Unjustified 5 stars It looks like the three stars are lost somewhere! The first impression at the reception was not bad: marble, onyx — everything glitters and looks clean. The staff understood Russian quite well, but this did not justify further disappointment. Room: We were put in a small room with a standard double bed and a TV. Everything is crooked, the light is dim, and the air conditioner seems to have never been cleaned. Bathroom: There is a real trouble here! A broken shower stall, a dirty extractor hood — the drain is covered with a bucket. After removing the bucket, in half an hour your room will turn into an "outdoor toilet". 🤮 🧴 Services: Shampoo and soap have not been replenished for 8 days. Bed linen and towels are changed only upon request, and even if you throw them on the floor, they will not give you new ones. 🥴 🚪 Maids: Enter the room without knocking, ignoring that we are changing clothes, and insist on cleaning, creating awkward situations. Food: The variety seemed promising, but in fact it was only 50% edible. The main diet is meat: chicken, rarely fish, turkey and soy "beef" cutlets. There is also a problem with fruits — only apples and rubber watermelons. Animation: The first day was interesting, but then everything was repeated. 🏖️ Beach: Private, underground passage , 300 meters - not bad, but the beach itself is too small. Bottom line: Next time we carefully read the reviews! Our tour operator advised us not to pay attention to them. We will not return here again and we do not advise you. 😁

We had a vacation in September 2024. We liked everything very much, we were in the main building, normal food and drinks, very tasty pastries, fresh beer, not water!!! The room is small with a balcony. The territory of the hotel is large, and it takes 10 minutes by bus to get to Alanya, which is very convenient. The beach is great, two bars by the beach (drinks and food)
