I had laser hair removal at Cliniczer Bornova and after the procedure, I suffered a serious burn and wound on my face. Prior to the procedure, no information was provided about the timing of shaving or possible risks. When I reported the situation to the clinic, instead of finding a solution, they just apologized and used constant distraction tactics.
I was worn out both physically and psychologically in the process. I am waiting for a solution to eliminate my victimization, but no concrete steps have been taken so far. I recommend that those who are considering having a procedure be very careful. The clinic did not show sufficient care to the customer, and also showed a far from professional attitude to provide a professional solution in case of victimization.
