Good car rental service. I used the services of this organization on 10.2023. Without deposit and prepayment, it is possible in cash (which is quite convenient and important for tourists from Russia) The car was not the one that was booked on the website (Hyundai i20), they gave Renault taliant with 13,000 mileage, which turned out to be a better option (the price remained the same). The fuel level when returning should be the same as when taking the car. After the rental, we were taken to the desired terminal. The only thing is only a little problematic with feedback if something happens to you. In a hurry, I forgot the bag with the documents in the car when handing the car back, but in the end everything was handed over to the person who later helped me get it back (some operators will not be very willing to deal with your problem and because of this there was a rather confusing leapfrog, so call and try several times) In my case, the first operator did not even begin to understand and delve into it, the second one already helped, a friend went to pick up the bag and they lost it somewhere, called the call center again, asked how, I was asked to name the booking number, then wait and told my friend to come back for the bag (it's been 1.5 hours since the moment of his visit) as a result, another person took it from me 🤪

Excellent car rental service. We took a Citroen c4x for 3 weeks, everything is clear, fast, no problems or complaints. The car is new (20000km mileage), frisky, very comfortable.
There were no questions at the time of delivery either, the whole process took 10 minutes maximum.
It is convenient that you do not need to leave a deposit and card details.

I rented a car for the first time in my life. IDUs are not required
They gave Dacia sandero, a machine gun, 1.0, gasoline (not that they booked, but the same class). 8 days - 205€, no deposit + insurance for tires and windows 40€. The car is in a fairly basic configuration, 65 thousand mileage. It turned out to be better than expected, I drove quite cheerfully, including along the mountain serpentines (tazy canyon). It was scuffed from all sides, which was fixed before the rent. When giving back, they took a quick look at the car and said free. P.S.
It looks like the cameras are not working in the Side, since everyone is rushing as if they are not there, well, we did not have fines.

I ordered a Peugeot crossover, changed to a Honda Civic, almost new. Then I ordered a Citroen C3, they said the box was broken, we will give an Opel Astra, but they didn't give it either, the box is broken. As a result, Renault Clio. 🤣🤣🤣 In general, I would probably put 4, but 5 is only for giving cars without a card, for cash. And the mileage is unlimited if you order through Rentalkar. There is only a limited mileage through their website.

Booked via the website on February 11-18, 2023 Renault Clio diesel without deposit. They gave me almost a new one (34,000), but on gasoline. It's not scary. I ordered a hard hat when booking. (As I understand it now, it would be better to take a SuperCoach so as not to worry). They took the money, as it was in the reservation. From the "pleasant": after 4 hours, at a shopping center in Alanya, some experienced Turkish driver scratched the bumper and a little bit of the wing. What was discovered when leaving the mall. After grieving a little, we went on about our business. The next morning, after leaving the hotel, we were incredibly pleased with the split bumper on the diagonally opposite side of the car. There were also several scratches and dents that were obviously handmade. In general, less than a day has passed, and the car was loved by someone twice. This pace was alarming and led to the assumption that by the end of the vacation, only seats would remain from the car. But, strangely enough, the beating of Renault ended there and the car was handed over at the end of the vacation, with some inner trepidation, but with the hope of a hard hat. The receptionist sadly inspected the damage, contacted the office and let me go to all 4 sides before I broke something else. So, good advice to you people: get a hard hat or a super hard hat (3 and 5 €/ day. accordingly) and ride without worries. I recommend the guys.

Today, 100 km away. before the airport and 5 hours before our departure, the car broke down. Antifreeze has leaked out, smoke is coming from under the hood, it is impossible to go further. I am 6 months pregnant. I send all the specified numbers with messages in WhatsApp - zero reaction. I call 10-15 times to each of the rooms — silence. I had to leave the car on the side of the road and hitch a ride. Fortunately, we were picked up quickly enough, and we left for the airport safely in advance, but nevertheless I was noticeably nervous.

I took it for 7 days, booked it on the website three days before arrival at Istanbul-new airport, and immediately received a reply via whatsapp. The car is serviceable, the interior is clean. I rented a dirty one outside and inside after walking through ancient ruins and rains and running 2000 km, with a delay of a couple of hours - they did not require additional payments, except for additional payments for toll roads, bridges and the Eurasian tunnel in both directions. We drove from the airport via Istanbul, Canakkale, Izmir to Selchuk and back through Bursa to Istanbul and Karaburun (there is a chic seafood restaurant on the seashore) with a return to the airport. The lease period is from 19.11 to 26.11.2022. Everything is OK!

I want to leave a positive review about this Turkish company, as there were many different ones before the trip. Let's start with the fact that we booked two weeks in advance (I looked at the website a couple of days before departure, there were no cars available anymore) The reservation takes place without a deposit and without prepayment!!!!! We arrived at Terminal 2, asked the Russian guides to call the office and send a car for us, since the office is located in Terminal No. 1. The car arrived in 10 minutes!!. No one spoke Russian in the office, only English and Turkish. We took our passport and driver's license, quickly processed the documents, paid in cash exactly as much as was indicated in the reservation, gave the key and let's go on an adventure!!! They returned at 4 a.m., there was 1 employee - he looked at the car with one eye, checked the fines on the database and said everything was OK. The car was in 2017, in good condition inside, there were scratches in some places, which did not affect the driving properties. CONCLUSION: book, you will not regret it!!!!!!!

I returned this car to Antalya, there were no problems with the return. The car was fresh but worn around. I advise you to take diesel cars because they are super economical and of course take only the automatic!!! Also mark all the damage and take a video, then there will be no problems. I took a car in Istanbul, too, everything is OK and cheaper than everyone else. Before the rest, I booked a car, arranged via whatsapp that they would meet me at the airport and take me to the office because terminal 2 of Antalya airport is quite far away. They told me to dial on whatsapp upon arrival.
We arrived, as a result, total disregard for both calls and whatsapp messages. The transfer from the tour operator was good. After 3 hours, the representatives of the company called...And they say you're still here...we couldn't answer you with whatsapp on the computer, there are a lot of people. They did not want to take the car to the hotel, they used another rental (they brought it to the hotel, even cheaper at a cost).

We took a car from different companies. Siji is the worst company!!!! Never take cars here.
We paid in advance and booked a Peugeot 2008, arrived, issued documents at the airport, they didn't tell us anything. They took us to the parking lot behind the airport, and already there they tell us: there is no Peugeot, take a duster. And there was nowhere to go. They refuse to return the money. Take it back too. With the scandal, I eventually had to take a duster.
At the same time, it further turned out that the duster was defective. The fuel sensor is defective. The abs sensor is defective. The suspension is faulty, everything is rattling. We paid 320 euros for a broken and faulty trough.
The toll road from Istanbul to Izmir was paid in advance, and at the time of delivery, he also shows us that we owe another 29 euros. For what - it is not clear. Because we clarified everything in advance at the airport, but in fact it turned out that we still have to pay for air.
When the car was taken and two days later all the bones were revealed, according to the car, we contacted the landlord, to which they replied - like drive like this.

The office sucks completely, they provided a completely different, worse car on arrival in a disgusting(!) in a condition with a mileage of more than 134,000 km, burnt front and rear seats, a deflating wheel (pumped up every 2 days), dirty interior and ceiling, damaged external plastic parts, damaged fuel tank neck (when refueling to full fuel spilled from below), the cigarette lighter socket did not work. I read reviews about them, mostly cars are running junk and even the wheels even go for a shot (I saw a review on the Vinsky forum, which is not surprising with such runs). There is a video of all this outrage. In general, I highly do not recommend this sharashkin office!
