I hope the owner of the car wash will read this review and find out what's going on there. Maintenance is below the baseboard. The phone is unavailable 99% of the time. I live nearby, so I decided to stop by. The sign is closed, but the inside of the car is being cleaned. Nowhere in social networks is it indicated that they are not working today (in general, the only way to communicate is by phone, but they have not been responding for the second day!). I decided to come in to clarify. So the "management" is sitting talking on the phone, no hello, nothing. The manager of the year didn't even bother to take the phone away from his ear, said that there was no one to work today, and continued talking on the phone.
It's immediately obvious that the car wash is working today - someone is coming, well, that's good. And building a relationship with a client is not interesting to anyone. After all, it was possible to answer the phone, create another type of online recording, since you don't like it when customers call. And, of course, it was possible to politely explain the reasons why they would not be able to receive me today.
1 out of 5 stars, it boiled over, I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but then the situation dropped me off.
P.S. I went to wash with competitors for 2 times more expensive. Well, I don't regret it.
