The hotel is a little tired, it was used for several years to accommodate new employees for the construction of the nuclear power plant, the staff doesn't care what broke down, for example, the shower hose was changed for a week, although there was a store nearby with goods for this repair, the air conditioner was repaired for a couple of days when it was 35 °C outside. There is a dining room on the fourth floor, but it does not work. Bleach is poured into the pool when people are swimming in it, and there is no noise limit at all, drunken guests carouse until 5 a.m., running around the floors and knocking on doors, or listening to music loudly, showing everyone their "excellent" taste.
Good location, near the service on Akkuyu and offices of Silifke, the sea is 5 minutes away, cafes are all nearby. A couple of online markets are also close

Now it is actually the TSM-ENERJI hotel, only newly arrived employees live there. From this, the hotel provides a comfortable minimum.
The rooms are cleaned twice a week.
Rooms naturally have a bathroom and a refrigerator (they say there is a rare exception)
There are no kettles, drinking water and glasses in the room.
Downstairs on the street next to the pool (there has been no water since September) there is a titan with unlimited black tea and a microwave.
There are two chain stores nearby (50m)
The sea is 100m and the beach and the rocks with lots to choose from. Take a mask and a tube with you, you won't regret it, it's much more expensive here.
Turkey is a country of stray cats and Ephesus is no exception.
If you come, do not hesitate to join the companies gathering on the ground floor, everyone here is friendly, although sometimes noisy, they get to know and help each other!

There are no advantages. Cons: the location is disgusting - there is a mosque under the windows, which means you will live according to the Azan. Lack of comfort of living - there is no kitchen, the air conditioner in my room barely worked, the room cleaning is disgusting, wi-fi only catches at the reception, and in winter you will die, it blows from under the door like from the window!
