It is a very difficult process to call the masters: you need to leave a request on the website, then call back and understand whether they saw it or not. And when you start to find out when the masters will arrive, they will tell you that the master will come on Thursday, but in fact not this Thursday, but the next. Moreover, then they will cancel the application altogether, because the management told them so, because they have legal entities in priority. They don't have time for ordinary citizens. It is a pity that such an attitude, since the appeal was repeated, after the first time they were delighted and managed to advertise to all their loved ones, as it turned out in vain.

This is the most disgusting thing that happened to me when buying online. I ran into an open fraud in the outcome, losing 165,000 for the purchase of an absolutely non-working gas boiler. Having succumbed to trust, I bought the boiler in February, as a result, when opening to the beginning of heating installation, the boiler turned out to be Used and not even working.
With all the attempts to return, I received only sympathy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICES OF THIS STORE TO ANYONE.
