I contacted this service with warranty cases for 2 different devices. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it due to the lack of spare parts, so I can't assess how they are being repaired. And still, I really liked the service. Firstly, the staff is very polite. Secondly, communication pleases (they call themselves, no need to remind themselves). Thirdly, the certificate of non-maintainability issued in this service was accepted for both devices that I brought for repair, and therefore they issued a refund to me in stores without any difficulties
Not a very convenient entrance, but very good competent staff, not all brands of household appliances sold in Sulpak are repaired under warranty, which is immediately honestly warned.
Repair of Philips products. The manager is sociable, knows the essence of the issue. Without waiting for the masters, he gives recommendations in terms of maintenance and prevention of devices, which saves a lot of time.
