Terrible dry cleaning. The coat was ruined, and the blanket and pillow were practically not washed. As if it had never been cleaned.

I didn't see the difference between machine washing and dry cleaning. The stains were not cleaned, they were not warned that they could not wash them. The payment was taken in full. The filler is all bunched up in the sleeves and at the bottom of the jacket. Although it breaks in a conventional dryer. When asked about quality, they come up with a bunch of excuses.
