We traveled from Berlin on a trip in the direction of Hanover-Luxembourg-Paris. It's beautiful, the hotel is not bad, the guide Vladimir knows a lot and is very educated in his field. But the advantages ended there.
Despite the comfortable bus with an air conditioning system, you will be frozen to the point of headaches and snot. The drivers responded to all requests to make it warmer, they did, but for exactly a couple of hours, then turned it on again, as a result, my mother and I fell ill, like many in that bus. Despite the presence of a toilet on the bus, they are asked not to use it. Even just hot water is sold on the bus for money. The road itself is exhausting. We only stayed at the hotel for two nights. And on the last morning in France, we were forced to check out in the morning, although we had a very busy day ahead of us, and immediately after we went back to Hanover, without even stopping at the hotel to wash after a hot day. There was nowhere to eat and there was not enough time, because the free time allocated by the guide at each stop was no more than 30 minutes, and we were very much in a hurry, not even allowing us to calmly finish chewing or buy souvenirs. We had to spend almost all the time on the bus, we got off only at the points that are scheduled for the tour.
There were many more unpleasant things, but the finale was when we came for our promised transfer to Berlin, and it turned out to be a simple bus. To our comment on why you did not buy a train ticket and why you did not at least consult with us, Vladimir was very offended and began to snap back, saying that the travel agency knows better how to get to customers more conveniently. So that you can understand all my indignation: the train goes an hour and a half to the very center or even to our stop, but it would be nice for us to get to the center; the bus goes three and a half and reaches the outskirts, from where it still had to go home for an hour. And he also had to wait another 2 hours, since the scheduled departure time of the bus is exactly that. They asked to replace it, which Vladimir asked very much, saying that bus tickets are non-refundable If you think what we wanted for that kind of money, then I will answer: a train transfer is for sure. The ticket itself cost about 250 euros, and about 150 more excursions went out. In the end, a cup with a voluntary tip for drivers was also launched (I remind you that even 2 euros were charged for water).
My more loyal review was never published on the clip's website.
In general, I absolutely do not recommend such a vacation, it is expensive, besides, you can organize yourself no worse and for less.

We went to Paris with Irina on New Year's Eve. Initially, the program does not correspond to the stated one, instead of Luxembourg on the way to Paris there was Brussels (no one warned in advance), they do not drive to the observation deck on the Eiffel Tower (although it is indicated in the program), for that there was a viewing platform on Montparnasse, from which nothing was visible in foggy weather! There is a toilet on the bus, but it is forbidden to use it. Money for non-rendered excursions is returned only after a scandal. The drivers are rude, the guide is absolutely not competent! I definitely do not recommend this company!
