooms, and it is almost always impossible to take water at the reception.
Local crayfish and beer are made from alcoholic beverages.

My husband and I vacationed here in the middle of July.The hotel is very large and has many buildings. But there is an elevator only in the main building (keep in mind!) At first, we were given a club standard room on the 5th building, since I had health problems, they asked us to change our room.The receptionist girl came into our situation and changed it for us without additional payment , for which I am especially grateful to her . Internet is available at the reception - free of charge. There are none in the rooms or on the beach. Our rooms are renovated. The territory is large, there is entertainment for adults and children. There are a lot of Turks in the hotels, there are Ukrainians, a Belarusian family. There is a lot of food, a lot of people come to dinner. Small queues at the grill bar (barbecue, fish on the grill). Very literate.The food is delicious, abundance, and what desserts are just a delight, before I went I read a lot here and thought I should change the hotel, but still stayed here, and did not regret it at all. The face of the hotel is its reception. They immediately showed an untidy face. The toilet is just without a door, the booths do not close. And there is dirt and debris everywhere. It is especially noticeable in the morning, in a nearby hotel they wash with a hose right up to the sidewalk, and here they rub a little dirty with a mop, but extremely rarely.
Upon arrival at 7 a.m., we were not checked in (although the rooms were free), although breakfast was offered. At 14 o'clock they gave me a room. There is a pipe running to the toilet in the bathroom, there is water on the floor. The safes (for some reason two) could not be opened. They said at the reception, no one did anything on the sixth day. Only the garbage is taken out of the cleaning, although the bed was changed for the 3rd day, but there is no towel. We left them on the floor, no one changed them. The second time at the reception they gave it to us. You need to walk around and ask for bottled water every time.
Food 4. There is a lot of food, you will definitely not be hungry. There are few fruits, watermelon and apples.
There is alcohol, in my opinion, even a lot. The tables are not wiped. I won't pay much attention to this.
The sea covers all the negativity. But even here they managed to ruin everything. There are very few sunbeds. People on vacation have to get up at 6 a.m. and occupy them. Decking is made of planks, which are full on the beach ... and of course no one cleans up the garbage.
The animation is very loud and every day until 23 o'clock. And then a bar is open around the clock under the main building. Especially cheerful companies shout until morning. No one makes any comments. I could hardly sleep. Of course, a lot depends on tourists, but we were unlucky.
Many people write about the territory, I will only say that it is large, it could be beautiful, but it is not well maintained. The maintenance staff is simply not visible. No one is doing anything. It seems that they want to get rid of the hotel, but people are still coming.
The hotel is full. And they announce that the season is closed ... generally 3 hotels.

Disgusting hotel!
We are here now. We went at our own risk, for some reason we trusted one fresh video from YouTube, where the guy says that this is a good hotel. But the defining thing, of course, was that friends had already taken trips here. As a result:
for what we were paid, we had to demand scandals for two days, and not only for us, the situation at the reception is constant; rooms are acceptable only in the main building, everything else is uninhabited for repair, but first of all they try to settle there; you will not get anything from the staff, they say well and do nothing until you get there to the director; they take the money, they do not provide the service, and then you have to be very punchy to take the money back; the food is even less, but the queues are such that there is no desire to stand. Everything is dirty. The guys in the dining room are trying, to give them their due, but they just can't cope with such a flow. We don't even go into the basik, there's a crowd of non-Russians bathing in clothes. We have nothing against other cultures, but there just needs to be a place where everyone can comfortably stay. In short, it's terrible, it's better not to come at all, I'm honest. To be fair, a good beach should be noted. But for the hotel to come to life, the management must completely change. Wi-Fi is only at the reception, the snack stated does not work, and all the other little things that do not correspond to a 5-star hotel do not even describe. They gave 300+ for four people... We had a rest in October, arrived at 7 a.m. We were waiting in the lobby. We hooked the bracelets right away and were able to eat. We waited until 14h to check in. I went to Turkey for the first time, I traveled all over Asia and did not always spend the night in luxury hotels, but this one broke all the anti-records))
First of all, the food, well, to be honest, is full of rubbish, you have to try to grab a piece of chicken. Fruits/vegetables are fresh, but!!! You won't find good meat here. Fast food, please. We've been here for a week now and tomorrow we finally go home, and it's already impossible to eat. Desserts are tasteless, no seafood, if cutlets, then don't understand at all what they are made of, look like a sole, a word for it.
I have not seen such a mess even in the cheapest hotel in other countries.
Turks mostly rest here. Of course, I understand the difference in mentality, but to get French fries, I have to stand in line for 20 minutes. Because there are many locals here, then preference is given only to them in everything. Two swimming pools, and these ubiquitous Turkish children, who are not taught the norms of behavior in society at all. Muslim women in swimming pools wearing clothes. I have nothing against other religions. But this is a hotel for everyone, why not make an area comfortable for all members of society, and not just for local residents.
The air conditioner broke down in the room, she begged three times, knocked on the table with a slipper for the fourth time. Well, it's impossible to achieve anything.
In general, if you want to save your nerves, do not go on vacation to this hotel. The most disgusting place in 16 countries.
And the beach is not on the first line, keep in mind that it takes 10 minutes to walk to it.
I do not know what the ultra all inclusive system should look like. But here it seems that there is only one name for it.
I wanted to rest, but in the end I was half-starved and plus I caught rotovirus in my stomach. So be careful. The guides say that reviews of this hotel have been bought on the websites of tour operators. Now it's clear why.

This is my first review. Even at the age of 3, everything was fine with me. But it is not possible to remain silent here. This is some kind of trash. Good reviews are written by those who have probably never been to 5 stars or came to Turkey for the first time.
We were at the hotel from October 16 to 23, 2024. 1 star to the hotel and 1 star to the girl from the reception, tk moved us from the 5th building, where a meager room (to close the door in the toilet, you need to hide behind the toilet, only after that the door will close) with the scent of sewage and a leaking pipe under the sink, to the main building without any additional charges. While we went to the reception to be resettled, 1.5 days passed, everyone said come back later.
In general, the reception staff take on so much negativity, people come to complain all the time. There was no drinking water for 2 days. Or it's just being delivered, and after 30 minutes it's already over. And you could only take it at the reception, they never brought it to the room, as it happens in ultra all inclusive. There was no hot water for 2 days, but for me it was not critical, the water was not icy, it was possible to rinse off.
The main building is cleaned every day. No one has reached the 5th building in 2 days. Well, at check-in we had towels in the room and toilet paper, someone didn't even have paper at check-in.
The food is always cold, a couple of times there was something warm. Every day there is a chicken, now one word makes a chicken feel sick. There was meat a couple of times, it would have been hot, it would have been delicious. A couple of times fish rolls, 1 time delicious red fish and 1 time small fried fish.
On the third day of the vacation, we decided to come to dinner for the opening of the restaurant, there was a feeling that the queue came to occupy the entire hotel, I have not seen this since Soviet times. And when I went against the flow of this queue, as usual at 5 o'clock, I first look at what is there, and then I go to impose, the girl swore at me in a language I didn't understand, although I basically don't care about her swearing, but she probably was very offended that she stood in line, and I'm here She came without a queue.
A few days later, the coffee machine was turned off for breakfast and lunch, it was turned on for dinner, but the glass had to be put in a puddle of coffee.
For breakfast, there was sour sausage 1 time, the next day it was fried in hot spices, her husband ate and poisoned himself. They realized late that it was the same sausage.
The sea is of course wonderful, clean, the bottom is visible even at depth. The beach is shallow with small pebbles, a good foot massage, but there are really few sunbeds. And also from neighboring hotels they came and occupied sun beds, because they had huge slabs entering the sea.
