This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
We stayed for 3 nights, but we couldn't even stay there. If possible, look for other accommodation options.
According to nutrition, the choice of food is very poor, the vegetables are starved. The meat dish is one and not the fact that pure meat is usually a mess with vegetables. The cook puts it on. There is no food for the child at all. There are flies on the food, the tables are dirty, the children's chair was washed by themselves while the waiters were chatting.
For drinks, he is an extremely unpleasant bartender, you have to beg to pour alcohol. You need to come with the glass from which you drank earlier, only then they will pour it again. One glass in one hand, and it doesn't matter that there are two of you.
In terms of infrastructure, it simply does not exist. The pool is located in the restaurant. We haven't seen this before.
According to the placement, there were cockroaches in the room above the restaurant, they lived on the 3rd floor. Gigantic. That's why we left earlier. They're in the dining room, too. The reception was not surprised to hear about them, they asked only today cockroaches? Apparently it took a few days

Nice city hotel. Close to the city center, but without the crush of tourists. Right across the street is the wonderful Cleopatra Beach. I also liked the food.
Among the disadvantages are the lack of territory, weak wi-fi in the room (but not all hotels have it at all) and tired plumbing.

Alanya, Cleopatra Golden Beach 4* hotel.We flew with Ural Airlines, departure is scheduled at 4.20 am, first we postponed the flight to 5.20, then to 5.50, as a result we left at 8.00 am, flew for 5 hours, plus we took a bus to the hotel for 2.5 hours, as a result, we lost half a day on the beach. As we were checked into the hotel, this is generally a game, the manager at the reception said that there were no available rooms and arranged to put me, my child and another family in one room, for three days, fortunately this family turned out to be from our flight and bus, and we had already met earlier, gave us a two-room Suite, with two balconies, with access to the beach and the sea. As a result, we were not settled after three days, we were not upset, we became friends with the mother and daughter family, walked together and went to the beach, went on excursions. But from the side of the hotel, of course, it's tin, we recruited guests for ourselves and I can't send them out, as it turned out later, everyone had such nonsense with check-in. But I think we're lucky.
The food at the hotel is simple, for lunch and dinner there is only one type of meat, either chicken or turkey, it is cooked very tasty, there is no pork, beef and fish, there are a lot of juicy fragrant greens, tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, beans, chickpeas, spinach, all kinds of salads, rice pasta, bulgur, various cheeses, eggs, everything is there. A separate topic is olives and olives, just divine, I ate them every day for lunch and dinner, it was just great.
If you go to Turkey, take the Turks a fish, even a herring), black bread, cigarettes, they ask for it themselves.
The tour operator was FUN SAN, special thanks to the guide, Bayram is well done, always in touch, helped solve issues.
Since this is our first time in Turkey, FAN SAN took a sightseeing tour of Alanya, it was interesting to hear about the history of Turkey, see the fortress, the temple, swam from a yacht in the sea, but if this is not your first time in Turkey, such an excursion will no longer be interesting to you.
In the evenings after 🌊 🏖 🌞 we went to local shops, I bought a soup for 600 rubles for 1 kg, you can find it for 550 rubles., two large towels, for $ 8 each and two small ones, a pack of pomegranate tea, pomegranate sauce.I bought olives and a large jar of Nutella at the Migros store, my son begged for a bunch of local chocolates. I took teas and portion jams from the hotel, I'll treat my family or take them to work.If I still go to Turkey, then not to Alanya, it's a very long drive from the airport, I'll rather choose Side or Kemer.Cleopatra beach, very convenient, especially for children and grandmothers, smooth entrance to the sea, sand Near McDonald's, Starbucks, who missed you, you can go in for a meal.
All sellers know Russian. Take dollars with you, from the guide or at the exchange office, you will change them for lira.

We had a family vacation at this hotel in July 2023! We arrived at the hotel at 21:00, they did not even feed us, they tried to explain what we wanted to eat, he pretended that he did not understand us at all. We walked around the hotel the restaurant is closed but the bar is open until 23:00 it is the only one in this hotel as well as the restaurant! Then we went to the room, the room is clean, cleaned every day, the air conditioner worked poorly for 2 days, we asked to be done. These two nights were unbearable, it was very hot. On the third day, a phone and a wallet with money were stolen on the beach, they went to the reception, a young family was standing there, as it turned out, they also had all their phones and wallet stolen. Then we went to the police and wrote a statement, they paid 400 lira for the translator, but most importantly, when we came to the police, there were still people in front of us who also had their phones stolen! This ruined our vacation! On the fourth day we went to the beach, we just laid out our things, the neighbors report that their phones were stolen too, and their wallet and passports! You decide not to go to this hotel yourself. The staff is good, the food is weak.

Terrible service.I understand that the hotel is not 5 stars, but it is not really 4 stars. It's three-star. When checking in, the staff didn't give a damn about us, they spun three different legends that they had no seats / broken locks / a problem with the sewer, and insisted on paying extra for a suite to check in, we refused. Therefore, like many others, we were moved to another hotel for half of the tour, without stars, without drinking water in the room, without Wi-Fi, without towels and other things. Besides, he was further from all the benefits and very dirty. I was very pleased with the view from the balcony: on the roof with other people's underpants, which were left there to sunbathe. We just returned from Alanya. The hotel is urban, small, budget.The choice of dishes is small, but everything is very tasty. Sometimes there is nothing to eat in 5* hotels (in budget ones)For lunch and dinner there are always 2 types of meat, and every day of a different kind, 2-3 times there was very tasty fish, fresh vegetable salads, coffee around the clock. The drinks at the bar are quite normal, but the choice is small. The beach is magnificent (13 beaches with a small slab, but it is not slippery like on other beaches). The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. We had to change the room, as they gave us a cot type for an adult, but they paid $ 6 per day for it (this is the only minus). Definitely a good hotel in its price category

The location of the hotel is magnificent, near the beach, main attractions, bus station, shops. It takes an hour to walk from the hotel to the fortress.
The hotel is very modest, but the rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, without additional charges we were accommodated in a room with a sea view.
The staff is polite, they speak Russian well.
The food is very simple, there is not much choice, but we had enough.

I bought a tour from the Tui tour operator. Cleopatra golden beach Hotel is located in the center of Alanya opposite Cleopatra 11 beach (the beach is excellent, especially for those who swim well, not crowded). There is no territory of its own with plantings. The accommodation is quite convenient for a city hotel. The rooms are basically not bad either. The rooms were cleaned daily, and a cleaner could be called if necessary. There is a restaurant on site, the food is quite tolerable. In addition, it was possible to drink unlimited drinks at the pool bar and the lobby of the hotel.
However, with all the positive aspects of the hotel accommodation, there were unpleasant surprises. We lived in room 701 on the 2nd floor. During the whole vacation, water dripped in our bathroom (puddles poured on the bathroom floor), the hotel staff could not fix the leak, we were not even relocated.
An unpleasant surprise was presented by Tui. They didn't help with the rain in the bathroom in any way, and the hotel guide just hung up when we called, why our departure was scheduled for 11-20, but there was no bus even at 11-50. There are no accompanying guides at check-in and departure to the airport either. Those leaving are picked up by a bus driver who does not even speak English. Be careful.
Thus, I cannot recommend the Tui tour operator as reliable. I doubt that I will use their services again.

The food is certainly not great, but they still try to offer variety. For Russians, the food is not suitable, everything is spicy. Soups are just mashed potatoes, my child refused to eat. There are mostly more Russian guests, I think it is necessary to prepare traditional familiar soups: borscht, chicken with noodles...This is my vision, in favor of the hotel, and then there will be more regular guests. Sweets are also unusual, on gelatin (((. Fruits are enough for the season. I give a rating of 5, despite the shortcomings.
