If I had the opportunity, I would have put zero! Very irresponsible doctors with low qualifications, take money and cannot treat. Elmira Ersainovna Sydykova injured my gum, did not tell me that I had periodontal disease and undertook to seal the tooth. I couldn't even get a normal anesthesia right the first time, I stabbed three times. I couldn't work with a nurse in tandem, they didn't understand each other, I was shocked, because I had never seen such a thing, before that I had been going to a very professional doctor for 30 years, whom I couldn't get to because she was on vacation. Comparing their work, I realized that this is a LOW level, Elmira Sydykova violated the anatomy of my crossbite, I have discomfort in my mouth and my gums hurt very much. After that, I went there to talk and show what the problem was, the doctor Alina Dana and the owner of this clinic, Vovk, just rudely sent me, said that you signed a paper here, so everything is fine. And this paper was slipped to me by a nurse, on the paper it turned out that I had periodontal disease, but the doctor did not say a word about it. They slip papers to sign, then it turns out that they allegedly have nothing to do with it.
Actually, at the beginning (for the first time) Elmira was selling cleaning, braces, although I have caries, which I told her about and it turns out to be periodontal disease, which I was not informed about at ALL. It turns out that they hide all important information from the patient in order to sell their currently unnecessary services, although I came with ANOTHER problem.
Conclusions: Sydykova could not give the injection properly, damaged my gum, did not warn me about periodontal disease. Dr. Vovk himself has a very low moral responsibility, only money in his eyes. Even if they offer it for FREE, I do not advise you to go. They do not want to bear responsibility, they only want to take money, they do not care about the interests of customers, they are rude. They kicked us out, they say, we don't owe you anything because you signed the paper. Even in the cheapest dentistry, they do not do this, as these doctors do here in quotation marks. Be vigilant.
